  1. She was so mad at herself about the foolproof line on her aftershow, FWIW.
  2. Think it ties her with five other women (Wigglesworth, Morasca, Kim, Parvati, and Amanda) for most individual wins by a woman, though the first three only needed one season. Wouldn't be shocked if she broke that.
  3. Cirie would never lose a jury vote to any combination of players and jurors. She's too smart and too likable and has a good story as far as these things go. Which is why no one would ever allow her in front of a jury.
  4. Other than MIND CONTROL. Which is a pretty good skill to have in this game.
  5. Plus the car curse (give or take Amber who sorta won a car)!
  6. I wondered this too. But for now everyone needed her for their more immediate plans. She's the second most likely flip in the majority (after Zeke) so the minority won't target her. And because Zeke is a more immediate target for half of the power couple of the majority because he was out to get her, Zeke has to go before they think about Sarah. And then they need her to keep the 5-4 edge... Other thought: I bet both Andrea and Cirie reasonably believe they can win, even against the other. Which makes that partnership strong and means Cirie will stick her nose out for Andrea like she did tonight. I do think they'd both boot the other at 4 because they're the two most dangerous people out there, but if they had to I think they'd both be comfortable going to the jury with the other.
  7. The petty reason being "he was gunning for me" which he said in his exit interview. Which is not petty so much as necessary.
  8. So this clarifies a non-idol way for Andrea and Cirie to fall out of power, which is that they had to push Sarah and Michaela hard here to preserve Andrea long term because of Zeke's irrational need to be in control, potentially causing recriminations and they flip after booting Sierra next week. It's too bad because I think they're actually a good partnership in the sense that I suspect each of them honestly believes they could beat the other for the million, which would give me two people I genuinely love at F3. And my assumption is they'd take Audry, who I also like. Dang it.
  9. They showed Andrea getting the important word ("Reinventing") and from there it was easy to get "game" and "played."
  10. And Andrea won that challenge!
  11. Hey we're at nine and I would enjoy three (Andrea, Cirie, Aubry) of the players left as winners. I feel like that ratio is higher than usual. And only Sierra I would find truly objectionable. Tai or Troy would be baffling and Michaela seems literally impossible. I didn't watch Brad's first season, this season he mostly seems kind of dull and boring but not awful. Sarah is completely uninteresting so that would be unfortunate but not the worst.
  12. Courtney (Yates) making an excellent point: the minority alliance has four people and three idols. Maybe do something?
  13. Pretty sure it's a game thing. I'm 99% sure on her side it's entirely because he made a dumb game move to betray her which made her think he was both dumb and a jerk.
  14. I remember in the long distant past on TWOP talking about how one of the three cute girls on Ometepe was secretly a challenge badass like just before the merge. I feel so validated. I think she was actually in a kind of bad spot here because she and Cirie had to push Sarah and Michaela so hard. She clearly had to get Zeke because he was going to come after her soon, as he admitted. But pushing reluctant allies creates bad feelings and could lead to sad times for the two of them. A necessary tactical victory but strategically it puts them in a tough spot. Michaela not super cut out for Survivor based on that reaction. Sarah is so muddled and boring she bothers me so much. Want individual reward challenges and not these dumb team ones.
  15. Jenna boots Rob at F3 because he would have won in a walk, but otherwise yes.
  16. At this point I'm assuming the idols knock out Andrea and Cirie and that's going to suck.
  17. Couple thoughts: 1) The West Wing: "Two Cathedrals" or "Shibboleth" or hell most of season two remains great television. But then there's say, "Isaac and Ishmael" or anything in the White House after season four that is just utter garbage. 2) Buffy. Fairly self-explanatory, hell, there are probably even consecutive episodes that make sense in this category, especially if you think "Once More With Feeling" was a peak episode. 3) I'll go off board with Survivor: on the one hand, the episode in Fiji where Edgardo is booted remains the most entertaining hour of reality TV ever. On the other hand, Richard Hatch sexually assaults Sue.
  18. Ozzy always said that and no one ever really gave a shit. Though yes, the show used to be far more brutal and I think a sandwich was one of the final rewards in one early season.
  19. This would be terrible from the perspective of the show as a TV show because it creates the possibility for situations where the vote literally doesn't matter for the last several weeks of the show.
  20. It's the biggest pre/post merge split in the show's history. Well, maybe One World because Kim is so much more appealing as a dominant force than Colton.
  21. Overpowered idol or not, not many people (like, say, TERRY) would have understood how to use it to get the majority without playing it like Yul did. And the approach to Jonathan was fantastic in its patience.
  22. It's like 60/40 Ozzy. Last challenge back then was always pure endurance with maybe some balance thrown in.
  23. Cook Islands: Ozzy or Yul (probably Ozzy) wins the final immunity and boots the other, wins a million bucks. BOOOO Fiji: Dre wins final immunity probably, boots Earl, Cassandra wins. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO China: Amanda wins final immunity, boots Todd, Courtney wins? Hooray! (I hate Todd) 16/17 had F2s Gabon: Bob wins, boots whoever, wins (whatever) Samoa: Natalie is going to F2 and winning regardless of who wins final immunity (whatever) HvV: If Russell wins final immunity he boots Parv and gets shut out by Sandra, if Parvati wins she boots Sandra, Russell calls it the stupidest move ever, she wins unanimously (either way this is hilarious) Nicaragua: Jud wins I guess? I cannot tell you who the other two people at F3 were. RI: Rob wins obviously. I start to lose track here. So F2 in those seasons gets us 4 outcomes that are the same, one that's different if Parvati outlasts Russell, one that's better, and two that are worse (depending how you feel about Ozzy vs. Yul; I am firmly on Team Yul there). Only one of those votes (Amanda vs. Courtney) would have been suspenseful though.
  24. If they're going to do dumb gimmicks, do the no tribes gimmick. Merge day one. 16 person madness at tribal. Post-merge is always more entertaining anyway, and it gives the historical cannon fodder a better shot. Who cares if no one will be able to follow things until like episode six? How is that possibly a problem. :P
