4 p.m. episodes-

Child Attacked by Dog -Plaintiff Janette Johnson suing defendant /dog owner Nicole Bomgardner  for medical bills after defendant's dog bit the plaintiff's son.  Defendant blames the entire incident on plaintiff's feral childrent running loose without supervision.   Plaintiff has three children.  Defendant has two dogs a Maltese, and Boxer.  Plaintiff's son was on a scooter, the older two children were on bikes, and walking for exercise.   When the plaintiff's family approached defendant's yard, and the two dogs charged the children.    Defendant's dog were loose in the front yard.

The two oldest sons jumped on their bikes and escaped, the youngest son was on the scooter, and plaintiff used the scooter to fend the boxer off.  Plaintiff says she was holding one end of the scooter, and plaintiff's daughter grabbed the other end of the scooter.

Defendant claims she came home, put her dogs on a leash, put her dogs in the back yard.   Dogs escaped from a hole in the fence, and that's when the attack happened.   Defendant says the plaintiff was batting at the dog with the scooter, and her daughter was trying to wrestle the scooter away from plaintiff.  That's when the attack happened.

Defendant claims the older kids have trespassed and let her dogs out before, and teased the dogs. Defendant is counter claiming for quarantine costs for her dogs, dismissed.

Plaintiff receives $5,000, medical bills were over the court maximum.

Marital Property Payback -Plaintiff Deborah Sneed suing defendant (former daughter-in-law of plaintiff) Hannah Dvorak for the unpaid balance for a car, and storage fees.   Plaintiff's son was married to defendant when the car loan was made.    I'm guessing marital property, so defendant will only pay half of the amount owed.

Plaintiff brought her much younger boyfriend to court, but not her son who was married to defendant.

Car loan was for marital property, so not all defendant's debt. Car was the only family car.

Plaintiff case dismissed, because it's Moose Ca-Ca.

Loan vs. Investment 101 -Plaintiff Victoria Nosiri suing defendant Merriann Marrot for unpaid loans.  As usual, defendant claims the money was a gift, not a loan.  Litigants were friends, defendant said she was having money problems with her small business, and so plaintiff loaned her $1,000.   Defendant calls the money an investment, not a loan.

$1,000 to plaintiff for the unpaid loan.

Vicious Dog or Super Scammer? -Plaintiff Michael Edward suing defendant / dog owner Lynette Jonesover a dog attack, and wants his medical bills paid.  Plaintiff didn't get bitten, he claims he fell out of fear of the dog.  This incident was after plaintiff was suing  for a back injuries. .    The incident was after plaintiff was suing someone else for back injuries.

Plaintiff offered a letter canceling the case for $1500 payment, and defendant refused.

(This was in Rocky Mount, NC)

The medical report is not complete, and doesn't say anything about his injuries.   Plaintiff had no medical bills, but still wants $5,000. He receives $100 for being scared by the dog.

@CrazyInAlabama My local station will soon be showing Hot Bench in the sacred JJ time slot.If you know of another station I'd appreciate it if you could PM me about it.

I'm down in 32 epis!

Look at the station locator on the top left of the JJ page, they will tell you.   However, my local fox station will be showing the new and old mathis shows, and a few more in the morning, and only have one The People's Court reruns, so maybe they're moving your line up around, or it changed channels.   The syndicated shows like JJ do get dropped by one channel, and picked up by another.   So far my JJ schedule is two hours a day.  http://www.judgejudy.com/

Surprise Police Dash Cam Video!- Plaintiff Julie Muckerson suing defendant Antonio Perez for car damages resulting from a road rage incident.  Defendant is counter suing for his car damages.

Plaintiff was  going to her job at a mall harassed in road rage incident at California mall, and her car was repeatedly hit by an employee of another store. Defendant denies police involvement, but there is a dash cam video of a herd of police cars stopping him.

I'm just worried for the plaintiff, because this man is obviously totally unbalanced, and I bet has a long history of this kind of incident, and just hasn't been caught before.   The defendant's purple hair matches his tie.

Defendant hits the plaintiff's Jeep Grand Cherokee SUV twice, with his Dodge Journey, and takes off.   Plaintiff says defendant was tailgating her, on the frontage road.   She was in the left through lane, plaintiff hits defendant from left turn lane on the driver’s side, both talked to each other, and then he hit her car on the same side, and took off, and she called 911.   Plaintiff followed him, and he blew some stop signs, and when he paused she got his license plate.

Plaintiff gave the police defendant's license number.   Defendant claims no police stopped him, but there are a lot of police cars swarming his car.  He lies and says he stopped at the first parking lot, but there is a police dash cam where the police stopped him, and escorted him back to her car.  It's all caught on police dash cam.    Plaintiff has police dash cam video, the 911 call, and proof defendant didn't have any insurance.  Defendant's story was he wanted to make his bank deposit before he talked to the plaintiff.

Defendant didn't have insurance, and he claims he did.   Geico said he didn't have insurance at the time of the wreck.   The defendant is such a liar, because he paid his insurance the day of the accident, after the time of the accident.     Plaintiff has proof from defendant's insurance company that he wasn't covered until after the accident.

I can't believe defendant wasn't charged with road rage, reckless driving, and driving without insurance, and most places no insurance means suspended registration and car license too.

$4000 to plaintiff for damages. Defendant's claim dismissed.

Dog Pulling Skateboard Scuffle-Plaintiff Euronymous Fernandez suing defendant Saul Banuelos and father Sebastian Banuelos(because defendant son is a minor)because defendant's son had his dog at the skateboard park, and dog bit plaintiff. Teen goes to dog park with his Husky pulling his skateboard, and the dog bit man at skateboard park twice.     The plaintiff's Siberian Husky bit the plaintiff, when their paths crossed, while the plaintiff was standing on the edge waiting to do his trick.

Defendant son is making it up as he goes along.  Defendant claims the dog defended itself (from what?).  Defendant claims plaintiff launched his skateboard at his dog.  (Bull pucky)

The plaintiff has a huge scar on his side, and I can't believe the dog wasn't seized, quarantined, and destroyed.   Of course, if that had happened the defendants would probably get something even meaner next time.    The dog bit twice, the first ripped his shirt, and the second shredded his side.   The scar is at least 6" long.   Medical report is submitted, and photos.

Dog bit defendant's cousin, a 10 year old in the same year, and child was bitten on the hand.

Interesting statement on hall-terview, defendant son says "we sent the dog back to our country", so it was imported first?  I wonder what kind of human biting dog the defendants have now?

Plaintiff receives $1,000. My opinion is the plaintiff should have received $5,000 for his injuries, and suffering.

Alcohol Poisoning Brought to You By Beer Pong! -Plaintiff Yvette Cruz suing defendant Jonathan Andino over alcohol poisoning of her 18-year old son,Giovanni Morales, and wants the medical bills paid. An 18 year old (who looks 80) who had been playing beer pong since he was 15 years old (news to mommy ).   Idiot met older co-worker, and both work at youth centers (is that juvie hall?).     Plaintiff son got alcohol poisoning with hard liquor booze pong, and mommy is trying to sue the co-worker.

Mommy apparently did her eyebrows and eyeliner with a wide sharpie, and it looks bad, however it does emphasize her look of totally pissed off mommy when son admits the 15-year-old pong past, and junior is going to get in big trouble when they get home   Plaintiff son met defendant when he was 15, and defendant is now 23.

JJ told mommy to stuff her law suit, and no damages for absolutely anything.

In Hall-terview Mommy still says it was the other man's fault for leading her baby astray with demon rum, so she doesn't have a clue.

Detox Cookbook Controversy -   Plaintiff Gail Blair is upset because cookbook didn't sell, and is suing defendant and co-author Christine Moore. Defendant is suing for equally stupid reasons connected to the cookbook.   Total shock, book never sold a paid copy, even Kindle.  Apparently only the plaintiff invested a penny, about $4,500.

Both cases dismissed.  Deal was after defendant's costs were covered, they would split the profits, but there were no profits.

Love the plaintiff in the halterview saying she's glad it's all over, so why was she suing?      Another nothing case, with two women who really need a good detox to get the sticks out of their butts.

(Ms. Blair actually has two cookbooks on Amazon, the Detox cookbook, and a Quinoa cookbook)

4 p.m. episodes-

Let Me See My Daughter! -Plaintiff/father Gabriel Espinal suing defendant/mother Elena Diaz of his child for the cost of a trip to Florida and a false restraining order. Parents split up when daughter was three.   They were living in New York, and defendant moved with daughter without plaintiff's consent.

Defendant moved to Florida, and not to stay with her cousin the way she said.  Then, plaintiff came to Florida to see his daughter, and defendant refused because he had called CPS on her.

Defendant refuses to allow plaintiff to see his daughter, after repeated attempts.  JJ tells plaintiff to go back to family court for custody of daughter.

PLaintiff had a call from defendant's cousin's ex husband, telling him to check on the conditions at the defendant's house.  Plaintiff hasn't seen his daughter in over a year.

JJ tells plaintiff he needs to go to family court, and get visitation enforced.   She absolutely found the CPS complaint by plaintiff to be justified.

Breathalyzer Scam? ; Car Keying Caught on Tape!

5 p.m. episodes-

Man Claws Own Face?-Plaintiff Casey Massacre is suing defendant/ex-boyfriend Daniel Peralta for her arrest for domestic violence against defendant.   This is the one where the female plaintiff was arrested for domestic violence by the police.   Her ex-boyfriend had marks all over him, and plaintiff admits to biting the defendant also.  (Maybe we should fix her up with the man who had the $50k bail for almost killing his ex, and her kid, and had current and another ex in the courtroom).

Plaintiff called police, and then was shocked to be arrested for domestic violence.     Plaintiff may be dressed like a very conservative, and proper person, but she's a beast who assaults domestic partners.     There was a previous police call, but no one was arrested.

Plaintiff ex-gf says there was no physical contact during the fight in question, and claims the man created his own injuries.   Casey Massacre (yes, an appropriate name isn't it?) is a voice over artist, and claims she's disabled, and doesn't drive, but was just defending herself against the defendant.      Plaintiff claims the defendant was clawing his own face right before the police got there.

Plaintiff is getting no joy from JJ, and is obviously a total psycho.     Plaintiff is out of control, and totally loco.

Thank heavens for Officer Byrd, who could take out psycho plaintiff with one hand, because the plaintiff is totally nuts, and obviously violent, and has no control.

Plaintiff case dismissed.   For once defendant says he has nothing to do with her, and never will again (I hope he stayed away from her).

Do-it-yourself Puppy Delivery! (Not for the faint of heart, I remember this one)-Plaintiff Susan Ragan-Trouten suing defendant Brandon Conrad for pick of litter or equivalent.  Plaintiff had a male boxer she had for two years, dog was actually owned by her son, and son gave dog away, but plaintiff still walked the dog.    Dog was not being treated well, and I'm not sure who by, but Susan's son gave the dog away.  Except she used the dog as a stud, when she didn't even own the dog then.

Susan the plaintiff wanted pick of litter, so she could train the puppy as a service dog (probably one of the $50 online Service Dog phony papers, and vest).      Susan the plaintiff, took dog to defendant, and offered to breed dog to his female in return for necessary vet bills, and pick of litter.

Defendant (Brandon Conrad, of Brandon, Michigan) apparently has no idea how dog breeding works, and let his dog labor for three days, and two puppies died, because defendant had no money for vet.  After two days in labor, defendant took female to emergency vet, and found out dog needed a C-section, plaintiff refused to pay for vet bills, so a-hole defendant took dog home, and started reading online how to deliver puppies.    Defendant claims he took dog to emergency vet twice, but has no proof.

Defendant still has some puppies at his house, some actually survived this jerk's online puppy delivery, and apparently the emergency vet.     My question is how can idiot plaintiff get pick of litter, or stud fee when she didn't own the male dog?

Defendant 'wasn't interested' in spaying his dog.     I wish Officer Byrd would neuter the defendant with a rusty knife, right in court.

Plaintiff gets pick of litter (apparently six puppies survived this).      I wish JJ had rescued the puppies, and found homes for them instead of letting either one of these two idiots have them.

I couldn't hate either litigant more.

Botched Tattooed Eyebrows-Plaintiff Candace Tucciarelli suing defendant/ salon owner Nicholas Parrason over her badly Microbladed eyebrows.   Plaintiff should be suing whoever did her streaky hair, since I think that style went out of style years ago (or else it came back in style and I missed it).

However, plaintiff didn't take photo to show the horrible damage that made her so injured, so I'm suspecting she wants enough to pay her plastic surgery bills.   She barely has any eyebrows now, so I don't understand if she had more microblading or not, and either way her eyebrows are hideous.

Defendant's witness says the plaintiff also was unhappy with her permanent makeup tattooing from 10 years ago.     Stupid plaintiff wants money back, and they did return it.    She was a long term client for their other services, and I'm hoping they told her not to return after this.

I guess the idea that tattoos can fade over time, especially when it's in the sun like her eyebrows were.  So she had laser tattoo removal, including the old tattoo that she didn't like and it cost her about $1,500 so far.    Judge Judy has a good point that without pictures, it's her word against the defendant's word.

I love the defendant's witness who says "we weren't licensed, but we were zoned".     That woman is a total idiot.       Actually, no one on either side is all that smart, or all that sympathetic from my view.

I think if they would have had a license, that it would have been a different story since they returned her initial fee.   However, they did offer to have a more experienced person redo the microblading, and plaintiff said no.   The shop owner no longer does the procedure, but it's OK you can still get your colon pressure washed.

Plaintiff in halterview says "I just looked crazy", actually she still does.  (Some states don't license tattoo artists, and that's what microblading is (I think).   The operator just has to have a safety and sanitation course.

The defendants have to pay plaintiff $1,575 to pay for her to get the tattoos off.

4 p.m. episodes-

Troubled Teens, Computer Fiends? -Plaintiff Patricia Whitaker  suing defendant Angel Oberon (niece) and mother Valerie Oberon (sister in law to plaintiff) over a repair on a computer plaintiff loaned her niece.    Plaintiff loaned her laptop to her niece Angel, and Angel posted she broke a computer, so plaintiff asked for the laptop's return.   Plaintiff did get the computer back, but niece password protected it, so plaintiff had to get the computer geeks to get her access.  Plaintiff says that sentimental pictures were deleted by the niece.   Plaintiff witness Reiling (brother of plaintiff).

Laptop was bought for plaintiff's daughter to use, but she doesn't use it now because she's in jail. Plaintiff's daughter was arrested for burglary, and incarcerated.   Daughter burglarized the Sheriff's home.

Niece came to visit plaintiff's father, and said she needed to borrow the laptop used the daughter.   SIL confirmed the laptop was needed, and so plaintiff loaned it.   Plaintiff loaned computer for eight months (defendant SIL says for almost 2 years).   Then, when plaintiff saw the posting about breaking computers, and wanted her computer back.

That was when niece returned the computer, and aunt found out it was password protected.   When aunt asked Angel for the password, she replied with a vulgar text.   Aunt wants repair costs $170, plus damages for the loss of irreplaceable photos of her grandson.

Angel is counter claiming, saying that plaintiff stole her computer.

I really dislike the nasty smirks on defendants' faces, when they realize they're winning.

JJ dismisses both claims. Defendants keep yelling at JJ about their claim.

40-Year Age Difference! -Plaintiff Henry Christian (age 64) suing defendant Tiffany Major (22 years old) for wrecking his car, for driving with a suspended license.   Tiffany was 19 when plaintiff's son introduced her to him.  Tiffany was his live-in girlfriend.  Her license was suspended for a DUI when she was living with plaintiff.

Plaintiff paid for the impound costs to get his car back.  Tiffany didn't work, just lived with plaintiff.   JJ thinks plaintiff should have known about everything to do with the DUI classes, fines, etc.   Plaintiff claims Tiffy-baby got a job, so he didn't know about the other costs she had to pay.

