I would not be surprised one bit if the only thing Trump has read in years is Twitter.  140 characters is about his attention span.

And people think this guy is qualified to run our country.  Really makes you want to cry.

It seems pretty clear to me that Trump can read but his comprehension is probably somewhere around the junior high level based on the writing and speaking we get from him. His vocabulary isn't all that impressive and he absolutely dodged reading the more complex documents presented to him in those clips. Considering the amount of reading required by a President, it's just one more reason he isn't up to the job.
