Regarding Crystal with Sutton's comment, I remember Crystal being a snob too. Her rags-to-riches story gets its own side eye from me, even though I like her well enough. Just saying. She's another former HW making a living off commenting on the shows themselves, so 🤷🏻‍♀️. I'm happy for her, but it's nothing earth-shattering. I actually agree with Erika's take. The collection isn't going to win any awards. I was happy to see Jaid modeling in the show. Garcelle was so proud!

I was taken aback that Erika complimented Sutton (albeit in a TH) that her fashion show was well done. However, I see in next week's preview, we'll be back to the same bullshit.

I thought that was interesting too, although Erika still disses Sutton in her THs. She had every opportunity in that convo to go after Sutton on Dorit's behalf, but didn't. I know Kyle didn't say anything because she has a better understanding of why Sutton gets upset with the drinking thing (regarding her father).

Exactly. I hate the Mean Girl shit on these shows, and the way it can carry into the fanbase. And I don't even mean us, but in other parts of the internet where the show is discussed, there's a lot of parasocial relationship stuff going on as it relates to various cast members.

I would love a show of Jennifer, Sutton, and Garcelle just hanging out and living their best lives.

Camille is problematic AF for her Cavanaugh defense, but I love how she doesn't mince words about others, especially pointing out that they're phony. I say this while fully aware of her backstory. She had married into money with Kelsey.

That'd be a hilarious season long subplot.

Not only that, but I remember when Sutton reached out to Erika saying she'd be happy to help her while she gets back on her feet. You know, Erika, a woman who's also been coming for Sutton since Sutton's arrival on the show (and still talks shit about in her THs). As a college educated, yet working class, white woman, I don't care what Sutton said to Dorit. Dorit's been nothing but a poseur snob who looks down on everyone else, since she started on the show. Camille had her clocked early on. She's lucky that's all Sutton said to her as far as insults go. Speaking for myself here: I don't take money comments made about others personally. It's like, whatever. Obviously it's childish, but there are far worse insults that could be made. Other people's money is their business. Sutton knew that kind of insult would get under Dorit's skin, and it worked. She called out the Kemsleys for being frauds. She's not the only one who knows about them.

I think the first thing I said about Dorit (here) is that she's a performance artist because everything about her was so over-the-top. I still think she's over-the-top in a different way now. Wasn't she the one who told Sutton, when Sutton first came around to treat this like a job, or did Dorit say that to another newer cast member?

That's so weird. I'm curious to know what that's about too.

The show is at its best when the ladies are having fun together, and we get to see the lifestyle and travel porn. Also, what's with Erika questioning why Jennifer is friends with Sutton? They've been good friends for over a decade.

SAME. That comment took me right out because I wasn't expecting Jennifer to have to pay in installments, unless that's common in wealthy circles. Are D.O.Gs still a thing? A lot of dog owners don't seem to know how to handle their dogs. They need to pay for training.

Interesting. I would've placed Jennifer's net worth at an even higher amount. Obviously that's a shit ton of money most people will never see, but compared to someone like Kathy (and Rick), it's not a huge amount.

In Jennifer's THs, she did say "rich lady" stuff and leaned into it. However, I also got the impression that she's not quite the spendthrift we might assume she is. She has an extravagant lifestyle, for sure, but clearly she's money smart. Sutton in tonight's episode:

I also remember when Camille, basically, told Dorit to her face that she and PK were phony (and insinuated that they weren't really worth a lot of money) and she didn't get as much smoke as Sutton is. To me, they were saying the same thing. I'm not saying I agree with either of them saying that to Dorit, but that Sutton isn't the first to wonder aloud about Dorit (and PK).

Dorit makes her own little jabs, and then pretends she doesn't do stuff like that. Oftentimes I feel she projects a lot. She's very passive aggressive in that way. She has a long history on this show of running her mouth at other cast members (not just at Sutton). That said Sutton needs to dial back the insults a bit, especially about money. I feel like there's more happening behind-the-scenes that we aren't seeing.