Defendant Tiffy-baby says plaintiff knew about the suspension of her license, and she told plaintiff about the classes, fines, and the suspension.   Tiffy-baby's accident was after the suspension, and claims plaintiff gave her permission to drive his car.

Plaintiff claims he only gave permission to drive his car because he didn't know her license was suspended.

Plaintiff case dismissed.  JJ didn't believe his plea of stupidity.

5 p.m. episodes-

Blatant Cheater?! -Plaintiff Karen Frolek suing defendant/ ex-fiance Kenneth Pleasant for unpaid loans, car restocking fee, punitive damages for fraud, and damages.  Karen Frolek (Dental Hygienist, not dentist like the plaintiff caption says), met man in February and loans started almost immediately.    Plaintiff gave defendant $3500 to get out of his apartment lease, to move to Diablo for a high paying job.

However, Diablo has virtually no housing, and nothing like what the defendant claimed (most are cabins, and some have no indoor plumbing.  There are some multi-million dollar estates there,  but nothing like the house defendant claimed he was buying).   Plaintiff claims defendant said he was buying a million-dollar home in Diablo, and needed some money, until his deep sea diving check came in (that was all a lie).

Even dumber, Karen Frolek, just announced she keeps a lot of cash at home, bet it wasn't there by the time this was shown.

Plaintiff purchased a car for defendant for $11,500.   Plaintiff took it back two days later, because she found out he was cheating, and she was only charged the restocking fee.

She must be really desperate. She meets him in the end of February, gives him $3,500, to pay off his apartment lease,  not repaid.    The lease money was so he could go to his management job, and something else with the hydro company for big bucks.  He said he would buy her a $1 million plus house, in a place where there are no houses (I looked online the last time this aired, there isn't anything resembling a mansion in that area).     And then he needs a car fixed, which morphs to $11k for a truck.   They were engaged by then.

Then two days later she finally figures out he's a total liar, the job was part time maintenance and janitor, and he was boinking other women.   So, she calls the cops, they stand by while she repo'd the car two days after she bought it for love muffin, and the car dealer only charged her a $2k restocking fee.  She only gets $2,000 back on the car, and but she has texts from love muffin instead of an I.O.U.    She is so stupid, and just announced that she keeps a lot of cash at her home.    I can almost hear the stampede of thieves running to her house, and breaking in.

She looks just like a college roommate of mine.   They must be related because they both have the I.Q. of a turnip, and my ex-roommate also fell for any line a guy gave her, and they're both totally stupid.

Defendant says he needed a 4-wheel drive SUV, so plaintiff bought him one, found out he was a liar and cheater, and she repo'd the car two days later.    Defendant wants car back (not happening).    It turns out high paying job was as part time janitor.   Also, the fake realtor plaintiff talked to, was a friend of defendant.

I can't believe she was so foolish as to meet someone, give them $3500 the next month, and then spend $11,500k on  credit cards to buy them a truck.   I do love that when she found out about his harem (he said a woman was at his place two days after the truck buy when she repo'd it, but not the woman she thought it was), she got the police, and got her truck.

At least she didn't put it in his name.    I bet the police were familiar with his scamming, because they certainly did jump into the repo situation, and many times they don't.    I'm sure the jerk would have changed the registration and title as soon as he could, so it's good she acted so quickly.   JJ goes to call Auto Place, Inc about the restocking fee using her phone of Justice.

$2,000 to plaintiff.  She doesn't receive the $4500 she also loaned defendant, no proof and no expectation of repayment.

Teenager's New Home Burns Down-Plaintiffs Karina Istlis and sister-in-law  Brittney Rodriguez are  suing defendant/trailer seller Angellee Duncan for $4,000 the sisters paid defendant for a mobile home.   18- and 20-year-olds  buy trailer, pay in full for 4k, woman who owns it won't get out because her next one in another state isn't ready yet.    Then, when woman has everything she owns moved out (appliances and furniture), it mysteriously burns down before the new owners can move in.

Defendant paid $2800 for the next trailer, and used the other $1,200 for living expenses, and moving.    Defendant claims was running an errand, and came back to the trailer burned to the ground.    JJ stongly suggests that defendant burned it down, and says had her stuff out before the fire.

The plaintiffs get $4k back. (I only regret that the show pays the $4k, and defendant pays nothing).

Marijuana Laced Brownies-Plaintiff  Darria Scouton suing defendant/ex-boyfriend Logan Thompson for vet bills and property damages, forced eviction, and return of her dog.  Woman claims ex-boyfriend fed pot brownies to her dog, and kept her belongings when they broke up.    Plaintiff wants 'her' dog back, from defendant.   Defendant's new girlfriend Madison is his witness.

The dog has been with defendant, and new girlfriend for five months, so she's not getting visitation with the dog, or the dog back.     Plaintiff wants dog back, to live with two cats it's never met?  Not happening.

She wants her fishing pole, and dining table back.    Plaintiff gets $25 back for table, and returned fishing pole.   Plaintiff's witness claims defendant fed pot brownies to dog, no proof, and witness claims he was living with her at her house after he was already with the new girlfriend, and living at his parents.    If it's true, it's not living with, it's called side piece, and I don't believe it.     Counterclaim for promise ring, but it was a gift, so plaintiff gets it.

Plaintiff witness claims she was boinking the defendant, and saw the dog high on pot brownies, and claims defendant lived in her house for a month.

$25 for plaintiff, and fishing pole back.

JJ demonstrated again that she can’t do accident reconstructions with any accuracy. The case involved two cars in a very tight circular driveway. Car1 had pulled into the driveway making a tight right turn around the driveway curve, then stopped, most likely leaving the steering cut to hard right. Car2 pulled up close to car1 with car2’s front fender very close to the passenger side of car1. Car1 driver got back into her car and pulled forward slowly (remember the steering wheel is still hard over to the right), possibly scraping the front of car2. JJ with her infinite wisdom says that it is impossible that the passenger side of car1 moved to the right while moving forward. This is simple geometry (middle school level I would say especially considering when she would have been in school before she took the law school classes in “How to Be God”); with the steering wheel hard right, starting off slowly, the car moves forward but also pivots around the right rear tire (with a very slight offset) which moves the car not just forward but also to the right, which could easily have scraped across unmoving car2. Oh well, she is old and cranky but it grates when she makes pronouncements from on high about things she clearly doesn’t understand.

I have to admit that this is not unique to JJ. I watch some actual court cases on TV and I often grit my teeth at the "authoritative" statements of "fact" given by judges, lawyers and police witnesses that are just plain wrong (and in some cases physically impossible).

Oh well, time to go out front and yell at the clouds.

4 p.m. episodes-

VIP Limo Loopiness -Plaintiff/limo company owner Tony Nikkhoo  suing defendant/former limo driver  Daniel Ohm for damaging his limosine while on the job.   Defendant hit a curb, while employed by plaintiff.  Plaintiff didn't put in an insurance claim, because of his $2,000 deductible, and he claims defendant is an independent contractor.

Defendant's application says "employment" and driver is responsible for damages by negligence.   Damage was three days after defendant was hired.  Mr. Ohm was hired for a wine tasting trip, and defendant called and said the minor accident happened.

Plaintiff case dismissed, no negligence occured, and plaintiff needs to contact his insurance company about the claim.   Defendant picked up the client, drove for 11 hours, and can't prove his hours of work, that plaintiff didn't pay him for. Defendant took plaintiff to the labor board, $1,630 was awarded, and when plaintiff appealed he didn't appear in court.   Plaintiff claims he had to appear in Tennessee for a custody hearing on the same day, but can't prove anything about a hearing.

Then, it turns out the 'custody hearing' in Tennessee was actually a scheduled visitation, and not a court hearing at all.   Plaintiff got a one week visit with his daughter, so he took her to Tennessee for the week.  Plaintiff also skipped the second hearing too.

Plaintiff case dismissed, defendant gets his $1800 in wages.  The audience claps, and no one corrects them.

My Dog Is a Mini Me! -Plaintiff/ex-boyfriend Brandon Garman suing defendant/ex-girlfriend  Bethany Mudrick for an unpaid loan for a vet bill.

Plaintiff can't remember the ex-girlfriend's birthday, it's July 4th.  The audience erupts in laughter, including JJ, and the ever stoic Officer Byrd.   Plaintiff can't remember any dates about their relationship.  In the six month relationship defendant's dog got sick (an adorable Min Pin), plaintiff paid her vet bill, and he wants his care credit paid back, $678.

Defendant was broke, and she was going to just try home remedies, and plaintiff paid the bill.

$687 to plaintiff for the vet bill.

Emergency Surgery Fallout ; Cockroaches and Drug Trafficking?!

5 p.m. episodes-

Sexual Assault Allegations-Plaintiff Elena Menz  suing defendant/ former employer Bartholomew Ben Israel for unpaid wages.   Plaintiff alleges defendant propositioned her for sex, and then fired her.    The defendant has a house cleaning business, and plaintiff was an employee.   Company is hired for cleaning, and company pays the employees.

Defendant says plaintiff kept his cleaning stuff, so JJ asks Officer Byrd to exchange the cleaning supplies before he gets to 6 Across, and he says it was 6 Down, and Officer Byrd gives the supplies to defendant.   Defendant didn't bring the former client to court, that he claims the plaintiff stole, and can't prove slander.

Defendant didn't bring a copy of the check he paid plaintiff with, so $1,036.    He's going to lose, until plaintiff starts the allegations of sexual harassment.

$1036 to plaintiff for unpaid wages.   Defendant's witness is booted (she's wearing a regular top with a cold shoulder jacket over it, awful).

Then we get to defendant's evidence that plaintiff put on social media that he fires woman who don't have sex with him.    Defendant has postings stating this from plaintiff.   However, plaintiff's explanation of the man's advances are ridiculous.  She also claims he sent her inappropriate pictures, they are not.  They are right off of his FB and Instagram pages, and not sent to plaintiff.

(Apparently, defendant is into fitness, and advises others, so that's what the pictures are for).

JJ says plaintiff is full of garbage about the sexual harassment posts.

Defendant is counter claiming for $5,000 for the lies about sexual harassment.

Nothing for plaintiff, because she lied about the sexual harassment.   However, JJ says the plaintiff's texts don't qualify as slander, so defendant claim dismissed also.

Last half hour bumped by baseball pre-game.

When You’re Hot, You’re Hot! -Plaintiff/sister Antoinette Jones suing defendant/sister Armika Jones for stealing three of her televisions.  Plaintiff moved in with her sister when she lost her apartment, and she brought three TVs with her.   Plaintiff didn't move in, but her daughter and the TVs moved in for less than 24 hours.

Sisters suing each other over a casino jackpot, plus TVs. Then, plaintiff loaned her sister $100 to gamble with, and when sister won she didn't split the winnings, but only repaid the $100.    Plaintiff says when she came to pick up her TVs, that the small TV was thrown at her by either sister or niece.

JJ dismisses plaintiff's ridiculous case.

Defendant is counter claiming for plaintiff calling CPS to get back at her, not to help the child.  After that sisters went to the casino, Best Buy, and was going to allow her daughter to stay with the defendant.  All of this happened after the CPS complaint, because defendant didn't know who complained yet.

$1500 to defendant for the CPS complaint.

Hard Times Break-In -Plaintiff/landlord Shaundra Schaefer suing defendant/former tenant Michelle Manuson for legal fees, damaged property, stolen property, and unpaid rent, and for leaving without notice.  Plaintiff says defendant's utilities were shut off, and rent was late.

Plaintiff claims defendant broke a door to get back into the apartment, defendant disputes which door was broken.  Since defendant's stuff was there for months after she left, then she owes for months for rent.   Defendant claims plaintiff let her sell the washer / dryer and keep the money.

In her statement defendant admits to breaking down a door to get into the property, but claims it wasn't the door plaintiff claims it was.

Plaintiff shows pictures of damages.   It was a non-smoking unit, and defendant smoked in the unit.   All glass was broken too.

In her sworn statement to the court, defendant admits breaking in a door.

Plaintiff receives unpaid rent, $2500, and keeps the security deposit.

Salvaged Car Failed Friendship! ; Sister Drives Into Tree?

5 p.m. episodes-

Wildest Explanation?!  -(this rerun is the defendant who claims she was hiding a car for plaintiff, and owes nothing for the other car)-Plaintiff Naloni Farrow  suing defendant/ Anashatier Hines over the shortfall on a wrecked car.  Defendant who has a lousy credit score, goes car shopping with friend, likes 2016 Dodge Dart, and gets the loan in plaintiff's name.  Agreement was defendant would make payments, and pay insurance.

In December idiot defendant hit black ice, totaled the car, and with no gap insurance there is $6k still owed.    Defendant claims she was hiding the car at her house, and in return for paying for insurance could drive the car, and drove the car until she smashed it up.   Defendant actually claims the plaintiff bought two cars, hid one with her.      Anashatier Hines is the defendant, and she only paid insurance, no car loan payments.     Since when is $320 a month insurance?

Plaintiff gets $5k.

Drug Possession and Child Custody- Plaintiff Robert Gonzales suing defendant/former roommate Zeb Gaston for impound fees, and moving costs.  Plaintiff’s car was being driven by defendant, was stopped by police, drugs belonging to defendant were found, and car was impounded.      Plaintiff also wants moving costs because he had to move from druggie roommate, because of a custody dispute after drug impound.

Plaintiff's car was not registered when the roommate was driving car home from airport from dropping off plaintiff.     Defendant got pulled over because of expired inspection sticker (the stickers are often color coded, where I used to live, so expired ones were easy to spot).    My guess is the inspection sticker was noticed after defendant was either speeding, or doing something not acceptable with his driving, and that's when everything went downhill.    However, expired inspection sticker from previous year means no registration.

For fans of Parking Wars, no inspection and bad registration is an F-stop, and immediate tow and impounded.       When car was searched it had drugs in it (pot and pills), and it was plea bargained out to misdemeanors.     Plaintiff doesn't get moving expenses, and didn't deserve them.

Plaintiff case dismissed.

When the Marine is Away, the Gun is in Play! -Plaintiff Brian Parr Jr. suing ex/defendant Katherine Allison for damages to his truck, stealing his gun, and keeping his property.   The announcer should stop calling the plaintiff a Soldier, he's a Marine.      This is the one where the defendant, who looks like Hulk Hogan in a dress, claims the plaintiff should pay rent for storing his truck on her property, and claims he was living with her while he was in Alaska on training.

Defendant claims she gave his sergeant the gun, but can't prove it.    Plaintiff also claims she wrecked his jacked up muddin' truck (I hope I got that right).   Though he has no proof, I think the ex trashed his truck and hurt the suspension/wheel.    He found receipts in his truck for purchases she made while he was gone.    She totally trashed his wheel, even though he can't prove it.

It costs $4700 to fix the truck,  Hulkette isn't getting the tow fees either.     Defendant gets nothing, including 10 days rent and utilities.    JJ really tried to help him, but not enough evidence.

 $1,517 to plaintiff.

He Likes It Hot-Plaintiff Alicia Johnson suing defendant/ ex Charles Loper for moving costs, rent and dog custody.       Plaintiff's way too tight dress was in about 15 years ago, not now.    They fought over heating, and cooling temps, she grabbed his phone (wonder what was on that).    Plaintiff changed the settings on his phone to make it hers, which means she destroyed his phone.    She also wants rent, and JJ said she stole his phone, changed the settings which is stealing.

JJ wants to know where the dog is, and doesn't believe him when he says he saw the dog when he was moving the furniture out.  Then plaintiff claims he came back later, stole the dog, and though she made a police report, they wouldn't print it until she gave defendant back his phone-not happening.

Plaintiff's dog finally returned to her home.  JJ will only consider the loan plaintiff took out for first and last month rent on her apartment.

