  1. I think these Sara and Sara/Ava spoilers sound really awesome.
  2. One of Legends writers responded on Twitter to people worrying about castmembers not in the photo & said to be calm because it's just the first day of filming.
  3. It sucks that Mona is there. I was hoping they'd get rid of her between seasons. My hopes for next season are sinking lower & lower.
  4. It would have made more sense to explore Charlie last season but at least it seems like they may do it next season. Hopefully the Sara/Ava stuff will be explained better next weekend. I am glad it sounds like Zari will get story not just about Nate.
  5. I was able to get the new SDCC preview issue. Season 5 scoop: Klemmer says if Ray is really courting Nora, you have to bring back Damien who is the literal dad from Hell. The show will get back to being more about time travel. Expect monstrous humans like Genghis Khan, Calligula, John Wayne Gacy, and Charles Manson. Zari resents her brother for joining the Legends. Klemmer says its like Wonder Twins powers, except you have to fight for them. There's only one totem and the siblings have animosity and bitterness between them. Sara & Ava can make their relationship work as long as Sara can handle Ava calling the shots. Klemmer says their looking to mix things up for them, not mess things up for them. A big part of next season will tie the shows mythology to some of Charlie's back story. Klemmer hopes to do a Constantine origin story showing how he got involved in magic.
  6. I do not think they are sending someone to SDCC to announce Legends is canceled. There's no reason to think the CW made some decision in the last few months to end it & announce it now.
  7. I do not think they are announcing Legends is canceled at SDCC. We would know by now if the show was canceled.
  8. I don't think he meant final episodes of the series, he probably means season.
  9. New series regular: https://ew.com/tv/2019/07/11/legends-of-tomorrow-olivia-swann-astra-season-5-big-bad/amp/ Astra Logue will continue to cause trouble for DC’s Legends of Tomorrow in season 5. EW can exclusively reveal that Olivia Swann, who portrays Astra, a.k.a. Constantine’s Achilles heel, has been promoted to series regular for season 5. It’s fair to say this doesn’t mean anything good for the Legends seeing as how last season ended with Astra releasing the souls of Genghis Khan, Charles Manson, and many other historical bad guys back into the world of the living. “We’re so excited about having Astra back this season as our big bad,” executive producer Keto Shimizu tells EW. In season 4, we learned that Constantine (Matt Ryan) sent Astra to hell when she was only a child. Unsurprisingly, coming of age around demons and the worst souls in history didn’t have the best effect on her, and she learned ruthlessness is the only way to survive. Now an adult, Astra is determined to rise to the top of hell’s food chain, even if it means shedding the last piece of her humanity. “A lot of what Constantine is going to be dealing with this is season is his very complicated relationship with her and a desire to save her despite all the pain and trouble she’s putting us through,” Shimizu says. “We always chicken out when it comes to our big bads. She’ll probably be rehabilitated by episode 4,” jokes EP Phil Klemmer, referencing Damien (Neal McDonough) and Nora Darhk’s (Courtney Ford) redemption arcs in seasons 3 and 4, respectively, which were the result of how much the writers loved those characters. But Shimizu is confident they can keep their affection for Astra in check until episode 14 at least.
  10. From TV Line: Question: Any Legends of Tomorrow casting announcements on new series regulars, exits, etc. coming soon? —Derrick Ausiello: Rumor has it that Season 5 will introduce a new male character that can best be described as a cross between Captain Jack Sparrow and a Russian-accented Russell Brand. Question: Do you have any information on whether or not Matt Ryan is returning to Legends of Tomorrow next season? —Betty Ausiello: Our own Matt, Mitovich, checked into this, and yes: Constantin’s portrayer is continuing as a series regular for Season 5 (premiering at midseason).
  11. I don't know how to embed tweets but Courtney Ford responded to a comment on Twitter & said she'd be at SDCC for LOT.
  12. I loved the episode. I think it is one of my favorites. I thought the show did a good job building the bond between Al and Isabelle through out the hour. The minute Isabelle took off her helmet I thought she was a love interest for Al and something would happen between them.
  13. Legends films from July 15th to January 29th. The dates are on the previous page.
  14. She said a few so I don't think everyone. Probably just Brandon & Caity since usually when they do smaller press those are the only two they bring.
  15. Legends EP Keto said a few of them would go to do press. So probably her, Klemmer, and a few cast members. I hope you win the lottery.
  16. I saw messages on twitter saying a Comi Con policy for Warner Brothers.
  17. That could work for an episode but not an ongoing thing. Since Klemmer says many children in season 5, it sounds like it'll be something ongoing.
  18. https://tvline.com/2019/06/26/the-flash-season-6-spoilers-new-scientist/ Any scoop on DC’s Legends of Tomorrow? —Derrick So, this was interesting: This spring, when I asked showrunner Phil Klemmer if there would be any pregnancies/babies to include in our world-famous May Sweeps scorecard, he answered, “No — although we’re planning on many, many, multiple children in Season 5.” Surely he jests, right? “Not a joke,” he maintained. “Totally for real.” My spec: Maybe children will play the original Guardians of time?
  19. Legends films July 15-January 29th. Are we sure CL's character is who he's talking about?
