IMO it doesnt matter that there is video of Bobby talking about Bobbi Kristina's condition the fact is he wasnt accurate in what he said. Read that article carefully (or any article that was written talking about Bobby saying what he did at the time), his own family members pretty much said he was in denial and that he was often saying "I know shes aware that I'm there", he never actually meant that she was awake and responding. No one ever said she was awake and speaking. No one backed up Bobbys words. I think right now the problem is the stuff that is being said about Lamar is being exaggerated. This isnt a situation where he miraculously woke up and everything is fine now by any means. Every article I read made it very clear that even though there are signs of improvement they still arent clear on just how much brain damage he ended up with and that he is not out of danger at all. Neither his aunt or his coach has said anything indicating this is some bizarre miracle where he went from brain dead to awake and everything is fine. That comment from Bobby Brown is completely different than everything being said about Lamar. Someone even said in the video on that site that he never made it clear if she was actually awake and conscious or if he simply meant he believed in some way she was watching him (it was also confirmed back then that her eyes WERE opening occasionally but it was a reflex). Three different sources are saying Lamar is speaking and making hand gestures - but everyone is free to believe or doubt as they choose.

I'm going to one of the events on Sunday (the one with the Chopped judges) but I MAY splurge and get tix tomorrow for the Ultimate Tailgate so I can drool over Eddie in person hee.

There were pics all over twitter yesterday of Lamar's children and ex arriving at the hospital looking distraught so no, they aren't being pushed aside and tbh I actually cringed that paparazzi did take pics of them. The Kardashians asked for the fame, these kids didn't. All the major outlets are also posting the statement they made thanking everyone for all the prayers.

Bingo. How often do we hear "I think their time is almost up"? But it never is? All you have to do is go to TMZ or Radar and see how any article about them gets thousands of comments and its been said that articles about them garner the most hits. Around the time when the Kourtney/Scott breakup happened and Radar was posting one article after another it cracked me up to see the same names over and over posting in every article saying "when are these people going to go away" "can you stop writing about them"? Welll, when you stop clicking on every fucking article maybe then they'll stop writing. Hits=money for these sites and they really dont care if its negative posting. I saw this douchebag on Good Day NY yesterday and I wanted to punch him really hard. When he said then he got a call from the Kardashian publicist saying "Khloe would rather be the one to talk when the time is right" he said he told the publicist "go to hell". What a tacky asshole.

Eh i dont find it surprising. I know Kanye is extremely hated but spending time caring for children that are his family is shocking? There were pics recently of North playing soccer and you can see him in back of her helping her and when Scott and Kourtney broke up Kim and Kanye were really great with those kids IIRC they took them to NYC for 4thvof July weekend..Kanye even took Mason to the movies.

Lance Bass was on TV a little while talking about this. He's close with Kris and was saying how much Kris and the whole family adores Lamar and how devestated they are. Even after the separation with Khoe Kris would check on him daily but she realized he needed some tough love and tried to get him help as she saw his addiction worsening..that when the family saw he wasn't accepting help they were told (by counselors maybe?) to back off and not force him. That's the sad thing with addicts if any kind..you simply cannot force anything.

Lamar is in ICU, there isn't going to be a bunch of "characters" all around him but family and close friends are allowed in at certain points, and in this case as noted above its pretty obvious everyone is there to say their final goodbyes. Also you don't have to actually be in the room to show support for a loved one..just being at the hospital is support for Khloe.

Horrible. Whether you hate the Kardashians or not, having to decide to keep someone on life support or pull the plug is one of the hardest, most heartbreaking decisions in life. Logically if he's got severe brain damage he likely won't be able to function even if lives but its still awful to have to be the one to make that choice.

Speaking only for myself but I think I'm one of the few that does NOT think this will be played out as some ratings grabber for KUWT nor do I think this will be twisted into a form of entertainment. IMO the ones who do think that are the ones who simply refuse to believe this family is actually capable of actual feelings outside of making good TV. However I'm wondering how it might be discussed on the show because I'm trying to imagine how something as massive as Khloe's husband dying could possibly be avoided. I would be shocked if it isnt discussed. This is someone who was a big part of the show and the family. If Lamar passes away I'm expecting this will change Khloe's life and demeanor quite a bit even if its only briefly. I have no problem whatsoever if its done in a respectable way and I dont even put this in the same category as Bruce becoming Caitlyn. Not even close. Exactly. But then again every single thing they do is always questioned and if they show an ounce of compassion it must be for the sake of the TV show. Since the latest TMZ update actually makes Kris sound human that's being laughed off. And honestly? I would expect this to be mentioned on KUWK if Lamar does die. How they handle it is what will be important.

Give me a fucking break. I'm trying to imagine a scenario where a hospital would even allow a TV crew in the hospital much less in an ICU room.

I saw something on Twitter that last night his father was asking for prayers. If his children choose to be there that's their call and the Kardashians have no say. if they are there I doubt it would be reported, only the 'names' get the headlines. Kobe Bryant left a game early to be at the hospital so of course that's spreading. Eta: TMZ is saying the most recent episode of KUWTK sent him over the edge. I hope guilt eats them up. I know they aren't directly responsible but if its true they portrayed him in a certain way that's not entirely accurate (I didn't see the episode so I have no clue) then that's messed up.

I dont think they need to spin anything. Lamar has been caught up in so much stuff why would they spin? But the fact that she's rushing to be there speaks volumes. For all the bullshit and problems i always believed Khloe really did love him and maybe still does.

Very well said. Seventeen years ago my 16 year old nephew died very suddenly from an enlarged heart, a condition no one even knew he had. Watching Lucas' reaction yesterday completely gutted me because it took me back to the exact reaction my brother had when his only child passed away with zero warning. Even Sami's shell-shocked expression at the end reminded me of pretty much the way my whole family looked when we got the news.

I think Toms dad did pass away yesterday. He posted a lovely picture of them on Instagram last night and Alfonso sent him a sweet message of condolences and admiring him for being so great knowing that his dad passed a few hours before the show. I'm truly amazed at how he was able to hold himself together.

A showmance is IMO when two people purposely play up any hint of romance so its all done to get people talking (Kim and Robert ended up being the real deal last season) but I dont see Alek or Emma doing anything like that. If something is brewing I can't see either of them flashing it in front of the cameras.
