I knew it was you, BH. And I really enjoyed the review. Even though I've been hopeful about the show, I was worried about some of the same things you were with the return of Zoe and other things for...reasons. lol But I'm really excited that the show seems to be following through from last week with an even better show and tangible forward momentum.

Maybe. But she could be putting what she wants to happen out there in the hopes that it will in the hope that it might lead to an increase her role on the show and make SBR more relevant. In any case, I used the word delusional ( which has been latched onto without seeming to take in the rest of the tone of my post) in a playful manner. Mostly pointing to the lack of chemistry between NR and TM as well as their acting styles not meshing too well. No, that didn't stop them last season with KW, but it seems unlikely that they'd go that route again. Self-promotion by actors happen all the time. No biggie. And that's what NR seems to be doing.

They've hinted or lied about quite a few things that didn't pan out over the last couple of seasons.

She clearly delusional. Mason looks like he's perpetually confused as to why he even has scenes with SBR. Lol. Man, I love that dude!

Matt Lieberman. I miss Matt too. He and Jackie, imo, were the only reviewers who had anything of substance to say. And Steve cut Jackie off on a couple/several occasions, and then they didn't get back to what she wanted to say. The show was a mixed bag, and if I do tune in again, it will be for Jackie alone and maybe the guest.

I really enjoyed the show. Some things could have been tighter and they crammed a lot into it, but overall, I'm pleased and hopeful that it will just get better and better as the season goes on. Nikki Reed's voice totally took me out of the scene. She really needs to learn some voice projection or something. I may not be able to take her seriously otherwise even if her character turns out to be somewhat useful to the narrative.

I set my DVR last night, and I'm going to try to watch live too. So excited.

Very excited that it's been confirmed that Abbie's an FBI agent, and Joe Corbin is joining TeamWitness. Best news to come out so far!

I definitely think it will be, and Orlando and Lyndie will be featured as they deserve. That's why I loved that last scene I think most of all because it was a clear message to the fandom (on top of Katrina dying). We heard you, and if all goes well, these four are who you'll be getting next season. I literally squealed when I saw the four OGs. The Orginal "Sleepy Hollow" Gangsters. That scene made me really, really happy.

*grins* Very well. I love that song. I definitely want some passionate fights now too. It was hot! Yeah, hat wearing Ichabod was all sorts of hot. I think it was also how decisive he was in addition to the hat. A combination of the two, perhaps? lol

That carriage scene was SO steamy. And when Crane got all up in Abbie's face... Whew! I hope it was as good for Ichabbie as it was for me. lol

What a Season One throwback this episode was! Best.Season.Finale.Ever. I'm convinced FOX had someone stand at Goffman's back as he wrote this with a gun to his head. I'm totally convinced because it was EPIC! in every way. Everything I wanted and even some Jenny and Irving at the end. Just perfect. I have to go watch again because SO much happened. This show sped along at the breakneck pacing I loved and that characterized season one episodes. It was awesome! There's got to be a season 3 after this. It's deserved.

That's why I used the word "seems." But from what I've seen on other various boards, social media and heard from at least one insider who I trust because this person has been right on the money before as regards what's been going on with SH, it's more than likely that the show's effort to reset itself these last two episodes is indicative of FOX giving it a vote of confidence. All that's needed now is the last episode to bring in some solid numbers in the demos which I think it will. Tomorrow's epi is getting great word of mouth and promotion from the fan base. The ground swell has really been impressive. So yeah, at this point, I'd be more surprised if SH was cancelled whereas a month or so ago I would have been surprised if it wasn't.