Plaintiff case dismissed.

JJ shorted the plaintiff by once again demonstrating her lack of knowledge. She saw the picture of the damaged front end and concluded that the damage was something to do with the axle and fixated on that. Then when she reviewed the plaintiff's repair bill she disregarded most of it because none of it identified the axle as the damage. Well, from the picture of the badly misaligned front wheel, it looks like the defendant hit a curb really hard and damaged some combination of ball joints (listed on the damage bill). control arms, shocks and mounting, and a whole bunch of other expensive stuff that goes into the front suspension. I don't know if he really deserved $4700 (we didn't get a good look at the whole bill) but I do believe the defendant did much more than $1500 in damage. She was also snotty and manipulative and took advantage the Marine who didn't seem to particularly smart. I am glad he is free of her and understands how she jerked him around.

4 p.m. episodes-

Honey, I Shrunk Your Pants - Plaintiff/car owner Lindsey Duval suing defendants Alisha Allen and Jon Sherriffs for the cost to fix her car. Allen and Sherriffs are girlfriend/boyfriend. Damages were for keying plaintiff's car, after plaintiff was blamed for shrinking the defendant woman's pants by putting them in the dryer.   Defendant demanded plaintiff immediately reimburse her $50 for the pants.

Defendant boyfriend (he lives in the house, with car owning plaintiff), tried to mediate, but defendant woman wouldn't stop arguing.    Plaintiff found her car was keyed when she looked at it the next morning, and defendant woman said in the police report she would pay for damages.   Plaintiff's friend and another roommate, Tyler,  testifies that she accidentally put defendant woman's pants in the dryer.  Alisha wouldn't stop demanding her money.

Estimate for damage to car is $1400, and plaintiff gets it, and defendant doesn't get a penny.

Child Support Me Not-  Plaintiff John Jones III suing defendant Vivette McMillian over child support payments she received after teen daughter moved in with him.   Litigants are parents to one girl.

Child support was supposed to stop in January, but defendant accepted three months more of support, and wouldn't pay it back to plaintiff.

Plaintiff gets his $734 back.   What irritates me is the defendant won't actually be paying a penny to the plaintiff either, so she's still ahead.

Bullying Comes to Blows

5 p.m. episodes-

Oh, How I Wish I Hadn’t Taken That Nude Photo of Myself - (this is the  classic where female plaintiff, and male defendant both had a physical relationship with defendant's witness girlfriend.    It's also the one where the witness is brought into court, and defendant goes over and starts reminding her of what to say.)      Plaintiff LaRonda Redd took naked selfies, and sent them to Jasmin (gf of both, and current gf of defendant), and nasty defendant Anery Washington posted those photos online.   Plaintiff wants $5,000 for defendant posting the photos online.    Defendant says on phone message that he was going to retaliate with the photos if she didn't do what he said.

Witness Jasmin, everyone's girlfriend, comes to court, and defendant is whispering to her.   Jasmin Melton, the witness looks totally stoned, and absolutely empty upstairs, and isn't sure of anything that happened.      Jasmin confirms it was defendant on phone.    Bet Jasmin paid dearly for that remark in court, confirming voice on phone is her boyfriend.

Plaintiff gets $5,000.

Sushi Day for Judge Judy-Plaintiffs Forbes Shannon and Zack Lenasen are suing defendant/ ex roommate Michael Bury for broken lease, and damages.    Defendant countersuing for garbage .     Plaintiff claims visitor only stayed one day in January, which became a weekend, and landlord said no roommates not on lease.  Roommates say defendant wanted friend to stay for much longer, and they said no.

Plaintiffs claim the defendant was a drunk, and his friend a career criminal, and they did tell the landlord, who then said the friend was not moving in.     There was a huge fight in July/August, and they all lived together for six more months.    Roommate defendant left in April, and paid the rent through then.    New roommate won't be moving in until July (?), and fool plaintiffs want money from May to when new roomie moves in, and they're not getting it.

Neither side has any case, and no one gets any money.

Hallterview with one plaintiff "You have to be ready to throw them out the second they threaten to slit your throat".

Limo Driver Pummeled by Angry Passenger? -Plaintiff Scott Braslau was hired to take a group of people to Vic & Anthony's Steak House, by the party hostess. Plaintiff is suing defendant Daniel Donica for assault, and medical bills.    Daniel Donica and wife claim they’re the injured parties, and were beaten up by plaintiff.  (Vic & Anthony's Steak House is owned by Landry's, has three locations Las Vegas, Houston,  Lake Charles and Atlantic City all inside Golden Nugget casinos. This case happened at the Houston area location)

Scott Braslau, the limo service owner has great reviews about his limo service, and I just don't see him going nuts.

The defendants are the only two passengers that were picked up at their house (a mile from the hostess' house), by the hostess, and  my guess is they were probably already blotto.       Defendant is suing chauffeur (business owner) plaintiff for 'throwing them to the floor', and pummeling the moron defendant.     The defendant's wife won't shut up, and she gets bounced.

The limo with nine guests left from hostess Wellendorf's house, after the guests were drinking already.     The left for the restaurant at 7 p.m., and were to take the limo to the club, at 11 p.m., and then leave from the club, with a final drop off home at 3 a.m.

Drunk, belligerent, defendant demanded that the chauffeur take him, and big-mouthed wife back home after dinner, instead of going to the club, which would have been another hour total round trip drive.      When chauffeur said he wouldn't take the defendants home, and desert everyone else at the club, and waste an hour of driving, and extra driving was not on the contract.

When defendant demanded a ride home, and was screaming at chauffeur, and when driver got out to talk to defendants, defendant Donald Donica,  whacked him in the face.    Defendants claim that chauffeur drove in an unsafe manner, and threw both of them to the limo floor.      They traded punches.   Defendants took an Uber home after this.

Chauffeur did make a police report, and chauffeur talked to the woman hiring him about the drunken guests, and their rudeness.   When JJ goes to call Mrs. Wellendorf, defendant Donica looks nauseous.    JJ calls Mrs. Wellendorf, the hostess who hired the chauffeur, and she says that she picked up the Donicas at their house, and spend the hour waiting for the limo's scheduled departure, getting plastered.

JJ is really steamed after talking to hostess, Mrs. Wellendorf, and says they were all sitting around drinking a lot for the hour before going to the restaurant.   Later  Donica told hostess nothing about pummeling, but Donica claimed both defendants were thrown to the floor of the car, and defendant claims he was pulled out of the car and beaten by plaintiff.      Braslau has medical treatment records too.

When Donica, the defendant, was asked why he didn't file a police report about his brutal beating, he says "I wasn't raised that way".    The audience really enjoyed that remark.   I hope every limo company, and ride share has banned Donica from their services.

Breslau receives medical bills, plus $1500 for the assault by the idiot Donica, for a total of $2751.

4 p.m. episodes-

Ex-Fiance Fight! -Plaintiff Falesha Crawford suing defendant /ex-fiance Daniel Lannoo for unpaid tickets, car damage and stalking    Plaintiff claims she is so afraid of her ex that she didn’t go to police, in fear of retaliation.   Plaintiff has all of the facts, and makes defendant look stupid.

Plaintiff also claims that not only did ex harass her, but he hit her car in her mother's, but the police caught him doing it.  She testifies she didn't call the police, because the last time she reported him to the police he hit her.  Then his sister interrupts and claims he never hit the plaintiff.

Plaintiff has a voicemail from defendant while he was chasing her, and hit her car.

$2,500 to plaintiff.

Alcohol Poisoning Brought to You By Beer Pong! ; Detox Cookbook Controversy

Where’s the Love?! -Plaintiff mother Sara Peterson and current husband  Joseph Maciewski are suing ex/defendant Andrew Sylvester over a tax refund.

Why do the current spouse of deadbeat parents always look like fools?   I guess because they are.    This man is married to mother-of-the-year, she used to have custody, but lost custody twice to the father, including for the past two years.

Idiot so-called mother wants half of the tax refund for 2017, while the father had custody.    The mother never pays child support, what a surprise that is.  Mother-of-the-year has kid on her health insurance, so since she pays no child support ever, she wants half of his tax refund.

A village has lost it's idiot.     Village idiot so-called mother says she bought stuff randomly, instead of paying child support, and sounds like every deadbeat parent ever.   No money awarded, too bad father didn't counter sue for $5,000.    Mother-of-the-year says she's suing for custody, and if she gets it, here come the child support demands.

The daughter should be aging out of child support soon, and I hope she chooses the parent who really cares for her, and not her useless mother who only wants her for the child support, and tax write off.

Plaintiff case dismissed.

Small Dog Takes a Bite Out of Delivery Man?! -Plaintiff /Burger King delivery guy Zandro Bautista suing defendant dog owner Katrina Rios over a dog bite.

Plaintiff was nailed by chihuahua, who comes to court wearing a dress.    Delivery guy says dog bit him when the door was opened.    Idiot defendant. says not my dog, and didn't see the bite.   Dog owning defendant not only dresses her dog up in clothes, and drags her around like a suitcase.   Poor dog looks like it's roasting in the dress, and under the TV lights.

The funny thing is the plaintiff called 911 because he was afraid for his life, and possibly rabies.     I hope no one had a heart attack and died because the EMTs were busy with this.     Plaintiff doesn't seem to be from here, and if he's lived in other countries, rabies is a big issue some places, so it might not be a minor issue to him.  Also, did the defendant have proof of vaccination?

Defendant dog owner doesn't give a rat's ass about the plaintiff. Defendant has to pay for doctor visit.  Plaintiff gets some amount for that.  I felt sorry for him, even though it was a tiny dog, I do know people who are terrified of dogs, and I think he's one of them.

Plaintiff receives his medical bills.

4 p.m. episodes-

Harrowing Dog Attack Drama! -Plaintiff  Judy and John Griffin is suing defendant/dog owner Theresa Sena after an attack by defendant's dog on plaintiff's dog, and they want vet bills.  Defendant has a Presa Canario, a breed banned in many countries as unstable, and human and dog aggressive.

Plaintiff wife says her dog was sunning in her fenced front yard, and heard her little dog cry out in pain, and saw the defendant's dog killing her dog.

Plaintiff grabbed a rock and hit the defendant's dog, and then neighbors came to her aid, and she climbed on the dog's back.  Another neighbor was hitting the attacking Presa with a crowbar, and it still wouldn't let go of the little dog.   When plaintiff wife grabbed a hose and blasted the Presa Canario, and dog dropped plaintiff's dog, Dolly.   They cornered the Presa, and took their dog to the vet.     Plaintiffs and defendants live about 4 homes apart on the same street.

Vet bills add up   to $5,000 (real vet bill was over $5,000).   Picture of defendant's dog show a massive animal, defendant claims dog was 98 lbs then.   I don't believe it weighed that little.  Defendant's counter claim is for vet bills for her dog's injuries, from neighbors getting defendant's dog to drop poor, defenseless Dolly.

Defendant claims she saw neighbor hitting her dog with a tire iron, and claims neighbor hit her with the tire iron.   Defendant claims she and her adult son, were fighting with three men to rescue her dying predator dog.

Then adult son and mother went home, and went to another location with the dog, because son testifys that they feared the neighbors would attack the dogs they had at home.  I wonder what type of predatory dogs the other animals owned by despicable defendant are?   Despite claiming massive injuries, defendant didn't go to the ER, or see any doctors.

Defendant euthed her dog, claiming plaintiff and neighbors brutalized her dog.

$5,000 to plaintiff.

In hall-terview, plaintiff says dog was ordered to be put down by authorities.

Jealous Rock-Throwing Rage! -Plaintiff Robert Osbourne suing defendant Matthew Howard for throwing rocks and damaging his truck.   Defendant claims plaintiff was parked in the driveway, and claims plaintiff wants damages for plaintiff spinning gravel and throwing it at his truck.   Defendant admits he was angry, and did it deliberately.

Plaintiff had damages to his tailgate, and tail light.  Defendant did this because plaintiff stayed over at his girlfriend's house, but the plaintiff and girlfriend were just friends.

$2500 to plaintiff.

5 p.m. episodes-

Why Are You Women Attracted to This Man?! -Plaintiff/ex Ashley Henderson suing defendant  Wade for repayment of money she gave him to buy her a car,$2500.   Defendant was out on $50k bail, and that wasn't a red flag for plaintiff?

She knew about his bail, but never asked him what he was charged with.   He was charged with felony domestic violence. (Unless I have this confused with another case, the domestic violence was defendant brutally assaulting a previous girlfriend, and her son, and the charge certainly justified $50k in bail).

$2500 to plaintiff

It’s My Stupid Dog Story, and I’m Sticking To it -Plaintiff suing defendants Rachel Coto (wife) and  (husband) Angel Coto, for car damages from hitting defendants' dog.

Plaintiff says dog ran into the road, and collided with her car, she wants her $500 deducible paid.

Defendant's husband claims he was holding the leash of the dog, in his driveway, and claims plaintiff swerved off the road, and hit his dog right in driveway.

$500 to plaintff for car deductible.

21 September (I'm wondering why the frequent repeats of episodes that played a week or so ago.)

4 p.m. episodes-

Real Free for All! -Plaintiff/former tenant Nadia Day suing defendant/landlady Judy Leonard for lost wages, false charges, and bail money  Plaintiff won an unlawful detainer, and said defendant could settle it by letting her stay for a year rent free.  Defendant is selling the house to get away from palintiff.

Plaintiff rented a room from a manager, defendant had never met plaintiff, when defendant went to her home, the police arrested plaintiff, and to settle the false arrest potential suit, defendant agreed to let deadbeat plaintiff stay for a year.

Defendant's house was rented Airbnb, and plaintiff claims it's illegal to rent the house short term.  When plaintiff was arrested, and released, she claims she was devastated.   Plaintiff should have six months rent, $400 per month, $2400, so she should be able to move out.   Plaintiff claims managers have removed screens and tried to enter her room illegally.

Defendant offered money to plaintiff to move out, but she didn't accept.  Housing court judge let plaintiff live in the house for up to a year, defendant can't evict plaintiff.   This was in Long Beach.

I couldn't loathe deadbeat plaintiff more.

Plaintiff case dismissed.

Location Scout Harassment?! -Plaintiff Daniel Lack Jr suing defendant/former employer Chester Barton for unpaid wages, return of property, and sexual harassment.   The two met at McDonalds, and plaintiff went to work for defendant.    JJ isn't impressed with plaintiff's story, or bringing a witness just for the trip to L.A., since witness can't add anything to the case.

Defendant is a location scout.  Plaintiff is a personal assistant, and former construction worker.   Plaintiff claims he worked 170 hours in a couple of months, and says not only did defendant not pay him, and made unwanted advances towards him.

JJ dismissed plaintiff's ridiculous case.   She sends the case back to local small claims court.

Vasectomy Victim? ; Sentimental Jewelry Heist

5 p.m. episodes-

Car Wash Road Rage Powered by Disability!!-Plaintiff William Case Jr suing defendant Craig Foutz for damaging his car at a carwash.  Defendant is disabled, and thinks he gets to go first at car wash. When plaintiff takes his turn at car wash, defendant cuts him off, swears all kinds of filth, approaches plaintiff's car, rips the door open,  and punches car leaving door dents, and assaults the plaintiff.   Plaintiff is disabled too.

Car wash has three lines feeding into a single line, supervised by the car wash attendant to make sure the right driver goes in the right order.  Defendant still claims he didn't cut in line, and he's the abused party.

Defendant is totally guilty.   I used to live near Pueblo, and he's just lucky he hasn't pulled this garbage on someone with a gun, who will take him out.  When you confront a stranger, you could be making a fatal mistake.  It's not worth risking your life for being first in line.    Car wash manager got license number for plaintiff from their cameras.   There is a damage estimate of $750 to plaintiff's car.   On the day of the incident plaintiff went to the ER, and the police came there to meet with plaintiff.

