That whole scene is my fave part of that ep. That's why I had to include Glenn Close's incredulous "Josh Lyman is gesTICulating wildly." teee. The chain yanking is always what i remember first from that ep for some reason. I think because that's where Toby realizes he really *can put Donna's mother's cats on the Court.
