I loved this episode...and I love Highlander! When I first saw Clancy Brown on this show a while back, I thought "Well, they'll probably never reference Highlander now because that would be weird...but they went for it! Since he's on 'Schooled' as well, I'm kinda hoping for some Mr. Krabs fun. I liked Murray's story too. Some of my best friends live far away and I only see them every few years, but I love them and understand that's how it goes as an adult. And less Erica this ep!

Hi Dee, I think you mean Tom Hooper and not Tobe Hooper as director. Tobe Hooper is one of favorites but he died (and I could never imagine Cats in is wheelhouse) ;)

A little late to the party, but I have to say, the one thing that stood out to me in this ep: When Bruce Greenwood relayed that the hack wasn't external, but on internal servers, did anyone else yell to themselves "The calls are coming from inside the house!" ? No? Just me? Move along, then. ;)

Barry's and Beverly's exchange: "Did you you just call me a dumb bitch?" "No, I said don't pitch" "That's even worse!" had me absolutely rolling. Yes, Erica's storyline is kind of dumb, but I loved the interaction between her, Valley Erica, and Lainey, so I could handle it.

I really liked this episode. Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade is one of my favorite films so the guy in the car saying "You have chosen poorly" and "You have chosen wisely" to Barry really made me smile.

Hey mamadrama, sorry to hear about the flu hitting. :( If you need yet another person to commiserate about The Open House, I'm your woman! What a terrible movie this was. Agreed, the setup and early creepy scenes were promising, and it just devolves into nothing...absolutely nothing. If they were trying to go for the "this is scary because the evil person has no discernible motive" trope, they failed miserably. If any of you fellow posters are big horror fans like me and haven't seen it...STAY AWAY! You'll be so disappointed. And thanks for the We Are What We Are review. I've stayed away from it because of that poster, but good to hear there's a lot more to it. In general, my top favorites of all time are The (original) Texas Chainsaw Massacre, The Ring, and Hellraiser. Oh, and all but the last 5 minutes of Sinister. :)

When I saw it was the Charles Barkley ep, I set my DVR immediately, because of the Barney skit. I think I've watched it 5 times already today. Barkley trash talking Barney will never fail to make me laugh.
