What is Harlee apologizing to Cristina for? For being kidnapped and nearly raped by Stahl? For not sharing all the details of her trauma with her entitled shit of a daughter? This show has never understood that Cristina is the living worst and Harlee's efforts to protect Cristina always come across as worthless because Cristina is so undeserving of Harlee's herculean efforts. That's not to say that I think Harlee is remotely right about anything. She's not.

The FBI is filled with incompetent idiots if they believe anything this hooker suddenly starts telling them. They interviewed her months ago, but now all of a sudden she tells them that Harlee is obsessed with Stahl and it's concerned faces.

Stahl is back! He's like the road runner. His presence just prompts the rest of them to insane crazy.

I thought Woz would be smarter than involving Tufo's brother in some shit.

I agree with everything HunterHunted said. Cristina is an entitled brat, although I guess it's Harlee's fault she's like that, Harlee goes above and beyond to cater to her. Harlee also doesn't seen to notice when Cristina is being a bitch, so there's that, too. Still, I like this show better when Cristina is nowhere to be found.

I also thought the FBI ladies were ... well, not the brightest. So anyone can tell them anything about anyone and they believe it? They didn't give Harlee two shakes when she said she saw Stahl. Now all of a sudden they get some rando phone call and they're all Harlee is the bad guy? Geesh. The FBI isn't painted too bright in any tv shows lately, not just this one.

I thought for sure the liquor Stahl brought for the hooker was poisoned.

The cop Stahl made think he was IA ... doesn't anyone ask for credentials these days? Anyone can tell anyone anything and they believe it? Stahl could have done Internet research to know what he told that guy. I'd have told Stahl to show an ID, and then I'd have checked it out back at the office. If he even had one. For being so smart, there sure are a bunch of dumbasses on this show, cops and FBI.

He wasn't on this week, but does anyone know why Woz is obsessed with the kid who shot him? Why is he going to see him in jail, protecting him from the other gang kids. What's up with that? Plus why is a little kid (what, is he six or eight?) in gen pop with teenagers.

Law enforcement in the Shades of Blue universe is either hapless or completely amoral.

This ep was all over the place! There are too many plotlines going on, and I'm getting confused. However, the only one I really care about is Stahl's.  Sadly, he is working with Hooker Harlee so that's disappointing. She annoys me almost as much as Christina!

I guess Tess and Tufo are background characters this season. For so much that's happening, those two should have some more screen time.

I agree that this show doesn't need as much Cristina as it thinks it does. She's really just a plot point, a reason for Harlee to partake in shady shit so that she can financially ensure a bright future for her. I feel like they should have just gotten a little moppet who shows up once every three episodes to remind us she exists instead.

For the first point, I thought the same thing! Even though I'm fine with Hooker Harlee being shuffled off this mortal coil sooner rather than later, something about poisoning gives me the heebie jeebies so I'd prefer she bite it another way.

I think Woz's reasons for visiting the kid who shot him are manyfold. For starters I think he wants to reassure the kid that he doesn't blame him for what happened, and maybe thinks that by presenting himself--a cop--as reasonable and understanding, the kid won't continue down a life of crime when he gets out. I think he feels bad for the circumstances the kid was raised in that led him to do such a thing, and Woz kind of has this obsessive desire to be everybody's surrogate dad. Everybody on the crew, Cristina, etc. Also, letting the bigger kids know that the little kid is on good terms with a cop and he will make their stay even worse if they mess with him. Although yes, why such a young kid is in juvie with teenagers doesn't make any sense outside of tv.

Yeah, I’m a little lost this season. I’m confused about who the informant was, what he was saying to whom, who killed his dad, were these the same people to killed Harlee’s boyfriend, and what’s up with Woz?

The only plotline I understand is Stahl, and he’s turned into a Hannibal Lecter/Fatal Attraction villain. Last season he was a creepy liar. This season, he’s become Jason Bourne’s evil twin.

And how the hell does Harlee’s block have so many open parking spaces?

If you lived on her block, would you want to get on her bad side? The word has probably spread.

Or Stahl has personally chased them all off. We saw what he did to the last intruder.