Defendant claims plaintiff came after him with a club.

Plaintiff wins.

Mechanic Destroys Harley-Plaintiff Michael Fiscarelli suing defendant/mechanic Ty Birchfield for Harley damages.  Plaintiff purchased new Harley, and it's now eight years old.   Plaintiff took Harley to defendant's shop for repairs, after whacking a big speed bump, hurting the battery among other things. and having the bike towed into the shop.

There was a dent on the gas tank, and mechanic is getting blamed for that too.   Motorcycle was towed in, but Michael Fiscarelli rode the bike out of the shop.    Plaintiff did have the bike fall over, but claims he caught it, so it didn't touch the ground.

There is zero proof that defendant did anything wrong.   Case dismissed.

Bad Driver Caught on Tape -Plaintiff Carmen Barnes  suing defendant Kimberly Lawal for car damages from defendant hitting plaintiff's parked car.  Plaintiff witness saw defendant hit the plaintiff's parked car.   Witness saw defendant drive over between two parked cars parked at an angle, and defendant went the opposite angle, hitting the front driver's corner by the headlight, driving over concrete parking space spots.   Witness saw the impact from her car, called her boyfriend and he took photos of the damages, and paint marks on both vehicles, and sent them to the apartment manager.

Defendant says she did a u-turn around plaintiff's car, adn didn't touch the other car.   Video shows defendant bouncing over the parking space concrete stop, hitting the plaintiff's car.  Defendant still claims she didn't touch the car, and always drives over the concrete stops. Defendant claims there was no impact.

Defendant didn't respond to Geico (her insurance company) when they called about the accident.   Geico said without a police report, or witness, they wouldn't pay the case without defendant's confirmation.   Fortunately, the witness and boyfriend came forward with their testimony, and photos, and the security footage was found.

Plaintiff receives car damages, since Geico wouldn't pay without defendant cooperating.

Teen Driver Sues for Repo After Great Car Deal -Plaintiff/car buyer Clinton Carter  and girlfriend Shannon Gonzales suing defendant/car seller Christine Seitzsuing for value of car or return of payments.  Defendant received $50 down, and plaintiff Gonzales was supposed to make payments, but she didn't make either the $150 payment, $75 payments, or anything but the down payment of $50.

Gonzales loses, she didn't pay anything on the car, never returned it, and Sietz repoing the vehicle is justified.

Carter's claim for property in the car is dismissed also.  There was a glass TV stand in the car, a large dog cage, bottled water in the back seat, and a check made out to Mr. Carter.   Defendant dropped the TV stand near plaintiff Gonzales' residence.   Gonzales admitted she found the TV stand, and wanted to know where the rest of the property in the car was.

Carter claims there was a lot of property in the car, way more than this vehicle could hold, his claim is dismissed also.

Plaintiffs claims dismissed.

4 p.m. episodes-

Hotel Room Destruction -Plaintiff Paris Scott suing defendant/ex-boyfriend Sharmada Clinkscales her boyfriend of the last three years for destruction of a motel room, after plaintiff went through his phone and saw messages from another woman.   Plaintiff paid for motel room, and she's being charged for damages.   Plaintiff says man did the damage, and defendant scum sucking pig man says woman damaged the motel.  Plaintiff declined to go to Buffalo Wild Wings, watch the game, and she declined.    Then, plaintiff says man wouldn't leave her with his stuff at motel.

Defendant claims he went to take shower, and then he walked back in the room to see enraged plaintiff, who had read his phone messages.    Defendant says he wasn't boyfriend to plaintiff, but she says they were 'talking'.  Plaintiff is alleged to have thrown a bottle at defendant, and then physically went after him.  Defendant threw water at plaintiff's face to get her off of him.     The police report is only an incident report.   From the date of the fight, the litigants have not had any contact.    Plaintiff seems like a bunny boiler to me.

Plaintiff claims they didn't take turns showering, but showered together, and claims she never looked at the phone or attacked defendant. I need brain bleach now! Plaintiff claims they just 'talked', weren't dating, and were showering together, but she never looked at the phone.

Sharmada claims plaintiff did all of the damage to the hotel room.  Plaintiff says she was never defendant's girlfriend, and was never jealous about other women.

Nothing for the plaintiff. She pays the hotel damages herself.

Rent-A-Church -Plaintiff /former tenant Tyana Watts   suing defendant /landlord Kate Osuala for return of rent and security deposit. when plaintiff rented a church basement for a day care center for twelve day care client children.

Litigants signed a lease, for a 12 child day care, and later at new church that was under construction, to hold up to 80 children.    Defendant never received zoning for the new church, and old church was never zoned for day care, so plaintiff couldn't use rented day care space.

Defendant knew the zoning wasn't right for the original day care, and it was never approved, but claims it's in process of approval.   (Is that Lindsey Lohan sitting behind the plaintiff? I'm sure it is.).

Plaintiff gets $5,000 (she actually paid $6,000 to defendant).   Eight months later the zoning still hasn't been approved.

Teen Buys a Stolen Dirt Bike?! (Why do they say Teen buys stolen dirt bike? No one is this case is a teen) (The plaintiff's son is 11, and he's the owner of the bike, but that's still not a teen).

Children in Kitchen Lead to Alleged Assault! -Plaintiff Mary Buzzard suing defendant/ex-roommate Joshua Beaumont for breaking a lease, breaking a phone, filing a false restraining order and for assault.  The two were leasing an apartment together.   Defendant and his girlfriend have three kids together, there was an argument among litigants about the kids being unattended, resulting in defendant moving out.

Plaintiff wants lease breaking fees, money for a broken phone, money for a false restraining order, and for an assault.  JJ doesn't believe that plaintiff's boyfriend didn't move in with her after defendant moved out.  Or plaintiff entertained the boyfriend at her apartment, and didn't get another roommate.

Defendant has five kids now, and had four kids and pregnant girlfriend all were at the apartment on the weekends, about four times during the lease.  The day of the argument, defendant's kids and girlfriend's kids were staying over, and plaintiff claims the kids were noisy and disturbing her.   Plaintiff also objected to children using the microwave.    Defendant claims plaintiff assaulted him, called the little kids all kinds of filthy names.    Defendant and his girlfriend also say that during the argument plaintiff slapped defendant's pregnant girlfriend.

After argument, with the assault by plaintiff, defendant filed for a restraining order, and it was denied.   Defendant wanted a restraining order against plaintiff to get out of the lease, and judge denied it.

JJ doesn't believe plaintiff's elaborate story of how awful everyone was to her.

Plaintiff request for six month's rent is denied by JJ.

Plaintiff case is dismissed. JJ would have given plaintiff one month's rent, but plaintiff kept interrupting JJ too often.

Defendant's witness is booted (she's wearing a regular top with a cold shoulder jacket over it, awful).

I think she threw her out because the combo of cold shoulder and too much boobage was disrespecting the courtroom.

4 p.m. episodes-

Mocked After Being Attacked- Plaintiff Kristina  Elliot suing defendant Darrell Stevenson over a dog attack.  Plaintiff was walking her Pit Bull on a leash,  carrying a bat, when she saw defendant's German Shepherd loose, Shepherd charged and attacked Pit.  Woman started hitting both with her bat.

Defendant never tried to leash or control the dog.  Plaintiff claims Shepherd attacked, knocked her down, and were fighting on top of her, and claims defendant started laughing, and mocking her being upset.   Defendant lied about who attacked who.   Plaintiff took shelter behind a gate that had no lock, when both dogs knocked her down, and that's when she was bitten.  Plaintiff says defendant kept mocking her and laughing about her Pit Bull losing the fight.  Rosalind Broussard claims to be defendant's girlfriend and witness to the fight, but plaintiff says this woman wasn't the witness to the fight.

Defendant's witness says she saw everything, but plaintiff claims that woman wasn't there.    Defendant told animal control that dog wasn't his but was his girlfriend's dog, was hidden for two months, and now is back.    Plaintiff had to get rabies shots, because defendant didn't talk to animal control until after the incubation period.   Defendant is another proud owner of a vicious, predatory dog, who doesn't care that plaintiff had to have rabies shots.  Defendant didn't talk to animal control about the fight, or the rabies shot status of his dogs.

Defendant and girlfriend both lied to animal control, hid the dog, but it's back at his house now.  Defendant claims he was parked on the street, his dog got loose, and only wanted to play with plaintiff's dog.  He's upset plaintiff hit his dog with a bat.

I believe everything plaintiff says about the dog attack, and believe nothing the despicable defendant and his lying girlfriend said.   I hope animal control and the police acted on this case after the show aired.   In the sworn statement to court, defendant lied throughout it.

$3400 to plaintiff.

Girlfriend Causes Heart Failure-Plaintiff Francesco  Rebello suing defendant Janeth Linares for taking his car without permission, filing a false restraining order, and causing his heart attack.

After the couple broke up, they occasionally talked, and met a few times.  When woman/defendant said she needed money, plaintiff said that they should go to Vegas.   Plaintiff claims while he was in the hospital after a heart attack, that defendant took his car, and he's never seen it again, and had another heart attack.    Defendant claims that plaintiff called her from the hospital, and pick up his car.  Defendant claims the car died, and is parked at her office.

Plaintiff gets his keys back, and will have it towed.  Case dismissed.

Thwarted Thief Pulls Knife?! -Plaintiff Rami Halwani suing defendant Eva Dostzada for scratching his car with a knife during a party at his friend and witness's  home.  Plaintiff was at the party, says defendant stole property from the host,  and after he confronted defendant she left.   Plaintiff says his car was scratched, and he's blaming the defendant.

Plaintiff wants $959 for car damages.    When host/witness saw the woman putting items in her purse, and his sister's expensive watch was missing.  When host saw the theft, he asked woman to leave with her friends.  A police report was made by the party host/witness.

A text from defendant to party host admits her theft.

Defendant's lying testimony is that she's not a thief, but others were.

$959 to plaintiff for car damages. Defendant's ridiculous claim is dismissed.

Expectant Mom Expects Payback! -Plaintiff Brenda Quinn  suing defendant/ex Jonathan Baker to repay loans, and his fines.   Plaintiff is pregnant with child #3, blaming the defendant.   (Plaintiff is a Sainted Single Mother of Three-SSMOT). Plaintiff lives off of child support from the other two kids dads, and soon will have child support from defendant, if the DNA test turns out the way she claims.

JJ doesn't believe that the plaintiff and two kids get along on $1525 a month child support.

Plaintiff claims a $600 loan for rent, and fines for drug charges.  Defendant claims they were gifts.   Plaintiff has texts from defendant admitting the loan.

Plaintiff gets $600. Jj tells defendant that he should use his brain instead of another organ next time.

5 p.m. episodes-

Tooth Knocked Out During Dog Fight?! -Plaintiff /Bull dog Tanner David owner suing defendant Marian McDavid over a dog attack, and the plaintiff's dental bills.  Defendant says when the Bull dog attacked her dog, she shooed the dog away, and plaintiff claimed defendant was kicking his French Bulldog.   Plaintiff's dog was off leash, defendants two Labradors were on leash.    Defendant is counter suing for moving fees, attorney fees, and filing false charges against her.

The plaintiff had his dog off leash, dog approached defendant and her dogs.   When plaintiff accused the defendant of attacking his dog, she fended him off with a flashlight, and plaintiff claims tooth injuries from defendant's flashlight.

Plaintiff claimed defendant kicked his dog, and confronted her.   Defendant had to hire an attorney to defend herself against plaintiff's assault claim.  Defendant says she stomped her foot, and yelled at the plaintiff's dog to get away.   Plaintiff's dog didn't return to him, but stayed near defendant and her dogs.

JJ has plaintiff's sworn statement of lies.   Plaintiff called the police, claiming she hit him in the face.  Plaintiff kept insisting that defendant kicked his dog, and she told him to get away from her.   Then, plaintiff claims defendant whacked him with a flashlight.

Plaintiff was obviously the aggressor.

JJ doesn't believe any part of plaintiff's story.

Plaintiff case dismissed, and defendant claim dismissed.

Puppy From Hell?! -Plaintiff /former roommate Katie Rogers suing defendant/former roommate Pamela Della Bella for damages caused by defendant's untrained puppy, and unpaid rent.   Plaintiff moved out early but paid rent, and wants two months rent back.   Plaintiff says the apartment was uninhabitable because of defendant's Husky, that peed and pooped everywhere in the apartment constantly. Plaintiff claims unhousetrained dog used the entire apartment as it's toilet.

Plaintiff says dog was added to the household without her consent, but she went puppy shopping with the defendant.  They both went together to pick up the Husky puppy.

Plaintiff case dismissed.

4 p.m. episodes-

Judge Judy 101 -Plaintiff Joel Hills Garcia is suing defendant Justin Heywood for draining their joint bank account, and overdraft fees.  Defendant took everything out of the account after they argued, and broke up.   The two met in December, and by February had a joint bank account.

When they broke up, defendant took the money out of the bank account.  JJ points out it was foolish to open the account, and there is no way to exactly determine exactly how much belongs to each litigant.  Defendant said he took the checking account money, put it in savings to get plaintiff's attention.

JJ says no claim to the money, so case is dismissed.

Lovers Too Soon?! -Plaintiff Cindy Clark suing defendant/ex Rycharde Gambin for the cost of airline tickets to Italy. Impulsive new romantic partners planned a trip together to Italy, and are now fighting over the price of unused airline tickets.   Defendant is counter claiming for job endangerment.

The litigants planned the Italy trip three days after meeting for the first time, she found tickets at a good price, and booked the tickets. She put the tickets on her credit card.

JJ doesn't believe anyone is foolish enough to buy the two tickets three days after first meeting.    Tickets are non-refundable, but defendant can use the ticket for his summer trip to teach in Italy.   Defendant says he can't use the ticket, because plaintiff broke his heart.

JJ called the defendant arrogant, but not stupid.   JJ says defendant should pay plaintiff for the $2,000 ticket, and use the ticket himself.

$2,000 to plaintiff. Defendant case dismissed.

Bogus Smog Check?! -Plaintiff /car buyer Cara Brown suing defendant/car seller Ernest Bobmanuel , claiming she was given a phony smog check document, and she wants $2741.   Plaintiff paid defendant $500 more than Blue Book on car, because she desperately wanted it.  Price was $2700, she bought for $2,600.  KBB price was $2100.

Defendant says car is 14 years old, was sold 'as is'.    Defendant took car to plaintiff's mechanic, and the inspection fee was $150, so defendant refused to pay that.   Mechanic never was arranged to evaluate the car, and plaintiff bought car for $2600, with a smog certificate.   Plaintiff found out car needed $6,000 in mechanical work. Plaintiff filed a complaint with DMV, but never followed through.

Plaintiff has the Bill of Sale, which is her contract.  BOS turns out to be a vehicle transfer form, listing the car mileage as 182,000 miles.   There is no smog certificate.  Plaintiff's mechanic testifies car needed a bunch of work, but car already had been purchased. Mechanic claims smog test is phony, but that will have to go through California DMV to determine if smog certificate is legit.

JJ says plaintiff should have taken car and smog certificate to the same shop, and find out why it didn't pass.

Plaintiff just wants her money back, because it would cost too much to repair.

Plaintiff case dismissed. Wanting to unload a used car is not a reason for a refund. Even the audience looked bored by this case.

Drunk Driving Finger Pointing! -Plaintiff Kayla Anderson suing defendant Shakyra Laval for driving her car while drunk and totaled the car.   Plaintiff claims when she confronted defendant about driving drunk, she says defendant climbed back in the car, backed up and smashed the car, into another parked car, then hit another parked car.

As always, defendant claims plaintiff was driving and wrecked the car.  After the wreck no one called police.    This happened at 2 or 3 a.m. at a club parking lot, both were drunk.

