All this and from CMT or any TV production perspective, the more notoriety, the more viewers, so the more advertising dollars = the more dirt they can portray the better.

I did notice the dubbing, too. CMT really gave a more truthful/un-biased edit this year, which is pretty shocking in itself to air some of the dirty laundry that really isn’t anything new to the dance world in general.

I’m thinking Tess is 5’8 or 9. Glad there getting some taller girls again. They’ve not had many for a couple of seasons. Even Lacey and Khalyn are only 5’4-5’5 ish.

You could say the same for Judy and Kim O. We know who Judy is, and Meredith’s mom recruits, chaperoned USO tours, been a kick line consultant, etc. plus didn’t she cheer for a year or so with Kelly? Theyre friends and co workers as well.

She had Cassie and Meredith on the team at the same time. Not original auditions together, but there the same time for a few years. it doesn’t make sense to me as to why she couldn’t have two legacies as rookies together if they both qualify, and to me Dayton was the note DCC ready of the two.

Hair, teeth whitening, etc may be sponsored, but pretty sure plastic surgery is not paid for by the Cowboys. if I recall correctly, didn’t Nicole Hamilton have Invisalign or something teeth wise sponsored by a DCC orthodontist?

I totally read this in Dwight Shrute’s voice, and it’s the funniest thing I’ve seen all day.

I feel like you have read my mind, especially with Maddie, Cersten and Melissa. While I do like Melissa’s academic and work accomplishments, I feel like those three’s solos were ? tricks, and I cannot wrap my mind around how un-DCC Maddie is with her look, weight, and terrible technique. Every time I post something about Cersten lying, I it gets deleted, so I’ll just agree with you on tons of tricks. Erica became lather, rinse, repeat with her solos, but she did connect her moves well and is very fluid, same goes for Lacey. But yes - some of those who are very “impressive” here are just meh to me.

I feel like VK has been shoved at us far more than any other person in the entire history of this show. More than Jenna, Holly, Yuko, Tasha, Kashara, Morgan, Breelin, JennK, Melissa r, Abigail, Cassie and Nicole Hamilton combined. (Some of those I’m not mad at the shove, btw.) I don’t like the whole VK vs Dayton, which is better? legacy comparison, but dang. Dayton seems like she understands that this isn’t the best fit, but she can’t drop out of camp and not offend every DCC rule ever made. VK is CLUELESS as to why she’s not DCC ready, and I take back everything I said about ‘well somebody has to be up front, so if the other girls let her......’. She’s loud and in your face with those teeth 24/7. No matter how hard Kelli tries to sell her, she doesn’t have the fitness level, dance ability, team player attitude, etc. plus she does give the impression that she thinks she’s already point. It’s like The Emperor Had No Clothes around here, and I fear Judy’s eyes are going to bug out of her head.

Remember they tested Jacie an Holly A both as point before the seasons started, but then chose Holly. I agree either would have been great. They both looked like Barbies. Also - I think Tess is one of the top 5 prettiest on the team and definitely has the best body. I can’t tell all the rookies apart yet, but face wise I’d consider Tess, Khalyn, Lexie, Alexis, and Tasha the prettiest on the team.

They’re helping VK hide that midsection.

Tess might be the tallest in the team, unless a rookie is taller. That’s why they have her in the middle. No clue as to how Yuko is on the edge and not hidden. She’s gotten better, but still.

I Think that’s something that was completely invented here on the board. Several times point has been in other groups besides Group 1. I don’t think there really is an official ‘team captain’, or they’d make sure that designation was known. Also, stacking all the best girls in one group wouldn’t be a great idea, because by the time you got down to the last group, it would be noticeable if all the weaker dancers were there. Weak to DCC is still better than 95% of other pro teams, but still.

About the poster on Dayton’s insta who said she was hard to watch ... I sort of agree. Not because she’s a bad dancer or whatever, but hard to watch because she did seem to get a bad edit with tons of criticism from Kelli, and the criticism seemed more personal than professional.

I wasn’t a Holly fan, and I’m not much of a Gina one, but I absolutely think Gina is the better dancer, and despite the Paris Hilton voice, I think she’s far less LOOK AT ME than Holly was. I’d trust Gina, but Holly, not from Act 1, Scene 1. I think Gina would be a great group leader, BTW.

Lacey, Maddie and Kashara all have multiple part time jobs ??? as instructors, Lacey was at a cryo place for a minute, etc. They’re basically full time DCC with some side gigs. Kashara did finish college. Not sure about the other two. Tess has a journalism/communications degree but no clue if she works. That ‘must have a job’ rule is very loosely enforced, especially for show group members.

Maddie’s curls look tighter this year. Does she have a perm now? I know they’re coming back with a vengeance, so maybe Marshall is actually moving th DCC more fashion forward ?

Maddie has such a round face, so she can’t hide it as well, but her waist looks really pudgy, too.

She really does look heavy in the legs and thick in the middle, plus she just doesn’t have the glam face. I’d honestly hate to be photographed next to Barbie Doll Tasha, but Maddie looks so out of place next to her. It looks like a DCC and some high school kid in a DCC Halloween costume. ???

32 hours can be special full time at a lot of hospitals, so if she had the energy do do two 16 hour shifts, she could be done for the week. Let’s hope lauren does a live chat soon and we can just as her how she juggles it all.

We do have a few 8 hr shifts for our nurses, especially those who work per diem/as needed, as well as some 16s. I presume Lauren does something like that. There’s no logistical way any human could do a 6:45am to 7:15pm shift, presuming it did end exactly then and she didn’t have to stay over, in Arlington and then make it to The Star for four more hours of practice, then back to work at 6:45 the next day. Nights would obviously be out.

Judy has a great pic. She looks exactly like a DCC should, beautiful, wholesome, approachable, Etc. Those bend over and squeeze your boobs poses are just awful, but Kelli has the absolutely most corny, cheesy, terrible, even for the 80s bad, photos. She looks so awkwardly posed and trying too hard to be sexy in every single photo I’ve seen of her inform.
