I am not sure which old Tom the episode title refers to, but I delight in believing Sandoval flipped out that it was a reference to him. He’s not old! Look at his harness that lights up (cough, cough: midlife crisis Amazon late night shopping).

I didn’t see or hear anything about Scheana and Brock’s George Lopez appearance, but then again I only watch Young Sheldon on CBS basic cable. I should know better.
