IMO it was not lacking sympathy for her situation. It is the constant complaint of Tinsley about her living situation in Casa Morgan that almost resembles the abusive situation she was recently involved in. Tinsley has an easy solution, she has the resources to move out and eliminate one of the triggers of her anxiety. Even if that means moving temporarily to a hotel. I thought the ladies were trying to let her know that she doesn't have to take the abuse of living in a house with so many rules, where she can't bring friends or has to live in eggshells as to not offend her host, she has an easy solution. Tinsley really should consider their advice and move out ASAP, it would be good for her mental sanity and probably the first step in moving on with her life.

It was funny in a bad way when Luann got so upset with Sonja when she mentioned that they have had sex with the same guy. Luann probably forgot Harry, the pirate and that is only the ones the viewers know, who knows how many else these two have shared. (besides Tom)

OMG!!!! Just watching at Carole, Tinsley and Bethenny' giggling and laughing at all this gives me life, LMAO. This episode reminded me of why I have given up on all Bravo's housewives except NY. There is plenty of drama but then they also have this hysterical moment.

Luann back to her Countess arrogant behavior, reminding everyone why she should have special treatment. The only time I have liked Luann is when she dared to be herself when she was single and ready to mingled and made no apologies about being a woman on the prowl. This whole charade about being so proper and prim is not the real Luann. Or maybe it is which would make it even more disappointing.

I love, love, love drunk Dorinda. She makes a complete fool of herself but she manages to be funny. Yes!!! I know she was loud and obnoxious and probably embarrassed the heck out of herself by that public scene of drunken stupor, but as a viewer of this show, I think she was funny as he$$. I do think that that slimy guy was after Dorinda and John saw the opportunity and tried to drag Dorinda on his ventures, luckily for Dorinda she knew better than that. Dorinda was very loud and clear about her non-involvement but she sure wasn't defending John. Bethenny has a clearer picture about how the Tipsy girl came to be, she knows that Ramona was actively pursuing it, John probably too, Dorinda didn't want any part of it and Sonja just made a stupid mistake. I think she said it best when she placed the blame of the slimy guy, he was trying to break into the market by using a RHNY and it just didn't work for him.

I am willing to bet that he is regretting by now not having taken that settlement. Ten million for two years of marriage is a pretty good pay day but he thought he deserved more. I also bet his lawyer told him to accept, just as much as he told him to not ever contact her directly after the C&D letter but he did it anyway. Jason is an unhinged person and Bethenny has all the right to feel threatened, this POS insists of having his hands on the life insurance policy (something that he could easily have asked his lawyer to request) after telling her "I will destroy you", I would be thinking about one of the episodes of Snapped.

If Jason had any shred of evidence that Bethenny violated their divorce and/or custody agreement, you better believe that he would have taken her to court. FGS he took her to court after she posted the picture of wearing Bryn pajamas and the judge slapped Bethenny's wrist over that. Do you actually imagine that Jason was going to pass the opportunity to stick it up to her had she violated any part of the agreements? it would NEVER happen. Jason is bitter mad not because of Bryn or to protect Bryn, after all, they have shared custody, IMO was he is mad is about Bethenny suing his lawyer friend, I think that the lawyer friend in order to clear his name and avoid more problems will reveal information that Jason doesn't want out there (fraudulent documents????) so the conversation that he wanted to have was about her dropping the lawsuit. Otherwise, Jason could have easily asked his lawyer to pass any message to her lawyers without writing one direct e-mail, without the need of hundreds of emails directly from him. Jason was sitting pretty on a 5M NYC apartment with 12K monthly alimony payments, his lawyers had to be paid by her, he wanted more than 10M in settlement and suddenly after the trust was thrown out the window, he had to go back to a one bedroom apartment, lost the alimony money so probably had to stop his luxurious lifestyle.. The harassment has nothing to do with Bryn's custody, it has to do with money, just like throughout the divorce, it has never been about Bryn, it has always been about the money.

I have read about Tinsley and the physical abuse, the powerful family of the guy and what not. She joined the cast and there were several articles talking about it. I do have compassion for her circumstances, but even if Bravo set up her living arraignments with Sonja the time has come for her to leave. As long as Tinsley lives with Sonja she will be roped into that story line of bickery and smack talk. She needs to show more of her real struggles and she needs to stand on her own two feet. She could take all the time she needs to recover, being two months or two years, she just needs to do that in her own place.

