(Target Practice-I wish we had pictures of the shed with target practice holes, the type of gun or BB gun used vs. the siding material would have shown a lot.   From the poor photos on plaintiff's phone it's hard to see the damages, but apparently house and shed were vinyl siding, and a BB gun can cause a ton of damages.    Also, the bathroom floor photo, the straight line was quarter round. )

I don't think I've ever seen a litigant who had the sense to take a picture first from a distance to get perspective, and then a closeup of the damage.

Best example was on HB just yesterday when a woman complaining her new counter wasn't the colour she picked gave the judges huge printed pics  ("Look. The colour is wrong!!")- in black and white. Very helpful. I commend judges for keeping their cool in the face of such wilful stupidity.

Thanks. I have no memory of this case - the one with someone dead on the floor -  so I'm looking forward to it! Oh, gee. That sounds kind of morbid. 😬 Sorry about that.

Exes battle over son's ashes."    2/28/2018

https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/6835-the-peoples-court-general-discussion/?do=findComment&comment=4101785

First case is very sad. I find the nasty allegations by the mother to be despicable.     The son was an addict, nothing either parent did changed that, so I find the nitpicking over which parent was more at fault by the defendant bizarre.   The nasty remarks from both sides in the hall were horrible.

Second case is an 8-year-old who set the couch on fire in the middle of the night while "looking for deodorant".   The defendant's daughter is the oldest 8-year-old I've ever seen.   How the defendant can blame the plaintiff for his fire starter kid is ridiculous.   Why is Judge M trying to talk sense to the 8-year-old firebug?   Then the kid gets ticked at Judge M and is told to park her butt back in the chair, and Judge M yells at the father too, and she tosses both of them.

How on earth did Momma the Professional Wailer and Daddy the Drug Dealer find new partners? Oh, well - look at them.

I want to know - since I see this constantly - how anyone managed to have a service and bury a loved one before the advent of "GoFundMe".

These revolting examples of humanity didn't appear to be poverty-stricken and managed to keep themselves very well-fed to an average of 300 lbs, yet beg strangers to pay for the son's funeral. Okay, so I understand grifters. I guess the part I don't understand is people giving their hard-earned dollars to these amoral grifters, jailbirds, and hustlers.

They really pulled the wool over JM's eyes and had her feeling sorry for them.

Cases-Being A Careless Girlfriend - Being Uneven - Being A Lug-Nut

First case is a twist on a dog attack case.  Dog owner and former boyfriend is suing former girlfriend for taking his Poodle for a walk without a leash and Pit Bull attacked Poodle.  Plaintiff suing ex-girlfriend for vet bills.

(Thanks for the correction rcc. I totally messed this one up)

The flooring case was very odd too.  I have never seen a botched flooring job as bad as the one done by the defendants.    Filling in with wood filler or whatever that was looked terrible, and floors have to settle?   No they don't.

Don't be so dismissive! I regularly carry Gucci sunglasses, a Michael Kors watch, two new expensive iPhones (gotta have a spare, in case), $900 worth of essential oils, a hair straightener, and a bunch of other stuff totaling 4K in my $400 purse for my job at a landscaper. You know  - the stuff I need for my daily life.

I dropped it in a parking lot more than once when I realized I had forgotten something. It's too heavy to carry around for nothing! Those 90 bottles of essential oils weigh a ton.

Bitter over a bald spot."    3/13/2018,  Season 21 / Episode 97

Cases-Being Wound Up Too Tight - Messing Up A Move - Not Living Up To Her Word

p, 100, https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/6835-the-peoples-court-general-discussion/?do=findComment&comment=4141487

Case 1, bald spot from a too tight weave.  She claims it ruined her vacation with pain from the hair.     Plaintiff claims the scar and big bald spot is from the weave.

Exciting twist, video of a hair pulling fight from high school is shown by the hairdresser, and she says that explains the bald spots and scars.    I don't see the breakage and bald spots as the defendant's problem, I think plaintiff did have bald spots and scars from getting her hair ripped out in the fight shown on video, combined with over processing over the years.   Judge M agrees with the dermatologist, who said plaintiff has done way too much chemically to her hair, and there is no hairdresser testimony in court, so plaintiff case dismissed.

Another whining mover case, where the customer expects to get moved for cheap.  The movers had to pack a lot of loose stuff, hundreds of extra cubic feet, and hours of overtime, so the moving company has to pay 600 back, so the move was only $200+ over the original contract.   I'm calling bull pucky on Judge M saying the moving companies always send the actual movers, no they don't they always send the owner or manager.

Third case plaintiff bought a car from defendant with a bad mirroe, and claims defendant promised to fix the mirror, but defendant says plaintiff won't bring the mirror to her shop to fix it.  Defendant claims plaintiff wants to take the mirror to another shop for installation, and for her (she's the general manager, that plaintiff calls 'the girl') to pay the installation fee.

Approaching thunderstorm means I turn everything electrical off, so bye for today.

