I liked Peter trying to be serious. We got to see the PeterCopter again! And I got a laugh out of stockbroker Garfield sad at lasagna futures tumbling.

So the CK in "Lois CK" stood for "crowd killer" but it wouldn't fit on the marquee.

This one was better. I laughed when Lois’ comedy success made her so pretentious, Brian realized he acted just like her.

I liked Peter's 'please advise' texts. And the Librarian went out with Lois and them to the 90s concert? 

I liked all the 80s comedy club names. I think they could have leaned more into the standup though. 

Brian finally realizes how he talks about books. 

Lois CK was a brilliant take. 

Who did Mix A Lot? Was it actually him?

I had a strange sense of deja-vu that kept me from enjoying this one. Was there a point to the "big knees" song at the end? I was expecting to see Meg in a callback of some sort.

Season 23, ep 5: The Chicken or The Meg

I can see Sex Farm being a thing. I loved the runner of Principal Shepard being forced to stay on the show. 

It really was inevitable for a plot with Meg dating the Giant Chicken's kid. Wasn't expecting that, in lieu of another overly long fight, Meg just cuts off the Giant Chicken's head. And the episode just ended there, too.

"I've taken a demotion from youtube to television!"

Meg finally finds a boyfriend in the Giant Chicken’s son, whose family treats her better than hers ever did. But of course the status quo is always upheld, so we knew it was going to end.

That ending was pretty awesome though…maybe Peter should think twice before ever messing with her again lol.

Sex Farm. Fox doesn't even try anymore. Which is true because there's a show called The Floor. One of them is the Librarian! I'm disappointed she wasn't involved more.

The QR code actually works btw. 

I was not expecting who the Chicken was. Nor the deconstruction of The Gambler, though correct. 

Griner actually got busted for cbd oil, not weed.

Very timely reference with Caillou ending like the Sopranos.

And a cutaway with Pete Davidson's love life. "I text back promptly. That's the secret."

Quagmire should be happy that he's associated with diarrhea and not, you know, being a notorious pervert. And of course Brian was an ass about stealing his thunder the whole time.

Peter being obsessed with Quagmire's pants after he threw them away was a classic moment.

I have no idea what cartoon they did the Sopranos. I thought it was funny enough but just a straight redo didn't really land. I figured the main character would get his head blown off. 

Those pizza restaurants Stewie and Chris were talking about are actually real in Rhode Island. Though I don't know how you beat Caserta's because it's a giant pan pizza and thick af cheese. They also have pigs in a blanket. And party pizza. You don't even know the party pizza.

Some of the students actually got a picture with the pilots one time because the door was open and they said hi, and then we ran into them at a bar later!

If Chris and Stewie were running a pop up in the yard, I don't get why it had to be wheelchair accessible. Anyone with a wheelchair could get in line and get a pizza.

When Quagmire was on the sink, he told Brian not to touch anything. I wonder if it would have been better if Quagmire knew the whole time and waited to drop it on Brian at the end himself.

The Last of Us, I love zombie shows about brush overgrowth!

So, Peter's humiliating throw was at a carnival game that went viral. Yeah, no one remembers the Meg episodes and she's actually good at sports.

I got a good laugh out of "Son in front of a tree photography."

Fun fact, I went to college with the guy who went viral for cosplaying as Peter at comic cons. It was cool to see another shout out to him.

EDIT: They must've sent him that clip ahead of time, since that was posted to his page...8 months ago. And this was the first time I saw it.

I think they missed a huge sight gag with Seth and Rachel being the parents for the kid with the pictures in front of the tree. 

What's wrong with the farmers' market?

I think the plots should have been flipped. I wanted more Brian and Stewie because I couldn't get enough of those jokes. 

Wow, they totally cucked Peter with Cleveland and then literally said it.

We didn't run in the same circles, but he was always around. These days, we catch up when we run into each other at cons.

There was a boss at work who reminds me of Peter Griffin.
