  1. Is the ex-fiancé baby mama in Chicago? Because Chris went wherever she is.
  2. I might go back and watch because someone posted that during his talk with Paige, Chris said something about her never asking about his baby or his fiancé. No ex. I wonder if that’s true.
  3. Chris said it himself. When Erik told him to man up he said in his TH that he was because he’d told Paige. To him, telling her is above and beyond. I can only assume the average reaction would have been to defy production and not say anything to her at all. After all, he doesn’t really like or care about Paige so this farce of a marriage would be over in six weeks and he’d be back with the ex. of course, that’d be after having sex with Paige for the entire “experiment” and then choosing divorce.
  4. In my opinion, Pepper shouldn’t have mentioned Jephte. He has nothing to do with this season. The point could have easily been made without throwing his name into the fray.
  5. For some reason it won’t let me upload the last part. I’ll type it out: We tell everyone that truth - that this is a high-risk endeavor, even with three trained professionals matching the couples and giving them support all along the way. But we are not relationship wizards: there will be some failures. However, we think the many life enhancing successes we have created justify the continuation of Married at First Sight. Sincerely, Pepper❤️ *yes, she added the heart.
  6. Did anyone see that Dr. Pepper posted a statement on Instagram regarding Chris and then deleted it? The second part. I’ll have to add another after this.
  7. I'm still surprised that Ryan and Vincent, in particular, would take part in abandoning Jake like that. I could see all the women taking Haley's side and Erik going along with whatever but I didn't take Ryan or Vincent to be deliberate assholes. I wonder what Haley told them. Is it Hailey or Haley? I don't know. One thing that's bothering me now on reflection is Ryan asking Clara to keep her mouth shut regarding Paige/Chris. I get it to a degree. He gives "middle child mediator" energy and definitely seems like he would try to keep everyone calm in a tense situation. However, people choosing to mind their own business is how folk end up in abusive situations for years, isolated from friends/family and even neighbors and coworkers who know or suspect abuse but have decided to stay in their own lane and not get involved. It's likely Paige has never encountered a man like Chris before. People like Chris use your values against you. His Super Christian "man of God" shtick is one of his many tools of manipulation and he knows she is particularly susceptible to it because of her strong beliefs. In a way, she's fighting several battles right now. Her deeply entrenched (patriarchal) belief system, the antics of production, Chris's constant cycles of abuse, her (severely misplaced) faith in MAFS and the "experts," the terms and conditions of her contract, and the small still voice inside of her that's screaming, "Girl, this is some bullshit." And if she's still having sex with Chris through all of this drama then she's creating an emotional tie to this man that conflicts with how he treats her. That's a mind fuck. She'll need therapy after this.
  8. So my daughter left at “spiritually attracted” and I might be right behind her. Y’all. This is too much. This is worse than Kate, Sonya and Mindy.
  9. I cannot believe MAFS is allowing Chris to try to gaslight ME like this. Paige is...what the hell?
  10. I’m genuinely curious as to how that went down because I can’t imagine ALL of them doing that. Jake’s perception is that they saw him and hurried out of there but what if it just looked like that to him. What if Haley glanced back at him and rushed everybody out? Maybe she told them he chose to stay behind that day?
  11. MAFS and Paige: Chris is a man of God. Chris: Make sure you wear something that shows that ass.
  12. Chris is a chaos agent. Paige is his main victim now but everyone else, including the crew, will suffer the consequences of being around him. There must have been a lot left on the editing floor because I don’t understand the reactions of the other couples.
  13. Jake just patiently waiting on his food. Poor guy.
  14. Jake is over this bullshit and he’s not alone. I think it’s repulsed.
  15. Y’all. Everybody dressed up for dinner and Clara did her hair like this?? Baby, noooo. Paige will spend the rest of her life apologizing for this asshole because she believes Jesus wants this for her.
  16. So Chris wanted to stop talking but intentionally waited until they were in the van to bring it up again. That was admittedly premeditated.
  17. Virginia needs help. I could never stand to be around someone who needs to drink and party like that. Maybe I’m old but hell naw. Absolutely not.
  18. This money conversation is absolutely hilarious considering what we know about the Ex Subway franchisee. I wish I could just knock Paige upside her dumb ass head.
  19. I hate Spectrum with the heat of one thousand suns. We had an outage today too. Erik might be trying too hard to keep up with his wife. I’m not convinced Hailey enjoyed the sex.
  20. High as a kite on a windy day. Man almost fell out of his chair.
  21. Oh, I know she was pissed to have spilled a drop of her precious likker 🤣
  22. He’d have an excuse to get out of it so at first he wouldn’t be able to hide his glee but since he has a driving need for attention he’d turn it all around so he could be the victim. He’d be on social media screaming about how he was wronged and probably end up suing the show.
  23. I assumed he is either a pimp or a pastor. Same thing in some instances.
