So can someone clarify Frank's role in the flashback for me and why he was so guilty.... Did he just plant the bug (which gave Maloney the intel to crash into Annalise's car) or did he actually drive said car? That wasn't clear to me given how guilty he was acting. How would he know it wasn't an accident if he didn't drive the car himself? I guess that scene went by too quickly for me. Loved the rest of the episode - can't wait for next season. Wonder if they'll do a DNA test for Wes to prove he's Maloney's son and cause a huge inheritance case?

Martian Manhunter!! Was it just me or did he sound like Carl Lumbly when he transformed? Because that would be awesome.

So I really liked the entire episode (until Fitz shows up to take Olivia out). She just said she doesn't want to be rescued and then he comes in and rescues her. Ugh. Loved the gladiator. Please go back to S1/S2 type stories, show! Less B613, especially when it is so obviously that Jake's undead wife is running Lazurus. You couldn't have made that more obvious if you tried. I finally thought we had a good Fitz moment - I work for the people! I thought maybe they'd leak how he was being blackmailed by senators to remove key legislation the people *like* over not impeaching him for the affair. Also, for the affair? C'mon - impeach him for going to war to get his sidepiece back! I can totally get behind that. The point of view of the lady senators was spot on, though. It's always the women who get raked over while the men remain blameless, as if an affair is just something that happens to them.

See, part of me thinks Olivia only thinks she loves Fitz because she can't "have" him. Half of the appeal is the affair. Maybe that's why she was not loving that he got his divorce and they could now be openly together? Also, Fitz is still an ass. I wish Mellie would just say that she didn't know that would happen to the jurors. He acts like she personally killed them herself. I really will never like his self-righteous act. :/ Did like the case-of-the-week and I really hope the show moves back to the OPA office and gets more gladiators.

So overall, the episode was okay... but it did not feel like the "Castle" show we've had for seven seasons. It definitely felt like there was new creative powers in charge - and not in a good way. It felt very fan-fiction-y to me, which was disappointing. The bat-cave? Castle as a PI again (what happened to his writing)? Alexis suddenly wanting to be a PI out of nowhere? The random British "PI"? Beckett lying to Castle (again). etc. I'll end up giving the show a few more episodes to see if it gets its groove back, but if not I might drop it and head-cannon my own ending.

Yeah, I'm going to take all of Kit's interviews saying "I'm really dead! Promise!" as believable as "I am tots not playing Taila Al Ghul. Nope. Not me!" believable. Which is to say, if he wasn't going around doing the interviews saying he's dead, then it won't be a surprise. Plus, if he is really dead, who are they going to focus on in the Wall scenes? Mel? Davos? We don't have someone to carry the plot if Jon is dead. Cersei's scene was great, but it was clear she didn't lose her pride. Does the High Sparrow have no concept of a mother doing anything to get back her children? I expect a death by zombie next season. I have to assume the faceless men were mad she took a face without earning it, rather than the actual killing. Wasn't he going off in a previous episode that it didn't matter who died to the Many-Faced God? Though I suppose we all thought Arya was training to be Batman, when in actuality she's Daredevil. Dany purposefully destroys her army (unsullied) and magically gets dropped into another army to claim? Bull. Though I thought she dropped the ring because it was a the wedding ring her now-dead fiance gave her. Didn't consider the tracking implications, but I could see that making sense. Glad Theon came to his senses and I could definitely see them deciding the jump was worth it, since suicide would have been preferable to being back under Ramsey's thumb.

Yes, thank you! She protected his dirty deeds becoming public knowledge and he throws her out. He never had the moral high ground in that argument -> directly shooting down a plane killing 200+ people > getting blackmailed into handing over a list of names and finding out someone else killed them. And Olitz, again? What happened to her anger at him getting thousands of Americans killed in a stupid war? I just can't any more. I hate them as a couple and I think I'm done with the show. Would rather watch Sleepy Hallow next season anyways.

Well I will say if they don't manage to get Stana back for next season, I'll just treat this as the series finale. Not entirely sure what was up with the whole case this episode, but enjoyed the various character moments nonetheless.

So I wonder how Daario is going to feel about his lover getting married? Guess Kings are allowed their side-pieces so why not Queens? Everything at Winterfell is tense. I forgot how much Ramsey looks like a creepy Frodo. He's not really keeping up with the respectful lord act much, is he? And yeah, I was thinking along the same lines as MrsRafaelBarba when he told Reek to kneel. Also was expecting a direwolf to be in the Kennels, heh. Was not expecting Jon to go back North of the wall. Hope this trip is quicker than before. Stonemen are super creepy. I wonder how fast the disease takes over if within hours Jorah is already seeing scales...

Could care less about Barristan, but show you better not kill Grey Worm! Was it just me or did the episode run shorter than normal? Other than that, good on Jon rejecting the Red Priestess but that'll bite him later, I'm sure. Really hope he does decide to ride south, because I'm worried Sansa is in over her head. I'd actually feel better if Littlefinger was staying, weirdly enough. Loras should be glad he's only in jail - I was totally expecting him to get killed based on what we saw. Cersei is going to regret giving power to the uber-religious fanatics. I doubt they treat incest any better than homosexuality...

The North remembers indeed. Totally expecting Sansa Stark to reunite the North (behind Bolton's back even) and I expect Theon to redeem himself helping to accomplish that. The question is really whether Sansa stabs Roose herself or not. Hmm. Jon was channeling Ned there. He might not have the name, but he's definitely a Stark. Was tough to watch Arya try to toss Needle. I'm glad she didn't do it, but I have to figure they know she didn't throw it away and how that will effect her transition to "no one".

Man it's great Dany has this entire country to practice on (and fuck up with) before she gets on her "real" throne. Given the racial make-up of Meereen, I'm become less and less okay with that aspect of her storyline. Was totally expecting trial by combat to be the solution (in the coliseum) to a "fair trial" - then everybody wins! Not entirely sure why all the former slaves automatically went after the former masters, instead of attacking Dany head on. I feel like I missed something. Yay for Jon on becoming Lord Commander. Someone how I doubt that the other guy is going to take that slight lying down. And I predict that the wildlings will be okay with serving Jon and either help guard the wall or fight for the North. A man can just come back into the picture without warning. I squee'd. Really looking forward to Arya becoming a faceless ninja assassin. :) Still not sure what to make of the Littlefinger/Sansa/Brienne stuff but Sansa didn't seem to mind Littlefinger's men running off to kill Brienne. I thought that was weird. The Jamie and Bronn road-trip has high standards to live up to - I am intrigued. Though did anyone else read into his "mean things will happen to your sister eventually" as "I'll kill her". Like, not in a romantic-because-I-love-you way. In the "mutually-benefiical-also-I-am-getting-my-castle-dammit kinda way. Just me?

So am I the only one who thought Dany should have allowed the fighting pits - minus the "to the death" part. Didn't seem that hard to come up with.

So despite Bobbi saying to use Icers, all of the shots fired were real bullets, right? I expect some righteous anger from Bobbi next time over that, at least.

Nope! I do too! Between Head!Simmons comments about Mac and Fitz's interactions with him (especially the "I'm going to go work in the garage with Mac" conversation), I feel like we're building to a Fitz/Mac endgame.
