I noticed the weird camera work in the beginning with Sam and Dean in the impala. I don't think we've ever had a shot like that from the backseat before or at least one that went on for so long. It was odd.

So good. Minus Rowena. Can we be rid of her, please? Everything else? Awesome. I wish they hadn't killed Cain off because he was a great character. But that whole scene with him and Dean was everything I wanted. I'm so glad they finally brought up the Cain/Abel, Sam/Dean parallel. I just hope Dean doesn't go running off again to keep Sam safe. I loved, loved Dean just falling into Sam. Brotherssss. Sammy's face at the end :( Oh hey, hiatus. I don't like you.

I ugly cried as well. Mostly because my own father died in his sleep a week ago. Sadly, he was a bit younger than Zeek (62). So yeah, that hit a little too close to home. This show really had a way of reflecting things that I went through in my life. It both helps and hurts at the same time. I'll miss this show. I had my issues with it and was annoyed by almost every character, but I'll miss it.

If I cared about Charlie, I probably would have enjoyed this episode. But I don't, so this one was definitely meh. Will probs delete it off the DVR without rewatching. Please, please do not let Charlie come back with all of the knowledge on how to save Dean because she is just *so* awesome. This is a genuine fear of mine. Oh and please have Dean stop calling Charlie "kiddo" every two seconds when they are obviously around the same age.

Oh, I definitely don't want them to put Dean on the back burner and I'm totally cool with Sam being in a supportive role. I just feel like he hasn't had much interesting to do this season and I was sad to not even see him at all at the end of the episode. I was hoping he would go with Dean when he went to see Claire. I'm all for the brothers working together. That's literally what I watch this show for. Everything else comes second.

How annoying is Claire? Like, seriously. I'm going to put her next to Krissy on my list of Most Annoying Characters on Supernatural. Can she be gone for good now, please? They left it too wide open so I fear we will see her again...but please, no. Also annoying? Rowena. She's boring. Scary Dean is pretty awesome. I'm interested to see where they're headed with all this and just how dark he's going to get. Also, his first interaction with Crowley since being a demon was pretty underwhelming. I was expecting something different. Hey, Sam! You're still around even though we don't see much of you. I hope you get to do some more interesting things in the second half of the season.

As long as it still airs that night, which is looks like it will, it will be counted for the ratings.

Yup. Route 666 had 5.82 million viewers and a 2.6 in the demo when it was up against the State of the Union address back in 2006. It still remains the show's highest rated episode and I still laugh about it.

Yeah, it's usually a good thing to go against the address since every other network is airing it, people looking for anything else will stop on the CW. It usually works in our favor. Our highest rated episode ever is Route 666 because of this haha

I don't mind Cole. I'm looking forward to seeing where they go with him. I just hope everyone's not all good with each other. Let's not forget the Cole literally tortured Sam. I don't see Dean being cool with that, if Sam told him exactly what happened. I hope there's some kind of twist. I'd rather see Cole as a villain than an ally. Supernatural started 15 on the 8th, so they are pretty much on the same schedule? From what I can tell, they didn't film on Monday last week. They came back from break on Tuesday, the 6th and finished 14 on the 7th. Most of 14 was filmed in December.

They finished the Cain episode (14) early last week and then started 15. So, two different episodes. Edit: Just went back to twitter to check some stuff to make sure. They were filming 14 for about a week before they went on break. Tim Omundson tweeted about flying out to Vancouver. Then last week he tweeted about heading back there again to play Cain and then on the 7th he tweeted about his last day of filming. Travis Aaron Wade was seen filming with Jared and Jensen on the 8th and tweeted about arriving to work. Putting it all together, 14 (the Cain episode) finished on the 7th, they started 15 (Cole episode) on the 8th and will likely be filming that one all this week. As far as spoilers for 15, I've seen pictures of Jared and Jensen on set with Travis wearing suits (at least Sam and Dean are). There is also a picture of the three of them riding in the impala.

Yeah, I was just reading something about the CW's contract being up in 2016. So, it'll be interesting to see what happens with that.

Ha! :) I actually can't believe they renewed almost everything. Some of those shows are getting absolutely abysmal ratings.

If we're using conventions as an indication, how about the fact they've already signed on for cons throughout the end of the year and the beginning of 2016? I think that gives a pretty good indication of where their heads are at in terms of the show. If the guys thought the show was ending after this season, I doubt they'd sign on for more cons, some of which aren't happening until over a year from now. They know how their schedule works, so they know they will be able to do them as long as that sticks. If they're not working on Supernatural, who knows what their lives and schedules will be like a year from now. I know they can back out of cons if they need to, but I doubt they plan on doing that. I'm just saying. It hasn't been said officially one way or the other if Jared and Jensen have signed on. It's never really been an official thing thats been announced before, it's just information the boys have shared at cons when the question came up. I don't think the fact that they haven't said the words "we've signed on for this many more seasons" means they haven't. Who knows, they could bring it up at the next con. But from everything I've seen (and I follow a lot of the cast/crew/network people on twitter) there is nothing that indicates to me that anyone involved with the show is thinking it will end this season. Jim Micheals even made a status not too long ago saying almost exactly that. ...and with it being the CW's 3rd highest rated show (only SLIGHLY behind Arrow for second), I don't think the CW will be willing to let it go just yet. In conclusion haha...I think something would have to go terribly wrong for it not be renewed.

But where have you heard officially that they haven't signed the contracts? We only knew before because it came up at conventions. Just because they haven't said anything publicly yet doesn't mean they haven't signed on. I think they have. I think the show will be renewed. I actually think we will see at least 2 more seasons and I think that when it does end we will go into the final season knowing it's the last one.

The only night Supernatural hasn't been on is Monday. Where did you hear that Jared and Jensen haven't signed on yet? I mean, I haven't heard anything official, but the two of them have brought season 11 up a bunch of times. It'd be weird to do that if they hadn't. I'm thinking they have, we just haven't heard yet. I would be shocked if there wasn't an 11th season. Everyone involved with the show has made no indication that they're ready to stop yet and as long as they stays true, this show can go on for as long as it wants to.

I don't think it has anything to do with getting an 11th season. I think they see The Flash as their highest rated show and wanted to give iZombie a good lead-in. Supernatural pretty much gets the same numbers no matter what day of the week it's on, so moving it to a new night is no big deal. People who watch it will follow it there. I honestly expect Supernatural, The Flash, and Arrow to be renewed any time now.

As far as I've heard there is only one Charlie episode this season. At least no one has mentioned a second appearance this season. I think someone got Claire and Charlie confused since Claire was confirmed to be in two episodes.

I'm hoping he will have turned into the thing his father was and Sam and Dean hunt him. That would be more interesting to me than finding out he became a hunter. I'd also like to see whoever sent that fax to Cole come into play. He obviously had others helping him look for Dean.

They should just go ahead and renew this show now. I bet Supernatural, The Flash, and Arrow will all be renewed by March of next of year, if not earlier.
