Didn't that happen at least once? Tracy is still undergoing physical therapy to treat the injuries he suffered in that crash, six months ago. His friend, comedian James McNair, was killed, and two other friends injured. Link to comment

Walmart Stores said Wednesday that it has settled a lawsuit with the representatives of comedian Tracy Morgan and two others, who were seriously injured in an accident involving its truck. The crash on June 7 last year killed comedian James McNair. Walmart has already settled with his children. The terms and conditions of the settlement with Morgan and the other plaintiffs remain confidential, the company said. ... According to People, Tracy is continuing to make "slow but steady progress in his recovery from a traumatic brain injury that resulted from a tragic multi-vehicle crash last June." 1 Link to comment

The lawyer there is a real downer, because he's clearly been attached to Tracy to try and "control" him, but really even in his current state it's hardly all that possible to control Tracy... so the lawyer is just a leech we can mostly ignore. 1 Link to comment