Plaintiff claims she told the other people who hit their cars, and they're suing her for damages, but has no proof.

JJ doesn't believe any part of either litigants story. Case dismissed.

5 p.m. episodes-

Dog Owner Laughs at Woman's Bloody Injuries?!-Plaintiff Paris  is suing defendants/neighbor and fiance Courtny Chatman for medical bills after their dog attacked plaintiff. Plaintiff was viciously attacked by neighbor's dog (chained to porch, and she had been a dog sitter for the animal on many occasions).      Defendant and fiance (homeowner) were sued by plaintiff for injuries.      Defendant was picking up her wedding dress, and wanted to show it to the plaintiff, and told her to go see it inside (to keep dress clean), when the dog attacked plaintiff.

Defendant keeps laughing at the description of the plaintiff's horrific bite injuries, including four bites on her thigh, three on her arm, and dog went towards her throat.      Defendant's mother and daughter were in the driveway, went in the house, and invited plaintiff to see the wedding dress, but inside the house.     Defendant blames the attack on the plaintiff going on the porch with the mother and daughter inside triggering the dog's protective instincts.

Dog was put down later, because fiance/homeowner demanded it.   Fiance of defendant had no homeowner's insurance before this attack.     Defendant admits the dog had bitten before too.  Defendant claims the injuries were faked by the plaintiff.    I hope the homeowner/fiance defendant wised up after seeing the defendant's horrible behavior in court, and in the hall-terview after.

Plaintiff gets $5k.    (Sorry I missed the names of the litigants)

Malicious Harley Tow?!-Plaintiff Diane Troisi is suing defendant /her son's former roommate Anthony Jenkins Jr.  for towing a Harley. for Plaintiff's troubled son is incarcerated, leaving Mom's Harley behind, lots of property damages, and trash.   Plaintiff says she'll pay landlord for damages, and cleaning, but lied.

Plaintiff claims the man was threatening, and had her motorcycled towed maliciously.    Plaintiff says she had to get the motorcycle back.     Defendant is counter suing for damages, false police report, and storage fees.

Plaintiff did nothing to fix the damages she agreed to pay for, and didn't.     Defendant had the motorcycle towed to a remote location.   I like the defendant a lot.

Defendant gives nothing to the plaintiff, and defendant gets nothing, and towing her motorcycle far away is justice enough for JJ.

4 p.m. episodes-

$14,000 Out the Window?! -Plaintiff /former tenant, remodeler, and realtor Heidi Lucas  suing defendant/former landlord Shirley Spencer for money plaintiff spent improving defendant's sale home.   Defendant wanted to get rid of house she co-owned with her late ex husband, wanted to sell or rent it.  Plaintiff moved in without a contract, never paid rent, and spent $14k on remodeling, but never had an agreement from defendant or a written contract with defendant to pay for renovations.

Plaintiff only submits one bank statement proving what was paid for rent, but defendant only has one receipt for one month, with reduced rent for house repairs.

The broker paid the three months rent was behind when defendant took possession.  Plaintiff claims defendant agreed to pay for renovations, and then sell the home.

Defendant statement saying not to do work on house without her permission.

Plaintiff and mother worked on house, but they lived there rent free.

Plaintiff case dismissed.

Defendant says in hall-terview that she had to get plaintiff and her mother out of house, because they never paid rent, she never authorized any repairs on the house except the one month, and family wanted to move into the house.

Plaintiff claims defendant made her homeless, and she screwed her out of $14,000 worth of work on the house.

Show Me the Bail Money! -Plaintiff David Ramones suing defendant Katherine Espinales for an unpaid loan, and a bail refund.  Defendant says she never got the bail money back.   Defendant was a friend with plaintiff for years, borrowed $700 for a car payment, repaid only $200.   Defendant paid the bail for plaintiff, $1,000 using his funds. Defendant claims plaintiff forgave her $500 loan balance because they were friends.

Charges against plaintiff were dropped, and he claims defendant received the bail refund, defendant denies getting any refund.   Plaintiff did ask her for the bail refund, and the loan balance of $500.

JJ says plaintiff is entitled the $1,000 to get bail back, but needs to prove the bail bondsman paid the defendant.  So, JJ sends that back to local court when plaintiff gets proof.

$500 to plaintiff for the unpaid loan.

Mother and Son No More (Defendant son was thrown out by mother when he was 13, and taken in by family friends from 15 to 20 before he joined the Army. Plaintiff claims she's on full disability from bad breast implants, and claim son's foster family were after her disability share that went to son.   My understanding is minor children dumped into foster care, require child support from people like plaintiff.   I can't stand anything plaintiff says, and I don't care about her sob stories painting her as a victim.  Plaintiff doesn't see her older son or his children either.   ) ; Unwed Parents’ Knife Fight? ; Jealous Rage Rock Throwing!

5 p.m. episodes-

Your Husband is My Man?! -Plaintiff/ side piece Alisha Alexander is suing defendant/wife of mutual baby daddy and boyfriend to both women, Cornelia Benton for a false claim of assault, accusing her of stealing defendant’s son’s phone, (it’s always an iPhone), and being jailed for a day or so after defendant’s son claims plaintiff robbed him.   Mr. Sexy, James Benton is plaintiff's witness.  (from Leesburg, FL)

Let me get this straight.    Boyfriend of plaintiff has two-year-old twins by her, and shacks up with her a lot. Not meaning to be tacky, but how much older is Ms. Alexander than her baby daddy?       Defendant (who looks maybe 30-35) is married to the jerk, and has four kids with him, and the idiot husband doesn't even know how old they are.   And I'm sure his huge salary as a cook supports six kids, and two lovely women who apparently think he's the greatest man who ever lived.

So, plaintiff. and shack up were living separately for a while, plaintiff dropped boyfriend off to see his four kids who were staying at the defendant's sister's house with the wife.     Everyone started chasing each other down the road, and then one of the kid's called 911 because they were afraid someone was going to die.     Plaintiff was accused of robbery for stealing phone from defendant’s son, while defendant was chasing the plaintiff, and boyfriend.     Defendant also claimed the plaintiff punched her, which was a lie.

Plaintiff was arrested and spent a day and a little more in jail, because of the son of defendant lying about plaintiff stealing his phone, but he still has his phone, and no one stole it.   How nice defendant idiot is filing false assault reports, and has her son filing false robbery reports, and the plaintiff got pulled over and thrown in jail for a day or so.    Plaintiff claims the police left her kids by the side of the road, and I seriously doubt that.

Defendant says that 'she wishes loser would give her a divorce".  I guess she's as stupid as she looks, and doesn't realize anyone can get a divorce, even if the opposing party doesn't want to do that.

JJ gives the plaintiff for $2,500.

Mobile Home Scam-Plaintiffs James Whitworth and girlfriend Connie Lopez  are suing defendant Kenny Owens Jr  for selling a mobile home that defendant didn’t even own.  Plaintiff paid $4k for a used mobile home to the defendant, who isn't even the owner of the trailer.  Owner was Robert Brown who defendant says is in the hospital (but is sitting in the defense witness chair).   He claims he gave the money to the real owner.

Plaintiffs reported defendant scammer to the police,

Robert Brown the real owner is the witness for the defendant, and apparently not in the hospital.

Mobile homes get charged taxes annually, and have titles, (in some states) but this one hasn't had that for years.       Plaintiff claims they never got the trailer, and it couldn't be titled because of the back taxes, and missing title.

Then the trailer was apparently sold to someone else by the sleazy defendant, and it was all a scam.  Robert Brown (the former owner) now lives in a camper or travel trailer, and I bet Mr. Brown never saw a dime.

The plaintiffs get their $4k back, and they tried to file a theft report but apparently that went nowhere.

Love Triangle Double Assault! -Plaintiff Sarahi Hernandez suing defendant/her ex, Samuel Galvan, and his current girlfriend Rocio DeLeon for assaulting her.    Defendant witness was defendant man's girlfriend during the entire period that plaintiff was dating him.   There was a 2017 attack by defendant woman on plaintiff leading to car damages on plaintiff's car.

Plaintiff found out about defendant woman, and sent her a text.    Defendant woman claims she and defendant both cheated a lot.    Defendant woman seems to have a huge mole on her chin, and it's disgusting.   Then plaintiff produces text messages from this year from defendant boyfriend.

Defendant woman says she and slime ball defendant man are moving out of state, and getting married,   Then the two women had another fight, when plaintiff was leaving work (the same place she worked at during the 2017 cheating, and assault).

Then defendants went to the mall, and 'just happened' to run into plaintiff.  And defendant woman assaulted her as plaintiff was going into the parking lot to her car.      Police report is being submitted, and there was a current order of protection against defendant cheating boyfriend at the time of the assault.

Plaintiff's restraining order barred defendant man from going near plaintiff's workplace, and home.  Plaintiff claims defendant man lifted his shirt up, and displayed a handgun, and threatened the others with plaintiff to let defendant woman continue the assault.   (I bet Officer Byrd and the security crew aren't doing cross word puzzles with the defendants in court today).

Defendant witness says plaintiff was injured during the attack, and defendant witness says plaintiff was injured "Because she didn't know how to fight".

$3,000 to plaintiff.   Officer Byrd not only has defendants leave first, but follows them down the aisle all the way outside the court room.

My question is why aren't both defendants in jail?    I guess restraining orders, and brutal assaults including at least one kick in the head, and the defendant boyfriend carrying a gun is a joke in California?

28 Sept4 p.m. episodes-

Why Own a Pit Bull? -Plaintiff Alvin Mullen and fiance Jaharri Patterson suing defendant Gerardo Oseguera  over a Pit Bull attack on plaintiff's dog, suing for vet bills, emotional damages. . Defendant says the 'bite' marks aren't bite marks.  Defendant claims the dog is an emotional support animal for his mother.

Plaintiff and fiance were walking the King Charles Spaniel cross, on-leash, saw the defendant's dog, leash either broke, or ripped out of the defendant's hand.  So, plaintiff saw the defendant's dog coming, pick his dog up in his mouth, and plaintiff yanked his dog's leash and grabbed his dog and plaintiff started to run.  Defendant's dog chased plaintiff 200 feet until he took shelter in his apartment.   Defendant only stopped his dog at the bottom of the stairs to plaintiff's apartment.

Defendant is counter claiming because he had to put his dog down.  He also claims the dog was always under his control, and dog wasn't chasing the plaintiff and his dog. Defendant says the plaintiff's dog wasn't bitten.

The building management told defendant to get rid of his dog that day.  He refused to put the dog in a shelter because they would have put the known biter down.

Defendant views the horrific photos of the injuries to the plaintiff's dog, and still denies his dog chased plaintiff and his dog, and didn't bite the other dog.  Defendant claims his dog was just playing.

JJ asks defendant why he got a dog that is 80 lbs. of aggression.   Defendant again says it was his mother's comfort animal, and he still doesn't believe the dog attacked.

JJ says Pit Bull was on an extended leash, which is useless controlling an 80 lb animal.

Plaintiff receives vet bills, not lost wages or emotional distress, $388 to plaintiff.

Defendant's ridiculous counter claim is dismissed. He still claims the plaintiff injured his own dog.

Mother’s Day Car Bashing! -Plaintiff Anja Carrillo suing defendant Maryann Bonilla for car damages when defendant plowed into plaintiff's parked car.

Defendant lies to JJ about having insurance, and about the photography shoot, and claims she was working doing makeup for clients.   There is no way someone has makeup done at that hour of the morning.  Defendant says there was a phantom car that ran her off the road, and caused the accident. Police report says defendant told officers she fell asleep, and the air bags going off woke her up.

Plaintiff asked by JJ why she didn't claim for damages on defendant's insurance, and plaintiff says her insurance carrier said defendant didn't have coverage.   Defendant didn't have insurance and finally admits it.

$2800 to plaintiff.

Break Dad’s Rules? Lose Your Car!

Who Scammed Who? Plaintiff Dustin Bangert suing defendant Roland Duncan for failing to pay for his balance on a truck and car swap.   Defendant says the truck was a lemon, and he owes nothing.  However, plaintiff registered the car in his name already.

Plaintiff claims he gave defendant the truck title, and can't get it registered.

JJ decides the plaintiff is truthful, and defendant is a liar.

Plaintiff receives $1500 for the truck he sold defendant.

5 p.m. episodes-

Used and Confused!  -Plaintiff Rosalind Britt alleges defendant  Christian Ujoh  ripped her off for a used car, and illegally repossessed it.

Apparently, "As Is" should be explained in big letters.    2007 Dodge Charger, $3980 was the cost of the vehicle at auction, in December, and sold to plaintiff for $6500, with $2500 down.    Plaintiff put $2500 down, and a tracking device was installed because it was on a payment plan.   Plaintiff and defendant traded vehicles, a Buick for a Truck.

Bill of Sale says "As Is"--and plaintiff signed off on that.     Plaintiff thinks because she didn't bring the Bill of Sale, but the defendant did, that she can't be held accountable for signing the 'As Is' statement.    There was a coolant leak, but dealer tried to fix it anyway.     Plaintiff claims there was a verbal contract about 30 day engine warranty.

When the plaintiff took the car back, he gave her a loaner.    Defendant says the car needed a new motor, but that's 'as is'.     Plaintiff also bought a new motor, without a warranty, and defendant agreed to put the motor in ($1800), and labor ($550).     Plaintiff still owes a lot on the car and the motor, and never paid, so he repossessed it.    JJ says if she wants the car back she has to pay for the car payments, and motor, or else defendant keeps the car, and the money that's been paid already.

Defendant keeps the car, because plaintiff is a deadbeat.

Pregnant and Owing?!  -Plaintiff suing defendant for utilities and rent.   Plaintiff was primary leaseholder on apartment, and defendant was a roommate in one bedroom apartment.    Security deposit was paid, and rent was up to date, but plaintiff still wants utilities and rent.    The plaintiff wants rent after she moved out for three months, but there was no effort to get another tenant, even though he had five months notice.

There was no walk through with the tenant, just the plaintiff and the landlord, because tenant had already left.    Tenant moved out partially because she's pregnant, and defendant claims landlord didn't want kids or a baby there.

Plaintiff also tries to bill the the former tenant for all carpet cleaning, not just one third.   Plaintiff's case is dismissed, and defendant gets her security back $550.

4 p.m. episodes-

Mormon Good Will Hunting -Plaintiff Tammy Maestas  suing former landlord/defendant Richard Benson for unlawful eviction, and disposing of her property in his house.   Apparently, the Mormon church paid for woman's move in to a rented room in defendant's house, and paid the first month's rent, and $200 security.   Woman claims she was out of state, and she  never technically moved out.

In April, woman paid rent very late, and May didn't pay again, so he did a pay or quit notice.   Tenant didn't pay in May, came back later, and her stuff was gone.  Landlord claims someone from her church picked the stuff up in May.   I absolutely believe what the landlord said about someone picking up plaintiff's stuff.

Plaintiff was formerly homeless, and but still had a $2500 gaming computer, and other things. I think the landlord is right, and woman scams anyone she can for support.    Plaintiff has zero proof of anything she had in the room.

JJ is enraged that the man is renting rooms, in a single-family house, but the tenant certainly could have found somewhere else to live if it was so much beneath her standards.     Plus, if tenant was so broke, how did she buy a $2500 gaming computer when she was homeless?   I think it's rotten that JJ stiffed the landlord on the rent and utilities, and refuses to believe someone came for plaintiff's stuff. My guess is plaintiff was moving, had the church pay for it, and then changed her mind.

JJ simply doesn't care or understand that people live where they can, and landlords like defendant give them a place to live.  Not everyone can spend millions on multiple places to live like JJ does.

$3,000 to plaintiff.   (I don’t think the plaintiff deserves a penny).

