  1. Even if Diggle and Oliver weren't available, not one person had enough sense to request ARGUS agents, or just anyone that can provide protection, to stand watch outside the loft?. Felicity and Noah lost valuable time, a matter of seconds, in the last episode when Murmur made his way into the security data center and caused them to lose the nuke that eventually hit Havenrock. Protecting the very people who are responsible for saving the world should have been top priority, not saving Thea.
  2. We've only experienced it on two earths but I've concluded that the canary cry is awful on every earths and universes and alternate realities. Once is fine and cool but everything after just ups the annoyance factor.
  3. When is Barry ever going to learn to attack more and talk less? I was waiting for someone to come end Black Siren's terrible monologue and my boy Wally came through. Best thing he's done on the show.
  4. "Aggressive onset parents" featuring special guest appearance by Glen Winter.
  5. I for one am pleased that they wasted no time in nipping the Black Canary from E2 speculations in the bud.
  6. Echo Kellum posted a series of "Aggressive onset dad" snapchats with Emily last night. They're hilarious. You can view the clips here and here if you don't have a Snapchat account. ETA: Oops sorry, someone has already posted them!
  7. I don't think Laurel will be returning to the Flarrowverse in any real long-term capacity or returning as Black Canary from E2. I'm not a religious Flash viewer so please correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't remember any of the E2 doppelgangers sharing the same superhero or villain name as their E1 counterparts. I don't see why it would be different for Laurel. One could make the argument that E2 Laurel could possibly stick around and eventually become BC but the idea of her taking up the mantle as a way to honor her dead doppelganger who she has no personal attachment to is ridiculously laughable.
  8. What's laughable is these are probably the same people who love to berate the "dumb and immature fangirls".
  9. I guess it's because I didn't have a problem with the island comment so her bringing up his parents would have been infinitely worst imo
  10. Felicity throwing the faults of Oliver's deceased parents in his face would not sit well with people. At all.
  11. None for episodes 18, 20-22? This saddens me.
  12. She picked a day when no one was filming. It's a case of very unfortunate timing.
  13. edit: Check out SmallScreenDiva's post. I don't know, I feel like this has gone beyond simply wanting fans to talk about the show. What's happening?
  14. I'm so confused but this is more entertaining than the last episode of Arrow.
  15. The picture doesn't need to make a reappearance. I choose to believe it perished in the Queen mansion fire along with everything else. Good enough for me.
  16. I'm not sure if introducing another BC with a different name would do much to appease comic fans because one of the main reasons Sara was largely rejected by hardcore BC enthusiasts was because despite having many of BC's attributes, her name wasn't Dinah Laurel Lance.
  17. Killing her in a live-action adaptation might be different. I can see BC comic fans getting upset regardless of whether they watch the show or not, just imo. And then they resurrected her.
  18. I believe the bulk of the shock and backlash would be due to them having the guts to kill off a huge comic character like Black Canary. They're the same person but Black Canary is a way more popular character than Laurel, if that makes sense. I can imagine that even comic fans who are non-Arrow viewers would be shocked and angry over the Black Canary's death and not because they killed off Laurel on that one superhero show on the CW.
  19. Diggle is safe and a Lance is dying. I'm at peace.
  20. Not only did they frame it as though Oliver had no other choice but to lie, they had other characters support his idiotic decision. Felicity was set up to be the unreasonable, irrational woman.
  21. The only real shocker would be if they kill off a fan favorite (Diggle) or a comicbook hero who many thinks is safe because of comics (Laurel). If Lance or Donna dies? Meh.
  22. In response to Felicity's reaction in the limo: “I think that it’s someone closer to Felicity,” Rickards tells EW. “I always thought it would be somebody closer to Felicity. I just think that it’s probably going to hurt everyone a lot, like a lot.” Is she intentionally trying to throw us off? The only character who's closer to Felicity is Donna and I'm fairly certain it isn't her.
  23. Felicity: "Oliver, why didn't you trust and respect me enough to tell me about William?" Samantha: "Felicity, I am the mother of his child." Oliver: "Felicity, you aren't the mother of my child." Thea and Marc Guggenheim: "Felicity, you aren't the mother of his child." Laurel: *embraces the mother of Oliver's child* Diggle: "Y'all know the child actress portraying my child is being replaced, right?"
  24. Oliver knows that Malcolm knows about William's existence yet he continues to not tell anyone because....? Does Oliver think good boy Malcolm won't blab the secret to anyone who'll listen? I would say Oliver's dumber than a box of rocks but even rocks are smarter than him at this point. Plus, it's one thing for Thea to think that keeping this secret will keep William safe but I was hoping she'd be smart enough to realize that telling Felicity would not make a difference in his safety. Alas...
