Sorry I don't know how to do the quote thing I'm replying to from my phone. Anyhow, someone said the girls pay for their own hair and makeup, someone else said he Cowboys pay for it... Neither of those are correct. The salon that sponsors the DCC does the services complimentary for all the girls. In return they get to advertise that they are the official salon of the DCC and they get their name and logo listed in programs and on some promotional items ( I forget if it's posters or calendars or what). Besides the services the girls get done at the actual salon, the salon sends people to the locker room to do the girls hair and makeup before the games.

I thought the same thing and then it hit me all of s sudden: Taylor Swift. If T.Swift dyed her hair black she would be identical to Madeline. and vice versa. Speaking of Doppelgangers, I also think TCC Megan has the exact same face and voice as Kathryn Dunn. (Not body type or hair color though obvi)

What the heck is the point of all this secrecy? Do K & J realize how annoying and obnoxious it is? who cares if we see a new hairstyle on one of the TCCs. It's not like we are all of a sudden going to decide not to watch the show if we know what's going to happen, cmon now.

I don't think Ashley posted anything bad. Remember that Caila isn't 21 yet, and Ashley Pro already graduated college. As far as twitter, which is technically the DCC official social media profiles for the girls, there were no partying pics. But in terms of instagram and facebook, i didn't even think Ashley's pics were that bad. I know i'm in the minority and she has a lot of fans on this page, but for the life of me I'll never understand how Danielle made the team (any of the years). I feel the same way about Rachel, but not quite as strongly. I can't tell from the picture if Ashley Paige made it, but I really hope she did! She seems like the total DCC package. I thought Holly's solo was great! and Melissa had some great leaps! and Jenna, Paige and Lacey has some great energy and musicality.

Breelan still can't keep up with the dancing. I agree! I'm disappointed Collin and Hannah didn't come back. They look great and are dancing a lot, it would have been the perfect year to make a comeback. I'm most disapointed Chandler didn't come back though. She really got robbed last year! She was an amazing dancer and absolutely adorable. Who cares if Tina i'm stuck in 1984 and still think I'm a DCC Kalina said she looked like a grandma. I checked out that lady's social media by the way, eek. Imagine having three grown children and still living and breathing DCC? All her posts are about DCC, and all her profile pictures are of when she was a DCC... as if those are the only two years that she actually lived. It's downright creepy. Oh and it's not like she was on the team last year. It's been decades. Yea I think you're right the more I think about it. It would need to be a pretty substantial amount of money to throw away the opportunities that come with being a DCC, and if the story ever came out it would be bad. By the way, did anyone else think the girl in the Texas sports bra named Taylor looks like a slightly heavier Kaitlin LeGrand? I definitely thought it was her at first! Either way, great outfit.

I agree! Ashley Paige seems so sweet and genuine on social media. I'm SO happy she came back! She handled her wrongful departure with so much class, and she seems to be the epitome of poise. I know I'm in the minority but I thought her dancing was fine, she just had a really stiff neck in all her movements. That could have been easily rectified with a specific correction about it, instead of telling her she "looks like a robot". I hope she makes it. If TPTB are reading this: Don't be a fool! Ashley Paige should be on your team!

Regarding Cami Branson. There's 100% absolutely more to the story than she "forgot her dance". They would still push her through to finals if that was the case, they do that with plenty of people. She has the perfect look, they know she can dance, she has an unscathed reputation, she has elite stunting and tumbling skills, and she's actively involved with the DCC organization for goodness sake! She doesn't have any dirt on her reputation or unregulated social media liabilities. She's perfect for the team. There's 3 reasons I can think of that she didn't make finals: They didn't want someone coming in with an established fan base outside of DCC. Similar to Ashley Paige, only x100. They want people who are known for being DCC and only DCC. This was scripted, and she was paid by CMT to tryout and mess up for drama. Because you know all 400,000 instagram followers and their friends are now going to be watching DCC Making the Team. It will be the best ratings boost the show has had. This was scripted, and she was paid by DCC to tryout and post about forgetting her dance so it looks real. This gives DCC more prestige, "Wow, if amazing Cami Branson didn't make it, then it must be even more of an honor than i thought!" and motivates more ppl to try-out, "Wow, if my hero Cami Branson didn't make it and I do, then i'm even better than her!" PS: i know someone is going to say she's a celebrity for cheerleading and not dance, but when you're on a world champion all-star cheerleading team with dance components in every routine, you know how to dance. And if you've seen her videos, she's always front and center for the dance components. The DCC dances are performance dance, which she excels at. They're not doing fouettes and a la second turn series except in select show group routines and even then it's like 5 people.

Aw man, i was really hoping we would see Hannah and Collin this year at tryouts. They both have been looking fabulous lately and dancing a lot.

When i first saw the above pic i was thinking to myself, wow Danielle's arm is skinny, she must have lost weight! Good for her! So i went to her twitter to see if I could get any more evidence. I was totally Team Jill in that argument between Jill and Holly. Jill actually seemed like the voice of reason. Holly is just so entitled and delusional. Nia seems like she has a lovely personality, but gosh does she stick out like a sore thumb in the group dances. She is just so bad at dancing. How does someone who has danced as many years as she has still look that clunky, ungraceful and unflexible?

At a growth rate of half an inch per month and all the trims she would need to cut off the damaged parts from all the coloring she does, she would be lucky to even get to shoulder length.

it seems like the girls on the team become especially close with their rookie class, which makes perfect sense. we have to remember it's been years since Sydney has had anyone in her rookie class on the team, so naturally it's going to seem like she's not as close with a "core" group.

What do you mean by taking advantage of every trip the DCC makes? Being able to go on those trips is a perk of being a DCC. She's been on the team the longest, so naturally she should get first dibs on trips. It's not a communist organization, not everyone has to be given the exact same perks regardless of how long they've been on the team. She's been on the team the longest, she's earned it. She's not stopping anyone else from staying on the team as long as it takes to earn seniority. They all have the option to put in the time.