Family No More-Plaintiff Christian Lane suing defendant/estranged sister-in-law Maria Miranda-Barrera for unpaid rent (he was co-signer on apartment, and got stuck with the rent), furniture, and other stuff he won't get.

Plaintiff soon to be ex-husband listed the loan as a martial debt, but defendant didn't list any debts.    Plaintiff will get some money, but that's all, because the marital debt will be heard by the divorce court.

Defendant stopped paying rent, so that is clearly a violation of the contract, but I'm sure he got screwed over when the divorce marital debt was heard in court.

$1621 for plaintiff.

5 p.m. episodes-

Hypodermic Needle Fence Dispute?! -Plaintiffs Gregory and Valarie Burks, suing defendants/neighbors  the Bobo sisters (Lisa and Patricia Bobo) all kinds of fence issues, slander and harassment.   Another lovely fence v. neighbors case, nuttiness to follow.   The Bobo sisters, who apparently shop the Walmart Halloween costume clearance sale for wardrobe, seem like total loons.        Mr. and Mrs Burks have a common fence line with the Bobo sisters (the left one looks like my late uncle at 90), and want to replace the fence, at the Burks expense.

Years ago the Burks took down the dead trees, and rotten chain link that was already bad when they moved in 25 or more years ago.     The put up a wood fence on the joint line.    Now they want to finish the privacy fence, on the property line, pay for it themselves, and the Bobo sisters refuse to let the workers on their property.

There is also a metal rod iron fence section the workers goofed, and made a mark and cut on, and the Bobos went ballistic.    The Burks want to finish the fence, and need access to the Bobo loonies property for the work, and the Bobos refused, and won't let the workers fix the tiny cut in the metal.

The Burks have been foster parents for many years, but aren't now because of an anonymous complaints to the children's services agency, (bet we all guess who did them too). The complains stated that the Burks throw syringes, prescription bottles, and pill bottles on the Bobos  property, and are doing all kinds of other things foster parents shouldn't be doing.    Until the investigation concludes, there will be no more foster children.

The prescription bottle had the name of the Burks niece on it, and they claim a neighbor saw the Bobos going through the trash where the empty prescription bottle was thrown out.    JJ asks the neighbor if he saw the sisters getting a pill bottle out of the trash, but the Burks said prescription liquid bottle, so I'm guessing they wrote the wrong thing on their pre-trial statements.     The pill bottle has a name no one recognizes either.

I suspect the Bobos know exactly where all of the trash and the complaints came from.   I'm sure the Compton police have better things to do than help the Bobos harass people, but the Bobos apparently don't.

No one gets any money, but the Burks have to notify the Bobos in writing, three days in advance to let workers finish the fence, and fix the tiny cut in the iron (which didn't look that new to me).   The plaintiffs should get a survey, and determine where the property line actually is.

Then in the hall-terview, Mrs. Burks said the following, paraphrased- They need to move, they're weird and need to leave Compton.  When you're too weird for Compton, that's saying something.

Chihuahua Death by Chocolate! -Plaintiff Jennifer Tucker suing ex-boyfriend/defendant Michael Lamoreaux, Sr for loans she made him that he didn't repay.

Defendant is counter claiming over the death of his late wife’s mother’s chihuahua dying from chocolate poisoning from her children leaving the chocolate out for the dog to eat. Plaintiff claims she stayed at defendant's house constantly, but claims she had full custody of the kids.   Ex had full physical custody of the children, not the plaintiff.

Plaintiff stayed at defendant's home frequently, didn't pay any rent. Claims she was full time babysitter for defendant's kids. She also claims she paid the household bills.

Plaintiff case dismissed, no proof that the loans were made, and she never paid anything for living at defendant's house.

Idiot girlfriend with multiple kids stayed with boyfriend, her kid left the chocolates out, and the boyfriend’s dead wife's chihuahua ate the chocolate and died, JJ says not able to prove.  Defendant claim dismissed.

Another nutso girlfriend case, and another mother who doesn't know whether she has custody or not.   She doesn't, and for good reason I'm guessing.

4 p.m. episodes-

Troubled Teens’ Crash Pad  -Plaintiff Annette Campbell claims a defendant/teen Aspen Manning who moved into her home retitled a car in her name, not the plaintiff’s name, and stole a ring.

Plaintiff couple have two or three teens (18 or 19 years old) who can't stay at their own homes live with the plaintiffs.  Defendant took paperwork to register the plaintiff's newly purchase car, but instead titled and registered it in the defendant's name, and defendant took the car when she moved out.   The defendant had previously registered and titled the plaintiff's other car, and that was in defendant's name that was correct.  The car in question was for the teens to run errands, and do household chores.

Defendant claims plaintiff wanted her to get a title loan on 'her' car, for some lawyer fees they needed to pay.  A cheap attempt to slur the plaintiffs.     There is a picture of defendant wearing the ring, but no proof that the ring was stolen by defendant. Ring case dismissed.    One good thing, the plaintiffs are now done with revolving door crash pad for troubled people.

JJ gives defendant choice to sign title over, or have car theft charges pressed against her, so she signs the title over, and money from the case is only released after changed title is shown to the court.

Defendant claims plaintiff husband wanted her to get a title loan on the car for the couple.   Total Bull Pucky.

Pit Bull Breakout - Plaintiff Kimberly Belken suing defendant / neighbor Brian Phodes for vet bills from his dog escaping his yard, and attacking the plaintiff's Blue Heeler.  Defendant's dog is actually a pit bull/Great Pyrennes mix, and huge.  Defendant claims plaintiff's dog broke through fence, and injuries to plaintiff's dog were from fence nails.

Plaintiff was walking her two dogs (Blue Heelers) on a tandem leash, attacking dog broke through the fence (face, head, and shoulders) grabbed the nearest dog, and assaulted it.     The bottom of the old vertical fence boards aren't even nailed down, as shown in pictures.     Defendant put boards on the inside of the fence after the attack.

Plaintiff gets vet bills $418..

5 p.m. episodes-

Heartbreaking Dog Custody Verdict - Plaintiff Heather Legler wants dog back from defendant/ex-boyfriend Owen Sprute. They moved in right after meeting.    Plaintiff brought older cat to the relationship.    Litigants got the dog in February, and woman moved out in January 2018.     Dog lived with the defendant for seven months, now the plaintiff has a place that allows pets.  When the woman moved out, she left the dog and cat behind, and came back in April to get the cat.

Defendant owns his own house, and is fully employed.   Plaintiff worked for a non-profit, and then managed a couple of stores.   Dog was purchased by plaintiff, and defendant picked up the dog.   After living together for four years, they could have split up better than this.

JJ is right, the dog has lived with the man his whole life, and plaintiff is hysterical, and crying over the dog.

Nothing for anyone, defendant keeps the dog.

Mutilated Flower Fiasco?!-Plaintiff Jack Faskowicz is suing defendant/neighbor Ben Beroukhai for mutilating his bougainvillea, and trespassing.   This is the memorable case in Beverly Hills  where the defendant butchered the bougainvillea plants on the neighbor's property.  However, bougainvillea are dangerous because of the huge thorns, overhanging the sidewalk is unacceptable risk to passersby.

Plaintiff says defendant had tree branches removed that weren't overhanging his property, and a huge bougainvillea.    The plaintiff claims the plants were not near the defendant's property, but totally on the plaintiff's property, and over the sidewalk.    However, the pictures show the plants were definitely overhanging the defendant's property.

I don't think the gardeners did have to trespass, but could easily have used a saw to chop the plants overhanging the defendant's property.     I would hate living next to the plaintiff.

Zero for anyone, and my sympathies to the defendant having to live next to this person.

Tag Team for Child Custody?! -Plaintiff / grandfather Larry Straight  suing defendant /grandson Matthew Straight for repayment of a loan for attorney fees for a custody case. Defendant reached out to grandfather for help, and they worked together until debts became due.   Plaintiff loaned $1500 for custody case lawyer.

When defendant needed more money, he sold cars, and other items to raise it.   Defendant has a lot of excuses for not repaying the loan  Plaintiff never sees his grandchild now.  Child's mother only has infrequent supervised visits with her child.

 $1500 for the plaintiff.

Mother-Daughter Cruise Fail!-Plaintiff / mother Karen Martel is suing defendant / daughter Cassandra Martel for airfare, and cruise costs.    Plaintiff mom was taking the 15-year-old (younger) daughter's graduation from junior high, and because defendant daughter could get better prices for the three airfares, and cruises.   They didn't go on the cruise, mother wanted to cancel long before it was scheduled, and mother wants her money back from the refunds.

The issue was the younger daughter's father wouldn't sign off on getting a passport for the younger sister, so the trip was eventually cancelled.     When the mother cancelled, the defendant got the refund, and kept it.    Defendant wanted to go on another trip, by herself, so she spent the money on that trip.

Defendant has been dodging mom for many months about the refunds, which must be awkward since they live across the street from each other.

$1650 to plaintiff.

4 p.m. episodes-

The Black Eye Whodunit?! -Plaintiff Keava and Stephen Jones suing defendant/neighbor Valerie Jones for an assault, and falsely accusing plaintiff of assault.

After a trial for plaintiff assaulting defendant, she was found not guilty.   This all happened two years ago, but trial just ended.  Plaintiff claims that defendant is telling everyone plaintiff woman is sleeping with Andrew Gaines. Plaintiff witness is Andrew Gaines, who defendant claims is boinking plaintiff wife. Defendant has issues with Andrew Gaines from lawn mowing work he did for her, and damages she claims he did, but won't fix.

Defendant was talking to plaintiff witness Gaines, at a gathering at Andew Gaines' home, and plaintiff told defendant to leave the property.  Then, defendant was getting ticked at plaintiff, and the argument heated up, and defendant claims plaintiff hit her twice, defendant fell down.  There are medical records and photographs of defendant's injuries.

Plaintiff says defendant came on her property, was getting ugly with Andrew Gaines, and plaintiff says defendant was approaching her with her dog.  Defendant has been told that plaintiff is afraid of dogs.  After defendant was screaming and swearing in front of the guests, including a 2-year-old child, plaintiff told defendant to leave.    Then defendant yelled that plaintiff was boinking Andrew Gaines, and other slander.

Defendant claims plaintiff aggressively approached her and hit her with a right hook.    However, plaintiff was found not guilty at trial.

Plaintiff says defendant made false allegations about Mr. Gaines and plaintiff, because defendant is jealous of their friendship. Mr. Gaines testifies that defendant lied to his wife about him having an affair with plaintiff.   Husband Jones says defendant Jones called him the evening after the incident, and claimed that his wife was boinking witness Gaines.

$2500 to defendant for the assault, plaintiff claim dismissed.

Vicious Dog or Super Scammer? –Plaintiff Michael Edward suing defendant / dog owner Lynette Jones over a dog attack, and wants his medical bills paid.  Plaintiff didn't get bitten, he claims he fell out of fear of the dog.  This incident was after plaintiff was suing someone else  for  back injuries.

Prison Payback -Plaintiff Linda Curry n  suing defendant/ ex-boyfriend Narue Dawson for money she loaned him to pay attorney fees during his recent incarceration.  They lived together between incarcerations.

Plaintiff isn't even sure why defendant was incarcerated.  Defendant claims plaintiff stabbed him with scissors, and threatened him with a steak knife.

The litigants have had a relationship for almost 20 years, between prison stays.

Plaintiff paid an attorney $2000 for defendant's court case. Defendant claims his charges were from Tennessee in 2001, and claims authorities told him never to come to Tennessee again, or drive though the state.

Defendant claims the plaintiff stabbed him. He also claims Tennessee authorities falsely imprisoned him, and that's when plaintiff paid for the attorney. Defendant's companion in court is his new girlfriend.

$2000 to plaintiff.

5 p.m. episodes-

Great Pyrenees Attacks Delivery Boy -   Plaintiff Youssef Dobal suing defendant / dog owner Micheal Jamesfor medical bills after defendant’s dog attacked him. Plaintiff was delivering a prescription, was going to pick up a check taped to the door, leave the prescription, and a little kid opened the door, and the dog bit the plaintiff.    Defendant claims that his dog never touched the plaintiff, and plaintiff is a liar.

After the bite, plaintiff's friend called 911.   Bite mark on hand is pretty ugly.    After the doctor, the plaintiff called a lawyer, and lawyer refused case, because there is no home owner's insurance.     Defendant dog owner claims the attack never happened.   No mention is made of animal control reports, or the dog's bite and rabies vaccination status either.   I fail to believe that this is the only bite from that dog.

$1,800 is the doctor bill, plaintiff gets the bill paid.

The Judge’s Nail Appointment?! -Plaintiff Lavonda Phillips suing defendant/cousin Rose Jackson for stealing her car, and forging her name on car paperwork.   Car wasn't running, cousin wanted to fix it, and buy it.  Cousin/defendant took the car, repaired it, and title is now in defendant and her daughter's name.   A 2000 Mercedes Benz is the car in question.  Plaintiff's brother bought the car at auction.

Plaintiff wants $3500 for car.

Defendant says she agree to pay $500, actually paid $300, and owes $200.

Plaintiff receives $200 more, and that's it.  Forgery charge dismissed by JJ, and plaintiff is told to file with local police.

Head-Butting Tenant?! -Plaintiffs/former tenants Skylar Marzola and Nicole Wendland  suing defendant / landlord Andrew Holmes for return of their security deposit, and return of rent, and an assault.

Landlord accuses teen tenant's boyfriend of head butting him during a confrontation over a dog.  Landlord also claims plaintiff's never had permission to have the dog on his premises.  Plaintiffs rented a bedroom in defendant's three bedroom condo.

Plaintiff Nicole called the police during the altercation.  The plaintiffs amassed $2850 from her student loans to play defendant.. JJ doesn't understand that many people borrow endless amounts of student loans to cover all school expenses, and living expenses.

Nicole claims all of her classes and books were covered under BOG grants.  Plaintiffs paid $950 for each of their two months, so $1900 of their $2850 down.   Defendant claims the day before the argument, plaintiffs came to the apartment with a dog, without permission. Plaintiffs get their $950 security back.

$950 security back to plaintiffs.

On the day of the argument, defendant smelled smoke coming out of the non-smoking room. Claims the two men argued about the dog, and the smoking..  That's when defendant claims Skylar head-butted him.

$1187 to plaintiffs for prorated rent, and security.

Irresponsible Health Care Worker?! -Plaintiff/home healthcare worker Anca Susan suing defendant/former client's daughter Marianne Gatto-McCann for leaving bad online reviews about her, and making defamatory statements, and loss of income from the defamation..   Plaintiff chose to care for her own mother, instead of defendant's father, so defendant posted horrible statements about plaintiff.

Plaintiff was hired at a temporary caregiver for defendant's father, when the full time caregiver was having surgery.   Then, plaintiff bailed suddenly when she was needed to care for a family member, instead of defendant's father.

I guess JJ hasn't dealt with many caregivers, some are reliable, but many cancel when ever they want to, no notice.

Plaintiff was hired on the 10th, starting for a couple of hours on the 12th.   The morning of the 12th, plaintiff called defendant and said she couldn't take care of the father, because plaintiff's mother needed her.   However, plaintiff's sister had been with the mother since the 10th, and so JJ says plaintiff was wrong to bail on defendant.

Plaintiff case dismissed.

4 p.m. episodes-

Therapy Dog Defender! – Plaintiff Kresta Disney  are suing defendant /dog owner Arya Ayazi for vet bills after another dog attack.   Plaintiff was walking her dog on leash, when defendant's pit bull, off leash, attacked her dog.    Both litigants are suing for vet bills.  Palintiff says she saw Pit Bull coming, yanked her dog up by the martingale collar, and says defendant's dog jumped, and latched onto her dog.

