  1. The way I understand the recent culture guidelines posts, this was thoughtfully placed in this forum specifically. I think of it as a soft warning/reminder related to forum interaction expectations that may be heading in the wrong direction (if not already in violation) and to be more mindful of how our posts/replies may be viewed or received by those of differing backgrounds. Some discussion has triggered this moderator message being placed here. Whether recent or general forum review, I couldn't guess. Link to Culture Check post
  2. Have you tried Ken's Steak House brand? It's my go-to brand for any salad dressing & available in many grocery stores.
  3. Netflix lists it as Season 6. When the announcement was made, they referred to the "2021 winner", which is also the year listed on Netflix. The Wikipedia Season 6 details line up with this season.
  4. I ran across this article+ it happened in many markets & apparently was a commercial timing snafu: https://uproxx.com/tv/accused-ending-ruined-stations-cut-away-early/
  5. This is now magically corrected - thanks!
  6. Everything is still centered for me. If I log out, my guest view is left-justified but centered again when I log in. I'm on a Samsung Galaxy phone, using Chrome.
  7. I was so intrigued by the first episode that when I realized it was a book, I had to have it. I didn't want to wait 6 or 8 TV weeks to find out what the story was. I barreled through it in two evenings - it was hard to put down. The series has made some deviations from the book (the lead detective isn't weird) but so far, nothing huge. I'm glad I know what the deal was and I'm also glad I read it first. I think the back and forth timeline reads (literally) better than following it visually. The book details are more fleshed out and things like why Cora's father sleeps in the same room with her are quite clear. It was written by a German author so some of the names and all of the places are different. In the book, quite a bit happens "inside her head" regarding thoughts/feelings along the way so you get a better understanding as to her actions. I really enjoyed this book and am curious to see if it can translate well to the screen. To provide a barometer, I wanted to break things when I finished Gone Girl and refused to see the movie. I would not, however, describe Cora as an unreliable narrator.
