It's a syndicated pretaped 30 min show he and Leeza Gibbons co-anchor. 2 episodes air back to back here in the afternoon. The segments are so short and don't provide much detail so I've only watched a few times. I was out all afternoon and tonight so I missed the news when it first came out. I had hoped it would be Sherri going but honestly didn't want Jenny to follow. Personally I would have been open to giving Jenny a chance to do a 2nd season Sheri free to see if she got better or changed. Maybe this job wasn't what Jenny thought it would be either. I know most probably wouldn't agree with me but I'd watch Mario Cantone daily if they wanted to hire a guy but he's probably smart enough to say NO NO NO to any offers at this point. He can be funny but discuss serious issues seriously too and I think that would surprise some people. Margret Cho, Yvette Nicole Brown and Stacy London would be 3 people I'd welcome and they'd each fill a different role pretty well too. As I mentioned before though at this point especially with 2 hosts leaving again for the 2nd year in a row and considering that a permanent seat would mean a move to NY or NJ I wonder if any of those 3 would think about accepting a seat. If Stacy lives in NY already she might take them up if they offered.

I'm not sure what Marie could have meant. I didn't see yesterdays show but it must mean something considering Marie is the one who said it when she doesn't usually talk about people that way. Unless she doesn't really like him.

I've been watching The Spew more recently since I've been posting in this section after discussion moved from TWoP to here where minor grammar and punctuation mistakes don't earn warnings by PM. I miss Joy so much since she would do a better job then Whoopi at shutting down a lot of the idiotic things that were said or ASSumed especially by Bitsy or Sherri. Whoopi does it every so often with Sherri and Jenny but more times then not she doesn't put as much effort into providing a different view and just humors Jenny and Sherri. I loved the lineup with Meredith, Joy, Lisa and Star (pre-Bridezilla). As time went on I never imagined I'd miss Star too as much as I do now. She seems to have come back down to earth and after seeing her appearances on the Today show from time to time it's made me wish she'd come back and take Sherri's place which shocks even me. Instead of the bridezilla that Star morphed into it seems like Sherri is a Divorcezilla...

Just wanted to update and say I started that thread.

Started this thread to discuss what's gone with former hosts since escaping The View. Some moved on to greener pastures while others to narrower corridors. Got the idea for this thread from a post by @LuckyBitch in one of the other discussion threads.

That's a great idea that I think should be implemented.

There was a comment made about her that day which wasn't appropriate so your pic and most posts about her wig/outfit from that episode went away with the inappropriate one.

My Mom asked what I was reading earlier that had me chuckling and I told her it was a thread about Sherri from The Spew. She then proceeded to say many things about her that have been said in this thread and she doesn't even watch all the time. When she comments about how annoying someone is it kind of cements the fact for me. I told her Star had guest hosted recently and she commented that she hoped that Star had a talk with her but if she did that Sherri obviously didn't listen.

Kate Gosselin wouldn't have to pimp out her children against their will if they had stayed in their previous home or moved to one that wasn't as large. I'm sure the upkeep on that house they live in out in the country isn't cheap and downsizing into a smaller home would probably cut a lot of expenses. Her defense to that would probably be like Sal's in that she'd be afraid someone would kidnap her children.

I'm guessing the info about his frequent Hooters visits was gathered from his Twitter so that would be one place to look. Could always try Google too. I'm sure some articles people read are too old to track down if his behavior started being made public a few years ago.

When Dr. Richard Besser was talking about vaccinations and how they don't last as long because of how they were changed and etc. he kept looking at Jenny and seemed like he was trying to be as delicate as possible when explaining everything.

It's not that she's to vain to be pregnant. She had an extremely rough pregnancy with Jeffery who was premature, previous miscarriages and is in her mid 40's just about so she'd be super high risk. I don't see anything wrong with hiring a surrogate if one has the money and can't carry a baby for whatever reason. The issue here is that they didn't think enough before they went through with this surrogacy. I wonder if it was to try and save their marriage?

Some of that sputtering Candace did may have had to do with her knowing what she wanted to say wasn't going to be received well and she couldn't think of a way to make her 'view' palatable for the general viewing audience. I say that because I also saw the faces she made during some segments when things were discussed that she clearly didn't agree or approve with which made her mighty fidgety. I had never heard of Will before but once he said his boss was Beck everything clicked and fell into place regarding him and his attitude.

I'm going to reply to the Candace stuff in the general "View" discussion thread.

I noticed quite a few times that Candice wasn't too pleased at what was being talked about during different segments and looked like she wanted to say something then either decided not to or gave up even trying. During the interview with Angie Harmon I saw Candice with her mouth open like she was going to comment and then Sherri started talking. I only really heard her say anything at the start of the show during 'Hot Topics' when the picture of her family was shown.

I'll take your word for it....LOL I gave up on DWTS except for clips a few years ago and haven't watched a single episode of True Tori. I'm more excited for the US version of Big Brother which is starting soon.