And she may very well have been in another violent, savage fight while on vacation or anywhere else. Unreal. If a video of me, fighting like a wild animal, were to be shown on national television I would shrivel up and die. To her it was just, oh, well, that was a while ago. It's normal. Everyone here was wearing wigs. Why is that not good enough for her?

When watching reruns with certain litigants, I sometimes wonder what became of them. In this case, I'm a little curious as to where the pen-waving, wee Romeo - sociopath, drunk driver, liar, scammer, domestic abuser, con artist, and grifter ended up.

He was lucky enough to find someone as gullible and stupid as the plaintiff, who was a willing victim. She gave him money, a car, and a job, and instead of behaving and milking that, he royally screwed it up with his despicable, low-down behavior. "Lovable" Romeo, wherefore art thou? Really?

I had forgotten most of these repeats, but no - you didn't miss anything unless you have a vital interest in a felonious woman in a horrible wig who is on parole, soon to be homeless, and carrying the fruit of the loins of her felonious, incarcerated lover boy. Not sure when conception took place, but possibly it was caused by talkin' or dealin' as are many of the blessed events seen on this show.

@CrazyInAlabama, should that say September 9 above?

Good news, my local affiliate is continuing to air this show despite it being off air for over a year. Bad news, they’ve also decided to air Judge Judy 8(!) times a day. They may as well just call it the JJ network at this point 😂

Thanks, I fixed it.

p. 107, https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/6835-the-peoples-court-general-discussion/?do=findComment&comment=4331301

(Second case is a good one to skip, briefly plaintiff let her cat out, cat went in defendant's closed yard, and defendant's dog  killed cat.  Plaintiff wants money for her cat, and dog put down.   Plaintiff gets told to pound sand.  )

Ugh. I could have done without those lazy, nasty, squatting beasts.

Okay, so I've finally reached the stage of life where I feel in the position to be a Good Samaritan, and being the kind of person I am I decided to get big screens for all of you, co-sign for 20-year-old Mercedes with liens on them, buy you the latest iPhones, and put you all on my plan and my bank account.

I know you're all on hard times, so if there are any necessities I missed - like new games, fancy rims, or European trips you really want, let me know.

Do it now. I had 4 hrs of sleep last night, got blood tests from what seemed like vampires out to drain me of the last drop, and I'm drunk. You know my situation.

It is what it is.

12 September-“Exes Tax Return Trouble”  5/18/2018, Season 21, Episode 130. Cases-Not Splitting Things Evenly - A Low Tow Blow Tow - Being A Freeloader

p. 107, https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/6835-the-peoples-court-general-discussion/?do=findComment&comment=4339926

Three ridiculous cases.

First case of the battling Bickersons and the tax refund was ridiculous.  The not ex wife after almost 3 years claiming all kinds of things against not ex husband, filed joint taxes forever, and still aren't divorced.   She claimed abuse and all kinds of things against the plaintiff, but never filed any charges, or went to medical treatment.

Second case of 2003 BMW parking at a motel for years, caretaker dies, and the owner called the tow company to get rid of a car that was parked on the motel lot for two years.  Plaintiff is also an attorney too.

Third case-I loathe moochers, and the people who rent tiny rooms to desperate people.

Exes Tax Return Trouble”

My first time seeing this.  As soon as I heard that the "Thinner" P was only permitted to see his kids for 4 hours every other week, I figured the case would be ugly. He has a history of abuse and psychiatric problems so his wife decided to have only two kids with him.  Finally, after years of this, his wife decides that maybe the kids shouldn't be subjected to this anymore and gives him the boot, by way of a restraining order. Too late. You've already traumatized them after years of being witnesses to their parents' mighty battles.

He whines that she "had me"  sign the house over to her and made him take meds - "Fetta-meens" (he says that as though he has no idea what they are) - to lose weight but claims she was taking them too. He's a mature person who has no free will. Newsflash: There are other ways for people to lose weight besides gulping methamphetamines that get you all hopped up make the heart beat so fast I'm amazed he's still around. He blames the fetta-meens for his violent behavior and general lunacy, like threatening to jump out of a moving car, in which his children were sitting. Nice for them. But fuck the kids, right?😡

P seems to expect JM to fix his tax woes, which of course, she cannot do since they're still married. Go home, you two, and try to control your baser impulses in front of the children. I hope these kids haven't been fed into obesity too, but I fear they have.

Case 1-another check cashing case gone wrong Case 2-Another Craigslist roommate fail, Case 3-Another car damage by teen case where Judge M went easy on defendant, because they're cute.

On this rewatch, I  just realized it was JM who said he's bipolar. HE said he is epileptic and has ADHD, which precludes a 30-year-old man from opening a bank account and makes him depend on others to feed, clothe, house, and handle his SSI for him. All that doesn't preclude him from launching a physical attack on anyone who annoys him, to the point where he has to leave town so he won't get his little pudgy fists flying.

Doing anything for himself never occurred to him.

Interesting cases: Owner of stolen earrings changes her furniture out every year, tenant/landlord case is equally delusional landlord, another defendant driving without insurance for almost a month.