Plaintiff swears fight was on her back patio, but defendant claims plaintiff's dog was off plaintiff's property.  Defendant claims plaintiff dog was closer to his patio, and his off-leash dog was only playing. Defenant claims a Rhodesian Ridgeback/Pit cross is only 50 lbs.    Defendant's dog was a pit/Rhodesian Ridgeback, off leash, when the fight started.

Plaintiff's dog is a mutt, half Shar Pei/ half terrier, 45 lbs.   Plaintiff witness is her fiance.   Plaintiff tried to file a report with the community, but they didn't take the report.  Animal control issued a warning to defendant.

Plaintiff claims she was on the patio at her house, when the pit/RR attacked.    Animal control report is submitted.  Fiance witness/plaintiff Eric Andrew says dog attack was on plaintiff's patio.   Plaintiff says her dog is a companion animal.   She wants money for vet bills, medication.

$1347 for plaintiff for vet bills.

Family Fraud?! -Plaintiff/mother Brunilda Charbonier suing daughter/defendant Lisa De Leon for using her identity to open several credit cards in daughter's name, suing for $4,542.   Daughter claims mother opened the accounts for her, and she only has those two that were in mother's name.    The cards were both used on one day, with the mother there.

Later, plaintiff claims there are three store credit cards opened fraudulently by daughter.   However, the credit card companies were never contacted by plaintiff, and she is told to do that before suing.  Plaintiff's son claims mother didn't know about the charge card bills, but she was standing right there when her daughter used them.

How can plaintiff son testify that mother didn't know about the charges, and mother deny she knew about the accounts, when the mother opened the accounts, and was standing right there when the charges were made?

Case dismissed.

Believe It or Not? -Plaintiff Jo Myers suing defendant/ ex-boyfriend David Fralick for a $3600 loan to pay his mortgage.  There is no proof of the loan.

Case dismissed without prejudice so plaintiff can refile locally.

5 p.m. episodes-

Horse Put Down by Financially-Strapped Owner-Plaintiff / stable owner Beverly King suing defendant /deadbeat horse and dog owner Brittany Gillanders for back board for horse, and dogs she never paid for.   I definitely remember this one.   Plaintiff suing for back board, and two dogs (for 29 days for dogs only).

Defendant horse owner moved to be near her recent boyfriend, stationed at Mountain Home, Idalho , and paid only a month's board, and the check bounced.   The horse was there for a year, and defendant only saw him four or five times, she had moved to Las Vegas.   The boyfriend paid for the first month board, and nothing after that.

In January, there were over six months unpaid, and defendant's ex-husband paid for two months.     Horse was removed from the boarding barn in January/February, and owner still didn't pay.    Defendant is counter-claiming for injury to the horse, and having to put him down because she couldn't afford vet bills.       The defendant signed a boarding contract, but still didn't pay.

Defendant was notified the horse was injured in January, and told boarding barn owner to get a vet, and assume the bill, even though she had never paid a penny for the horse in all of those months.

Boarding barn owner/plaintiff treated the horse, talked to the vet, and let the defendant take the horse a couple of weeks later.     Defendant claims she wanted to take her horse to Nampa to the vet school, but plaintiff says she lied.

Defendant had a scheduled appointment to meet the equine vet, and she never showed, and a small animal vet was conned by her into looking at the horse.       Defendant finally showed up with a horse trailer, and took the horse.  Defendant owes 5 months board.     Defendant never paid for feed, farrier, medical treatment.   Defendant is suing for emotional distress, and vet bills on the horse.     Defendant gave a bad check for the dog boarding.

Defendant also boarded two dogs for 29 days, and didn't pay for them either.  I would have paid plaintiff $5,000 for horse and dog boarding, and other fees required to keep a horse healthy.

Stableman's lien covers this, for nonpayment of boarding costs.  $1786 for the plaintiff, and nothing for the defendant

Illegal Deportation?!- Plaintiff Carrie Griffin is suing defendant / restaurant owner Christina McDonald for deporting an employee named John, and for wrongful termination, and for rental car fees after repossession.   Defendant had her employee deported, and is accused by a former employee of wrongful termination, and rental car fees after repossession.

Defendant had an employee who was deported, John, and he is out $2k he paid for a car to the defendant, the plaintiff wanted the car, and then defendant repo'd it.    Defendant is $7500 to the good, John is out $2k, and plaintiff is out $500 on car, and defendant still has the car.

Plaintiff gets $500.

4 p.m. episodes-

Dirty Hands Dilemma-Plaintiff/former landlord suing defendant/former tenant for unpaid rent. Utilities were turned off after the tenant paid with a bad check, next month the rent wasn't paid.     Tenant and son moved in January, paid February late, has no proof she paid March, April, or May's rent.      She always paid late too.   She has no proof of money withdrawals, or other evidence of payments for three month’s rent, or any utilities.     Amazing coincidence, no payment for utilities or rent for the three months after she lost her job.

Plaintiff claims that she was illegally evicted, and the landlord disposed of her belongings.

This is the funny case where the plaintiff claims she wasn't given an eviction notice (a notice to vacate), but her signature is on the notice, and the landlord brought it with him.     Apartment damages are alleged.

$1725 to landlord for back rent.

Stop Stabbing my Vicious Dog!-(when a pit bull goes off leash and attacks another animal, a passerby stabs it)-Plaintiffs suing for attack by defendant's pit bill on their dog, and they want vet bills.      Plaintiffs had a 14 lb. American Eskimo dog on leash at a park, the defendant was playing with his dog, the pit slipped the leash and attacked the smaller dog.

The defendant says his off-leash dog was under his control, while it was chewing up a small, fluffy 14 lb. dog.     The pit attacked the smaller dog, the owner tried to pry the jaws open, the lady plaintiff jumped on the dog, and a passerby stabbed the pit twice, and it released the dog.   Someone tossed the pit into a restroom, and it was retrieved from there by animal control.  Animal control took the dog, and he fetched the dog the next day from animal control, and took his pit to the vet.

The defendant didn't know what happened until later with his dog, because before the attack ended the man left the scene.

The injury pictures are really bad.    Defendant gave the dog to a rancher.   The defendant is an idiot, and says the plaintiff's 14 lb. dog should have been put down for starting the fight-what a POS.

$4000 plus for vet bills for the plaintiffs.

5 p.m. episodes-

Vicious Pit Bull Kills Again-Plaintiff /Yorkie owner Rickesha Jones and (mother)Yvonne Sherod     suing defendant /Pit Bull owner Shuree Nunez-Tramel (tenant) and Son Nguyen (landlord) for dog attack.   Plaintiff brought the surviving dog, a Chi-mix I think, and the Yorkie's ashes to court.   She also left the Yorkies in the back yard for hours.

Except, Yorkie owner had found the pits in her yard before, and didn't fix her side of the fence to keep the pits out of her yard.       Plaintiff claims the defendants were supposed to fix the fence from their side.    Defendant claims the plaintiff dogs came in their yard, and were attacked.

Plaintiff's witness, Carol Millaire (neighbor) claims she saw defendant beating their own pit with a big board, the dogs were hollering, witness claims the pits were on the plaintiff's property fighting.

The pictures of the fence show there are huge chunks missing, the pits in the plaintiff's yard, and the fence belongs to the plaintiff, but she thought it was defendant's job to fix the fence.

Niece is only adult at defendant's house, and claims she saw the little dogs in her back yard, and the dogs ran back in their own yard.    Niece is so full of it.     Defendants also had a litter of puppies too.   Landlady was told about the fence, and the dog issues.    (JJ does her usual "Pit owners don't bother me about this).

It was irresponsible for the plaintiff to leave her two small dogs unattended in the yard.     Defendant has renter's insurance, and claims she was fostering the dogs for months, but claims they weren't covered by insurance.    Defendant claims she re-homed the dogs.   Normally, JJ would have just given the vet bills, because the little dog owner was careless.   However, the neighbors and their lies were so disgusting, JJ went with the purchase price of the little dog.

Plaintiff gets $2450  for vet bills, and to replace the dog.

Payback Break-In?! Plaintiff Rosanna Quinn suing ex-boyfriend /defendant Carl Boyerfor property (appliances and furniture) from their joint rental house.    She's claiming a refrigerator, dryer, bed, dining set, TV, and other property from their joint house, that they split bills on.      Now the truth comes out, plaintiff is angry that man now lives with another woman.  Plaintiff also broke into the house after they split up.

Defendant will pay a little to keep the property he wants, woman gets the bed back.

Grandmother's Meddling- Grandmother/plaintiff Carol Dailida suing defendant /grandchildren’s father William Satkowskis for the cost or return of school clothes she dressed the grandchildren in.  This is the rerun where Grandmother plaintiff spent a lot for clothes for the grandchildren, and sues the children's father when the clothes aren't used, or returned.

I guess the grand kids didn't want to look like grandmother's idea of school attire.    Grandmother also brags about ironing everything for the poor kids too.     JJ says she was a working lady, and the kids were well dressed, but nothing was ironed.   Apparently, Grandmother rules the roost, because children's mother lives with her, and says nothing while Grandmother whines.

Grandmother gets nothing, and deserved nothing.

5 p.m. episodes-

Shameful Squatter and Pit Bull Pushover?!  -Plaintiffs Jerry Napolitano and girlfriend Elke Koch are suing defendant / former tenant Michelle Dominick for a dog attack, and truck damage.  Defendant was a squatter, and her two dogs attacked the plaintiff.

Defendant is non-paying deadbeat tenant of plaintiff's, the bottom half of a house.    Defendant has lived in various places since her divorce, and is disabled.    Defendant moved in to the house in April, and landlord/plaintiff says she hasn't paid rent since.

Defendant says she didn't pay rent for months, because of 'circumstances'.    Landlord says defendant didn't answer her summons to housing court, and another hasn't been scheduled yet.     Defendant didn't pay May, June or July, and claims she paid, but brought no proof.     Defendant has two dogs, a pit bull, and a dachshund.

The woman plaintiff says the pit bull knocked her over, and the dachshund bit her.    There are two gates, and dogs got through both of them, and woman was bitten.

Defendant is absolutely a squatter, and won't leave until, as JJ says, the landlord pays her to go away.

Plaintiff gets $3,000.

Tree Trimming Travesty  -Plaintiff Maing Hang suing defendant Arnold Clemonson for destroying his landscaping, damaging his house, and wrecking other house features.  Defendant is accused of bad tree trimming, and removal.     Plaintiff alleges defendant dropped the tree, and took down the porch rail, and damaged the house siding.     Defendant wants $500 more for cleaning up tree debris.

The video of the tree after cutting, shows obvious damage to deck, railing, and siding under it.

Plaintiff gets $1750.

5 p.m. episodes-

Emotional Vandal Pulls a Knife?!-This is the memorable case of the man who had a room rented in the defendant's house by his father, and landlord/defendant claims months before the eviction that the tenant/plaintiff damaged his house with a knife.    Plaintiff (actually his father) wants his entire rent back, and all kinds of damages.

Plaintiff was driving to school, slid off of the road, and decided he needed to move closer to school where he could walk to school.     So right after the accident, he couch surfed, then bought a car (actually daddy bought the car), and found another apartment.  Plaintiff lived in his room for a week or two, then moved to the apartment, and paid rent through the end of the lease, and paid security deposit.

Defendant / landlord didn't return the security deposit.

Plaintiff gets $475.

In my view, landlord/defendant should never have rented to the plaintiff, and was nuts for not pressing police charges when the vandalism happened.

Birthday Corvette and Abandoned Dogs?!-Plaintiff suing defendant/ex-boyfriend for theft of a Corvette, and abandoning his dogs when he moved out of the house (after six years living together).  When defendant left, he took some property, but left the dogs.    Almost all of the cars owned by the defendant are unregistered.   Plaintiff claims he gave her a Corvette to her for her birthday, but took it.   Defendant has no titles to the cars, and plaintiff claims he buys the cars cheap, fixes them up, and then sells them and the buyer registers them.   Plaintiff and defendant don't have titles for the cars, and the cars all have to be repaired, and then apply for titles then.   My guess, salvage cars, or junked.

JJ tells plaintiff to forget the Corvette.    Plaintiff wants dogs taken by the defendant, (Bullies, and Cane Corso mixes).   JJ says when defendant gets a place to live he can have the dogs back, but he needs to support them.

The Court Can't Help You?-Plaintiff suing defendant for value of a car, or return of a car plaintiff registered, or sold to defendant.    Plaintiff can't get a license, or drive or register a car legally.       Car was in defendant's name, and defendant sold the car registered to her, but plaintiff says it was really her car.      Plaintiff claims driving without insurance banned her from driving.

Plaintiff bought a car, it was registered and insured in defendant's name, and plaintiff drove it.       Plaintiff's grandson took the car, it was impounded, and defendant paid the $162 to get it out of impound.

Defendant sold the car, and gets to keep the money.

4 p.m. episodes-

Casanova Stallion, Part 1; Heated Horses on the Loose!, Part 2 -Plaintiff Frankie Foster suing defendant/stallion owners April Diddy and Terry Wright for boarding bills, harassment and damages after defendant’s loose stallion bred plaintiff’s mares. The plaintiff is a retired veterinarian.

Stallion from neighbor’s property ran her mares through the fence, and severely injured them.    The plaintiff's witness is right, stallions need special fencing, and can be dangerous.  Defendant thinks the injury to the horses is funny.

The existing fence is five strand barb wire.    Plaintiff wants boarding for a year, because she couldn't leave her horses on the property.   Plaintiff says stallion jumped the 5 strand barbed wire, and ran the mares through the fence.

There is a criminal case for the vet bills, that had to be heard before the case was heard by JJ.    Criminal case was for defendant allowing horse to run at large, $2400 fine, community service, probation, $273 restitution.

Plaintiff wants boarding fees because she couldn't leave the horses next to the marauding stallion.    JJ doesn't have a clue how major a surgery spaying a horse is, instead of gelding the stallion.     JJ should leave horse cases to people who actually know about horses.   JJ thinks the defendants' ridiculous claim that the mares were in heat and ran through the fence to breed with the stallion.

Defendant woman claims the horses on the video ran onto her property.   JJ throws plaintiff's husband out of court.

Nothing for the plaintiff, and defendants are still a huge jerk. (Very few boarding barns will accept a stallion. They are great animals if you know how to handle and train them properly, but there are too many intact stallions that should never be bred. JJ simply doesn't understand the damage this stallion inflicted, and she never should have heard this or any other horse case.)

Unbelievable Semi-Nude Photo Post?! -Plaintiff Jeanette Brown suing defendant/ex-fiance Jimmy Thomas for rent, a car down payment and the return of property  Defendant man (ex-fiance of plaintiff), sent a naked photo of his wife to his ex-girlfriend (the defendant).   Plaintiff wants apartment lease money (May to September), car payments (for two cars in her name).    Plaintiff was unemployed, and on disability for January, and February, and worked in April.    Defendant was on disability sometimes too.

Defendant's counter claim is that the plaintiff posted a naked picture of his current wife, out of revenge.     The defendant wife posted a picture of herself in bra, and panties, but it was sent by the defendant husband to the plaintiff, and plaintiff posted it.    I don't know how this came out, I was laughing too hard over the idiot litigants to notice. Maybe they’ll play JJ instead of baseball today, and I’ll find out about the outcome.

Case for car payments dismissed.   Lease was for a year, they only lived together for six months, and defendant moved out.   Rent dismissed.  Counter claim is for plaintiff posting a naughty picture of defendant's wife, but the picture was taken off of defendant wife's Facebook page.  Defendant wife Sherilynn Thomas,  claims her husband sent the picture to plaintiff, so that's dismissed too

Plaintiff case dismissed.   Defendant case dismissed.

Quinceanera Loan or Friendly Contribution? -Plaintiff Misti Gibbs suing former friend defendant Jazmin Gonzales for her cousin's Quinceanera ($1200 was the loan).

JJ doesn't understand that many times other relatives contribute for parts of the Quinceanera.     Defendant says the plaintiff was like family, and her contribution was a gift, and not a loan to her.

