I don’t get Rome’s strategy here. There is leaking stuff at the right time and then there is just poo blizzard mouth that makes people distrust you.
-
Yeah I’d hate to get wet on survivor
-
Please do not let Rome find this advantage. Please.
-
Now? no silly…after the commercial.

Part of me really wants to go on survivor so I can read about people talking shit about me LOL. And then I realize how much I value that hot shower I took with different soaps and luxury shampoos 🤣

Rachel should talk less. Listen more.

I’m eating a Carmel apple. I can share. this season is….boring. So there.

For those of you who follow survivor in depth would it not be more advantageous now to have less number of seasons and go back to scouting out a few different locations? Clearly the game has changed because we’ve conceded that Fiji is the studio…so games and challenges are built with that in mind. Now that we’ve also added less days why not experiment with leaving Fiji? That would naturally force new twists to what challenges could be built and the creatives would get creative again?

The new age of survivor is watching emotionally unregulated people make rash decisions. The second they perceive a slight, fear kicks in then survival and irrespective of long term play and alliances they blow up their games for short term gains. -

Rome is volatile. Loose lips. Delusional. I’d like to see him make the merge though because he’s going to create a lot of chaos -

I’ve never caught the live chat! Hi y’all! I watched the recap and forgot what happened last week lol -
I’m impressed with sue on 2 fronts. That red paint splatter was a heinous crime scene. Production gave her 2 hours to clean that up with no interference lol. How she got the paint off the actual clue is beyond me! Plus the area around the water hole also had to be pink and splattered. Second how she managed to gibberish her way into not having those girls at the water hole actually come around and inspect or touch her was the real miracle. Sorry but my nature would just be to assist if I saw someone with blood on them from any type of wound, machete or not. Up close the paint would be noticed. I know Sue gives off the looney vibes to some extent but that was masterful.

Sol is a better human than me. Rome worked my last nerve and then threw it in a blender. That menacing behavior from that twerp was the last straw.

I still long for the days of old challenges that were brains, brawn or fortitude…luck of the draw. At least mix them in. With puzzles and rolly ball in the holes being the ending of so many challenges rarely is the physicality of the first part of the challenge as big as it should/could be. Only if a person seems to dominate does it lead to something. I absolutely am terrible at those 3d cube stacking puzzles and slide puzzles. I would have been ok with the seahorse format. Some of the stuff is trainable but it seems sucky for it to come down to that. Every time anyway. sues mascara running threw me off. What an awful personal item. I noticed a lot of players legs were scraped up and had tons of bites on them already. That would be awful. Also eating 1/100 of a grilled neon tetra LOL

Guy's Grocery Games - General Discussion
HappyDancex2 replied to David T. Cole's topic in Guy's Grocery Games
The relay episodes have been fun! The format is so hard that it’s fun to see them struggle without whammy ingredients LOL. I like how Guy made them mix up the order as well. Still not a fan of KBC and her track record on these shows is not great. She doesn’t seem very Top Cheffy for some reason. -
Alex Vs. America - General Discussion
HappyDancex2 replied to Door County Cherry's topic in Alex Vs. America
Things I’d like to see for the next season. More whammies. Much less time as a whammy, especially in the second round. But they will never get Alex out in round one with these lack of constraints….her technique is just too good. I get the need for the cheftestants to get a feel for the kitchen though. if they aren’t going to handicap her more than she might as just sit out round one like BBF. Let the contestants go thru each other. I’m trying to think of more things but at some point you don’t want to get too weird like it’s chopped. But if the themes are just regional cuisine it’s going to be hard to eliminate someone with such good technique, competition skills and flavor knowledge. And 3 people isn’t helping…her being out cooked by all of them just seems statistically unlikely unless she has less than 15 minutes to cook and the cuisine is Vegetables of Antarctica. -
The Great Food Truck Race - General Discussion
HappyDancex2 replied to a topic in The Great Food Truck Race
An FYI I’m in Argentina right now and the empanadas I had today were alarmingly delicious. I was ready to snark post to everyone I know since I preframed people on the empanada joke. Jokes on me! They had 2 flavors without cheese. One was veal and one was lamb. I can’t stand lamb and I don’t eat veal, but I got one of each. The lamb was flavorful but not lamby….the veal was also delicious but what was different was the crust. Looked like the ones I’ve had but had the texture of a crispy pie crust but not buttery per se. Of all the food that was ordered this was the most American salted. other observation I had was the food here is undersalted which actually I took was that our food is over salted. And nobody likes vegetables here LOL Now I will be on the look out for authentic Argentinian style empanadas back at home when possible. A treat!
