Someone thread mentioned Haan peaking too early and they were right    But I think he went  far enough to accomplish his goal to get back into cheffing.

I felt the edit gave away the finale.  Haan was getting cocky the last couple episodes.  Chanty was often shown talking about if he won what it would mean.

I was cheering for Moira but am fine with Chaney winning.

they are both amazing chefs.

I was rooting for Chanty! Yay, what a sweet, fun, talented guy. 

Moira was a bit out of her depth I thought. Most of her dishes were on the simple side. I would have rather seen what Haan would have come up with for the final. 

This season flew by. I guess I am used to the hour long episodes in the US. 

I wish they didn't make the chef's come up with a "story" for every damn dish. Maybe they just want to cook beautiful, delicious food!
