DwtS finale will be May 19 (they'll air May 18 and the GF is on May 19). So unless DwtS changes the format it has done in the past there shouldn't be a Castle episode on May 18. Plus as mentioned above preempting it in May Sweeps when they start before April 27, they could have just aired 7.20 on April 27 and be done with it. At this point I'm still going with May 11, day before the ABC Upfronts.

Don't forget the obvious choice of blowing up the precinct!Interesting that Paul H is directing 2 of the last 4 episodes since he also directed Sleeper. He's basically doing what Bowman did in reverse with Driven/Child's Play.

It could be foreshadowing anything not just babies (as I mentioned in my post above). He's been supportive in terms of her next career move (that we've seen in the past few episodes), and that is also what that line could be foreshadowing as well. That she wants to make the right choice so it's the best not only for her but also him, etc. So that scares her because if she chooses to go down one avenue (it will be like DC Part Two) and decides no I shouldn't (it can even be foreshadowing Alexis with what she chooses to graduate in). Also thought the human line at the end was a throwback to the final scene in Dressed to Kill.

And the fact she skipped past a few promotions to get a Captain's ranking if she passes the test. Hehe.

I've got no problem with the stage/song fright thing - because that goes back to her doubts of when they first got together (also a Kate Woods directed episode) and being different types of people (Castle being out there and her not preferring the spotlight) plus also liking her privacy (Limelight). The wanting it so badly thing - I saw that as foreshadowing in terms of making a decision later on. But that could foreshadow anything children, politics, law, staying in the position she's currently in.

Yep it's lighter (going by other pics circling the past day as well). As soon as I saw that pic of Luke with the Green Hat I thought of the Mad Hatter. Guessing he was channeling him.

Matt M originally said mythology based on his interview with DA back in February. Then DA clarified his statement and said that Castle and Beckett mythology would be in the finale. So going by the clarification he didn't say say whether the Beckett mythology is part of the 150th (Seamus was the one who brought up the Beckett mythology would be raised again towards the end of the season - which kind of went in line with DA's comments back in February but not really). Heh. I still reckon the mythology thing is more in terms of what people having been speculating anyway since DA said adjacent to the mythology - it'd go in lines of not her mother's murder itself but things that put Beckett on the path of going into the force (which is what we're seeing with her character now anyway).

They could have filmed it for the 150th - it wouldn't be the first a show filmed out of order, etc. Darren, Tamala's publicist had posted a pic (but pulled it down later on) but in it, it was with Tamala and Jon. So they were filming with Seamus and Juliana. I am curious to see how they do this Saturday Night Live type sketch show murder - because it seems like we're getting the heavy episode in Sleeper and then two lighter episodes before the finale going by Amann's comments.

I think they were working on a BTS for the S7 DVD - but that would be a total guess on my behalf. Because 150th episode technically hasn't started filming yet (I don't think unless I got the dates wrong again). But I'm not against her making an appearance!

Yep I'm going with that or at least having that as one of the options they'll have (regardless if it is a Series or Season Finale).

Whoops I accidentally put DA I meant campaign. I had no problem with Alicia going for the position - but parts of it I agree have been hit and miss so far. But back on topic. Regardless if this is the final season or not, I'd expect some kind of time jump when the final episode actually airs to show where the characters are at, etc.

Last season we didn't get that of course instead we got Castle go MIA. Heh. We need to at least get a Jim appearance at the end of I'll be a tad peeved, since she usually at least consults him when she wants to do a runner.

Yeah for Beckett go to for the Captain's exam then it means she's already up to Lt. without us being told about it. If they go the Captain's route then maybe they will go a kind of Raging Heat way. I wouldn't mind the politics route if they stick to NYC - start out small especially since they had apparently been keeping an eye on her. But as KaveDweller mentioned above, The Good Wife has been covering the move from law firm to DA at the moment and it's definitely been a great storyline. Only difference here for Beckett is she doesn't have a law degree (to our knowledge).

Yep usually they have to have a law degree because of the court work involved.

I wouldn't mind if they eventually went the DA route for her (or getting her own precinct, etc) - because she could still have Castle helping out if she became a DA. Plus it would be in line with her original plans (to become a judge) before her mother's murder. Or just get her to take over where Jim works that would suit me fine if we could get Jim pop up for more than 10 secs like he did at the wedding.

I did laugh at the threesome line when he said it in the precinct. Though that could be the cold/flu medication I'm on talking. And yes to the AG thing. Maybe in her mind she thinks she knew by leaking the info it was her way out so she chose to make her path, albeit by getting fired. Heh.

It'll be interesting to see which anvil comes to fruition (as merylinkid stated) because you had taking a bullet (mention a few times in there), promotion, compromising and third marriage, etc. I don't expect a marriage split (unless they kill someone off) - but I wouldn't be surprised if the having to juggle motherhood and moving forward via promotion does (which has been discussed extensively around here and hinted to by Amann comes into play). The taking the bullet part was interesting. I see that at this stage more like biting the bullet instead of taking a hit and jumping out of her comfort zone in the end.