Sonja really should have taken some lessons from Luann, she totally blew it. She should have said "it was just a kiss" and then mentioned that she was helping a poor helpless guy. If I was Rocco I would totally eliminate Sonja from my list of future wives and place her straight on the column of booty call OMG, Ramona's ponytail NO, NO, NO, just NO !!!!!!!!!

I was going to comment that this guy Rocco being kind of too old for Sonja but then I remember her ex-husband and well.......

How old is Tinsley? At this rate I figure her best shot would be to move back to mommy's house

If I ask a friend to come with me to a party and she says "I am too tired, can't do it", my reply would be, "OMG, you are so boring" Does that mean that I think my friend is boring? of course not, she just doesn't like to party as much as I do, but in every other aspect, I find her very enjoyable. IMO Bethenny might have referred to Carole being boring when it comes to trying new food but she probably enjoys their friendship in other aspects.

That aftermath party? LMAO, OMG This is why I can't quit Bethenny. Old habits die hard? Yes, Tom........ WE KNOW the only one in denial is your new wife.

No wonder Carole and Adam are growing apart, he is a chef and Carole, well. Carole is like those spoiled children who want chicken nuggets and fries anywhere they go. Be a little bit more daring Carole, try something new, you might be pleasantly surprised.

I officially have second-hand embarrassment. Ramona hanging with Avery friends and telling them her problems? WTF These girls are utterly happy to be having drinks on your dime and cameras showing their faces on national TV If all they have to say is that you are 100% on everything so be it. I wish Bravo would have shown Ramona's charity event from the night before. It seems like Ramona not only didn't apologize but she dared to try to defend her appalling behavior. WTF She has done the same on everything single hotel bathroom where she stayed with Sonja, WTF.

*** hangs head in shame*** I am a last minute wrapper as well I have a bag on the back of my trunk with just wrapping paraphernalia. Only exceptions are Christmas gifts, I do try to wrap them ahead of time. I love, love, love Christmas time in NYC.

I saw it too. She lived with a guy for two and a half years and he went on a trip, during that trip she met The Count, five days later they were engaged, she moved out of the house of this other guy without even having the decency of a face to face conversation. IMO if anybody fu&^ed her way to the top was Luann.

Why in the world is there so much argument about whether Cookie was locked in a closet in the apartment or somewhere else? She was locked and that is something that she has never been before. That in itself could be very stressing for a dog. If Cookie was anywhere in the apartment then her crying, whining and barking would have directed Bethenny or any of her assistants to find her but that was not the case. Hours passed before that &^%hole revealed where he had taken the dog so I can only assume it was not in the apartment. When dogs are out of their familiar environment they become loud and they bark relentlessly to the point that even the neighbors would complain about the noise. A person who is cruel towards an animal, an old dog at that is IMO scum of the earth. You could make all the excuses in the world about him and speculate about the reasons why he decided to lock Cookie somewhere else, but the fact is that he withheld the information about the exact whereabouts as a way to mentally torture Bethenny for hours. He knows how attached Bethenny is to Cookie, he used an old dog to hurt her and that is inexcusable. He didn't stop there, he was also reprimanded by the judge for tapping Bethenny and her staff, for hacking her work e-mails and now the harassment charges, all that paints Hoppy as a mentally unstable guy.

Luann forced smile when Tom said he needed a pass was pitiful, I bet her jaw was hurting. It only lasted few minutes though, as soon as they arrived to the helipad she was in heaven again. Oh the blessings of being such a materialistic hag!!!

LMAO!!! Ramona: "I tried to make up with her, I don't know what is wrong with her" Ramona is out of her f&*ing mind, is that is an apology then I will never want to receive one. I only hope that Ramona is watching this episode completely sober and with Avery just so she have someone help her understand why her behavior is so completely ridiculous. Bethenny's complaint was that Ramona saw her during the summer and never mentioned the "porno" movie (which BTW she must have watched, lol) but waited until cameras were rolling to conveniently bring up in front of everybody. Ramona took that and went to town, completely crazy.

I am watching this episode on demand and despite of what everyone says I truly enjoy it, maybe this is the reason why I no longer watch any RH on Bravo except for NY. Top moments for me: - Luan asking Ramona "Don't you have anything better to do with your time" (than call Tom's exes) - Ramona answers, "No, not really" LMAO Empty nest syndrome has hit Ramona really hard.

Somebody must have found it credible as Jason got charged with charged with aggravated harassment in the first degree, harassment in the second degree and stalking in the fourth degree. Those are serious charges and would not be done just based on her say.
