@SheTalksShit Believe me when I comment that plenty of victims of DV will file restraining orders way after the fact. At my work we see plenty of females who are in therapy due to DV. We offer many other services for them. UBT is technically NOT done with his ex because they share a child. That reason alone is enough for an abuser to continue their abusive behavior. One thing that is certain is, victims of DV sometimes file a restraining order at a time when they feel it is safe to do so, not always when an incident happens. Most DV victims will escape a relationship or seek assistance at a time when they feel they are in a safe place. They sometimes need to find a new place to live, get things in order, and then file that restraining order. Abusers are known to go after their victim when a restraining order has been filed. Victims are in fear. They sometimes need to be prodded into filing such an order for their safety. Also, we don't know if UBT may have made some kind of threats to her from the time of the car incident until the time she filed the restraining order. An abuser being with another person, such as UBT being with Jenelle, doesn't negate the fact the abuser can be and still is a threat. We know Nathan went into Jenelle's home after they broke off and she was seeing Keiffer again. I have known of a handful of examples from my work of victims who thought their exes had moved on with another relationship, only to find out their ex was still stalking them or harassing them. One of the chief complaints was the abuser harassing their ex about taking away their child. Making threats over the phone, texting, are some of the examples. We watched this play out with Nathan and Jenelle where he threatened to take Kaiser from her. DV and sex crimes are the two most under-reported crimes. Many victims of DV do not report abuse. Ask Kail's victims. They don't always call the police when they have been abused. Why would they then be expected to file a restraining order immediately after an incident? These crimes are not like reporting a theft. There is fear and fear of repercussions. Bottom line, for a judge to see all that was presented to him/her about this case, seems to me the claims being made were valid and a restraining order was needed. Judges don't issue out restraining orders on a whim. A restraining order that UBT ended up violating.

I need the Chelsea and Jo scenes. It is a nice break from the fuck-ups on this show.

I have wondered that myself. I know there were some tweets of Kail's posted here that showed images of the MBC house. Kail didn't tweet what those images were about, but some of our sleuths figured it out. Was that real-time filming that we watched when Javi came home or was it likely recreated just like when his proposal to Kail was recreated? I need a timeline. Does anyone know the date of his return?

True. I was thinking it was likely the weekend and they had an early dinner. So much to snark on this episode but the thing that got to me was Jace and his feelings. Jenelle sickens me with her psychological games. Asking Jace and telling him he will one day be in her home when he clearly doesn't want to be, makes my head spin. There was a time when Jace wanted to be with Jenelle. Not anymore. He knows what is best for him and it is not Jenelle. You can clearly see how he is walking on eggshells around her and he is so careful with his responses to Jenelle. All the scenes with Jenelle just ticked me off. Isaac is so adorable as well as Aubree. Too cute!!

It explains why she had so much time for her extracurricular activities such as cheating on her spouse before letting her husband know she was wanting out of the marriage. While Javi was at Crossfit, his wife was busy sexting or banging her lover. Javi, I don't doubt whatsoever that Kail continued to physically abuse you. Drugs? Kail's lover does drugs in the kids' home? Or is Kail back to her old ways?

I did post in my initial comment I would call them out on their racist post. That does work either way on FG and Twitter. I would also block them.

Leah wouldn't respond to the racist comments because then she would be revealing she has another man in her life, in her house, and in her bed. She wasn't about to let that cat out of the bag. It is also her storyline. Without Jace, she would look like the deadbeat mom. Now, I know she is already, but I am trying to imagine what is going through her mind. Yes, Chelsea is the only one who has learned the importance of putting the needs of one's child first. IMO Chelsea's wedding doesn't fall under the perimeters of the rest of the girls with their irresponsibility. Weddings get changed, canceled, moved up, moved further back, venues change, those are things one can expect when planning a wedding. I don't think Chelsea put any undue expense on any of her guests. Now, the rest I agree with. Jenelle having a third child with a third guy and putting undue stress and more work on Barb, Kail continuing to be a bully and abusive partner and putting her kids into harm's way with that behavior without any care for their emotions and feelings, and Leah still on the train to hell with possible drug use, not putting her child in her motorized chair, her contentious behavior towards the fathers of her kids, those are things that are irresponsible.

No, there isn't. But like attracts like. With the likes of Kail, that is the kind of response you will get. Leah brings on the hicks, Kail brings on the racists and abusers. Kail made it a point to go down that level of shamefulness when she pointed out a Black girl's hair was not up to her standards of what one perceives is beautiful hair and who can forget what she said about her own child's heritage and ethnicity. In the end, Kail sure as hell didn't get worked up over the tweet. Why? Read my post again. This. Especially the bolded. The cheating was inevitable. Most of us called it out long ago. My only issue with Kail and the cheating is, she tried to paint the picture it was Javi's jealousy and him acting a fool that caused the rift in the marriage when in fact, he did have reason to believe she was cheating because she was showing the signs of being an unfaithful spouse, which she was. It is done. What happened is done. Kail is now on her merry way prancing around like the single girl with no cares in the world and apparently, only too happy to dump the boys elsewhere so she can get her freak on.

Oh no sweetie, I was making a joke about the idea that finding public records, which is available to the public, is considered stalking. :-)

It is posted on the Kail thead a screenshot of the deed with only Javi's name on the home. Kail apparently needs to refinance the home, which she hasn't done yet. That may have been drawn up in their divorce decree with the courts giving her some time to refinance, but it is still in Javi's name as we speak. The second thing is, we feel it was in Javi's best interest to not be around Kail in their home because she may go all Hulk on him and do to him what she did to Jo - file a false DV report and put a temporary restraining order on him. Javi cannot afford to allow that to happen to him especially since he is in the service. I agree, it is his home as much as hers.