$1200 to the plaintiff.

Law Student Should Know Better! --Plaintiff John Karimi gave defendant Milad Jorshari $10k, which would become $15k or more in three months time.  Plaintiff claims the defendant told him he would personally insure the investment.  There was no written contract.  Plaintiff is a law student, took contracts law, and lost everything.

Bernie Madoff rears his ugly, thieving head too.   Zip for the plaintiff who should have known better.

JJ should leave horse cases to people who actually know about horses.

Likewise, she should not do accident recreations when she obviously knows nothing about the subject and is woefully ignorant of inertia, momentum, angular momentum, basic intro geometry, etc. She really believes that she is so smart that she can reach conclusions based on her (ignorant) "common sense".

5 p.m. episodes-

Winner Winner Chicken Dinner! -Plaintiff Jessica Baldwin suing defendant Jenipher Russ for stealing her van, and stranding her in another state.    Defendant has the worst makeup, and hair, and outfit that I've seen on this show in a long time.    Plus, defendant is talking at supersonic speed.

Plaintiff received a free cruise for two people.   Plaintiff invited the defendant, and had to supply sundries, but cruise and meals were free.    The two women drove to the port, in the plaintiff's van.     The two women shared a room, and had an argument on day four, of the seven-day cruise, and for day five through seven they didn't talk.

When plaintiff disembarked, and waited for the defendant to bring the van around, and claims defendant ripped the key off of her neck lanyard, took the shuttle to the parking lot.    The defendant stole the van, and drove home, stranding the plaintiff.

Defendant claims the van doesn't belong to the plaintiff, and says plaintiff was hiding van at father's house, and hiding it from the real owners.    Defendant claims the van was under her name on her car insurance, Safe Auto.    Plaintiff had insurance through Geico, and was behind in payments on the van (three months), and we're guessing the van was going to be repossessed.    Van payments are still not up to date, and there are still five payments due.

Defendant claims the plaintiff threw the keys at her when disembarking, and claims the plaintiff said she was taking a plane home.    The audience is certainly enjoying Jenipher Russ' courtroom demeanor.

Nothing for either party.

Those Are Not My Texts!-Plaintiff Brittany Johnson suing former friend/defendant Angel Delong for the value of sectional couch, patio furniture, and punitive damages.    Defendant was supposed to buy the sectional couch, patio furniture, and never paid it off.    Defendant's boyfriend even moved into the house for a while, and plaintiff evicted him.

Price for furniture was $800 for the sectional sofa, and defendant paid nothing for it.   However, defendant claims plaintiff said if she rented a U-Haul, and moved her furniture for her, they would be even.   There are competing text messages about this issue.    Plaintiff says agreed price was $1500, not $800.     Plaintiff wanted $1500 for the furniture, then agreed $800 and moving help, and then plaintiff wanted $1500 again.   Defendant has the couch, but plaintiff admits she has the patio furniture back.

Plaintiff gets $800

4 p.m. episodes- ( have no clue what the title of this episode is, it's not listed anywhere).

Another Ridiculous Hair Loss Case (just my guess about the title)-Plaintiff Ethel Scott suing defendant/beautician Claude Bryant for her hair falling out after a hair relaxer procedure, for $5,000.      It was over a month later that plaintiff went back to complain to the defendant.   Defendant claims plaintiff's hair was from a color job on her hair, either at a salon or at home.

However, dermatologist report says alopecia caused the hair loss, and nothing the defendant did.   Defendant says plaintiff wanted her gray hair covered, and a relaxer, and he refused to do both, and warned plaintiff about doing two chemical procedures at the same time.  Defendant says the pictures of plaintiff's hair shows a much lighter color, so to him it is obvious plaintiff colored her hair, and caused her own hair loss and chemical burns.

It was months before plaintiff went back to salon to complain about her hair loss.

Plaintiff case dismissed, if defendant is willing to give her free services hie can.  Plaintiff still claims defendant caused her alopecia, he didn't

Another Bad Dog Owner Case (just my guess about the title) -Plaintiff Sarah  Chatterton wants pet care expenses for three years of dog care from defendant /Holly Vaughn.   Sugar the dog was boarded with plaintiff for three years.   Then defendant was told to take the dog back by plaintiff, because plaintiff couldn't care for the dog any longer.

Plaintiff wants to be paid for the three years of dog care.  After three years, plaintiff called defendant and asked if she was in a place to take the dog back.  Defendant dumped the dog on plaintiff's mother.

Plaintiff case dismissed.

5 p.m. episodes-      (father and car owner)

Love Triangle Vandalism? - -Plaintiff Briana Williams and her father (car owner) Louis Williams  are accusing defendant/plaintiff's boyfriend's ex Fantasia McKinney(they have two children together) of ramming her car, kicking it, and then harassing her.  Boyfriend is witness for plaintiff.

Plaintiff was picking up boyfriend when defendant rammed the plaintiff's car, kicked the car, and insurance company paid for ramming damage, but not for the kick damage.

This happened two years ago, and plaintiff, a pre-med student, didn't have time to file.   Defendant got arrested for criminal recklessness, claims she didn't go to court, but got probation, so she must have plead it out.    Defendant claims all of this was 'an accident'.

Court costs were $120 for this case, but no restitution was paid.    Police report says nothing about kicking car door, just hit the window with her hand.

Case dismissed.

4 p.m. episodes-

Liquor License Losers? -Plaintiffs Glenn Mehl and Randy French suing defendant Mack Miller II over defendant failing to get them a liquor license.  Plaintiffs paid a $5500 non-refudable fee to defendant.  Palintiff says he thought defendant was a judge, and an attorney, and could get them a liquor license.

Mehl keeps saying he's in the liquor business, but has no license or real business.   The plaintiffs had a small booze inventory for marketing purposes, and the inventory is at their warehouse, and they live there too.  There are four stockholders in the future business.

Defendant is counter claiming for plaintiff stopping the credit card payment, the fees he's owed, and credit fees, plus defendant had to hire an attorney for the case.

JJ wants to see the business card defendant gives to prospective employers, it says CEO / M & A Legal Management.   Defendant was paid $750 to form the plaintiffs' corporation.  There is a written contract.

Contract says no refunds. And there is no guarantee of results either.

Defendant is counter claiming for $4,352 for two charge backs by plaintiffs.  Plaintiffs are claiming far more than the fees defendant charged them.

To file the liquor license application, defendant had to show plaintiffs had a written test, and class.   Plaintiffs didn't pass class for six months.   Plaintiffs were still missing the police background checks, application forms to be completed, and their financial history.   plaintiffs claim they can't do the background checks or financial history questionaire until after defendant submitts the applications.

Plaintiff case dismissed.   Defendant claim $1,810 for the charge backs. Defendant didn't have the $2500 cancelled check to attorney, so that's dismissed too.

Show Me the Property Damage! – Plaintiff/landlord Timothy Wood  suing defendant/tenant Michelle Busby for rent, storage fees and property damage.   Landlord disputes that tenant still owes months of rent.   Plaintiff never moved to evict the defendant.   Plaintiff still has items stored for defendant, including furniture left behind, and defendant wants property back.   Defendant given five days to pickup the furniture, with an escort.

Rent was paid in 2010 to end of 2014.  Then, defendant didn't pay from December of 2014 until she left the plaintiff's property.   This is when the plaintiff says defendant doesn't owe him $4900 in back rent.  Defendant claims she does owe $4900 in rent, but still wants her security deposit back, $1100.   However, plaintiff says defendant offered to put half of her security deposit for the rest of December's rent.  (Ruckersville, VA is where this happened).

Rent was $1100 a month. Plaintiff says $550 from the security deposit covered the shortfall in December's rent. Defendant wants her $1100 security back, leaving only $550 in question, trespassing and return of property.

Plaintiff receives $3800, for the security deposit returned to defendant.

Take Care of Me! -Plaintiff Linda Waite suing defendant / ex-boyfriend Thomas Wray for a series of personal loans and an assault.    Suing for $4734 for personal loans.   Plaintiff was married when she started boinking defendant, is still married to the same husband, who is her witness in court.

Defendant says plaintiff stayed three weekends a month at his house, so 9 days a month.

Defendant reunited with his girlfriend, who finances their living costs with the SSI from her late husband.

Plaintiff gave defendant $3800 in total for rent and bills.

Plaintiff receives $3850 for the loans. Defendant goofs and calls the money a loan.

5 p.m. episodes-

House Flipping Scam Artist?!-Plaintiff/ a prospective house flipper, Alex Kolii suing defendant Vlad Federov who finds houses for house flippers.    Plaintiff signed contract with defendant for house, for $75k.  Plaintiff says down payment was $5k, to defendant's company for the house, there is no contract listing the plaintiff's name.    Defendant didn't own the house, but found houses for flippers, and then got a finder's fee.

The contract from the defendant says he buys houses, sort of, from the owner, but can also assign the rights to buy the house to people like plaintiff.  If proposed buyer sucker doesn't get financing or changes their mind, then there has to be someone else who pays the defendant to buy the house, and then plaintiff would get his money back.  The house isn't currently on the market.   I wonder if the defendant is one of those who advertise we pay cash for houses, in those signs by the side of the road?

$5k to plaintiff.    JJ calls defendant a scam artist.

Pit Bull Mix Goes for Woman's Throat?!-Plaintiff Kathryn Gibson suing defendant/dog owner Harold Abrahamsen for damages from an attack by his dogs.    It happened on a plaintiff's friend's property, where the defendant is a tenant and handyman.    One dog is a Pit/Rottweiler mix, a six-month old Chow, and another is a Great Dane/Pit mix, and the third is the puppy from the other two dogs.

All three dogs were roaming on the property, but not confined to the tenant's area that is also fenced.   Photos are bad, woman's arm needed extensive stitches, bruising, etc.  Plaintiff is lucky the fall didn't hurt her, and the dog went for her throat, and I'm guessing she had the arm injuries from blocking the dog from her throat.   Bet the other dog was in heat, and attacking dog is still intact.

$5k to plaintiff.

Unfair Child Support!-Plaintiff/ex-girlfriend Natasha Raines suing defendant/ex-boyfriend Kenney Roberts for bail (arrested for back child support), unpaid rent, travel expenses.     Defendant claims he owes nothing, and was falsely arrested.   Travel expenses were for a mutual trip, dismissed.

Everything dismissed but the back child support.

Bail was $760, and paid back child support, plaintiff gets that.

4 p.m. episodes-

Funeral, Fighting and Drug Abuse -Plaintiffs/brothers Marvin Greene and Anthony Greene  suing defendant/brother Eric Greene are fighting over their mother’s estate, funeral costs, and life insurance. Defendant took care of mother in her final months, and paid for her necessary expenses at the end.

Defendant claims brothers banned him from attending the mother's funeral.  Plaintiffs claim defendant stole from the mother, and say they thought defendant had reformed from his past of drug abuse.  Defendant lived close by the mother, and was asked to be mother's guardian, when mother was living in an assisted living memory care facility.    JJ wants to see mother's assets in March.  There are two insurance policies listed, and neither was split in thirds.  Defendant was the main beneficiary of the insurance, and took over mother's assets to keep mother eligible for Medicaid services.

All three brothers were beneficiaries on the $14,000 policy, $7600 in another policy, and assets of checking and saving.   Funeral expenses were $8500, and taken out of the insurance, so payments to each beneficiary were only $1500 after all expenses were paid.

Over the seven months of guardianship, and personal services contract for defendant, he received $33,000, but still claims he didn't get anything.

JJ dismisses everything from Plaintiffs.

Defendant claims brother filed a Baker Act Ex Parte order against him. Plaintiff says brother threatened to attack them with a machete, and cite brother's previous drug use, so they filed for a protective order against defendant.  The TRO banned the defendant brother from the funeral.

If defendant was so out of control, why did the plaintiffs agree to him be the guardian for the helpless mother?

$2500 to defendant on his counter claim.

5 p.m. episodes-

Vandalism Excuse at its Finest?! -Plaintiff Minnie Sanders suing defendant /former friend and current neighbor Tina Edwards for vandalism, including chopping the mobiles off of plaintiff’s porch, stolen items, surveillance system costs, and harassment.    Defendant doesn't deny the property damage.

It all started with a kerfuffle over gift cards they gave for Christmas, escalated over a purse purchase, then the mobiles were cut down, and defendant claims she replaced the old mobiles with new ones.    Defendant seems totally out of control.    JJ tells defendant to stop harassing plaintiff, but I see no hope for this relationship getting better.   JJ tells plaintiff to move, because neighbor is on Section 8 will never move.

Case is dismissed.

Amazing Townhouse Profit?! –-Plaintiff/former landlord Lisa Smith suing defendant/former tenant William Geise for junk removal, vandalism and property damages. JJ says plaintiff sold property, made a profit on townhouse, and has no cause of action.   Security deposit was $1897, and tenant wants it back.  Plaintiff already had arbitration over this with the property manager, and tenant, and tenant gets his security back.   Plaintiff claims there were over $50k in damages-what a crock.

Plaintiff receives the $1897 security back, defendant claim dismissed.

4 p.m. episodes-

Two Tons of Yard Garbage -Plaintiff /former landlord Michael White suing defendants/former tenants Curtis Couts and wife Melissa Necochea for unpaid rent, damages, removal of massive amounts of garbage after move out.

Defendants claim they moved out in March, but April was when plaintiff cleaned the yard and house out.    Defendant says plaintiffs left a lot of lawn ornaments, two tons of garbage in the yard.   Defendant Melissa is already smirking over JJ's questions about when the defendants moved out.

Plaintiff says defendant physically threatened him during March and April and plaintiff finally moved back into the house, and then tenants left.

Defendant Curtis claims an oral agreement for not paying the last two months rent, $2400.   Plaintiff kept $1100 security deposit. for trash removal and damages. Floor in bathroom was removed by defendant.   Front door was smashed in so door and jamb were replaced, two mirrored closet doors were smashed, and a window entirely removed by defendants.

(This was in Prescott, AZ).

Plaintiff gets back rent minus any damages that plaintiff doesn't have photos for.    JJ will not consider testimony by witness who saw the damages, and garbage. So, $1,463 to plaintiff.  (Another illustration of the contempt JJ has for landlords, and anyone who sells a house for profit. )

Scary Homeless Friends? -Plaintiff Brittany Spiller is suing defendant/former roommate Chancess Page for unpaid rent and utility bills.  Defendant claims she felt unsafe because of the people plaintiff invited to move into the house.

Defendant pushed plaintiff into a door.  Defendant is suing plaintiff for unpaid loans.

Defendant moved out after a confrontation with plaintiff, and plaintiff had another roommate very quickly.

Plaintiff claims defendant never complained about the friends allowed in the house.

Defendant counter claims for three months of rent she paid for plaintiff. Defendant only has proof of payments on receipts, but doesn't have proof.  Defendant claim dismissed.

Plaintiff gets $535 for one month's rent from defendant.

Postman vs. Large Dog! - -Plaintiff / postman Dion Griffiths suing defendant/dog owner Susan Schierle over an attack by defendant's Boxer, plaintiff wants actual and punitive damages.   A mailman says he was attacked by a boxer dog while on private property.

Defendant blames everything on plaintiff's actions, and claim her dog wasn't vicious.  Defendant claims postman kicked her dog first, before the attack.

Plaintiff was on a driveway, not defendant's driveway,  when leashed Boxer pulled defendant to plaintiff, and bit plaintiff.    Defendant claims her dog was provoked by plaintiff kicking and yelling at dog, and it was plaintiff's fault.

After the bite defendant called plaintiff's doctor's office, and claims the office said they were submitting the bills to plaintiff's medical insurance, so defendant refused to pay.   Defendant refuses to submit a claim to her homeowner's insurance company.   (This was in Mount Vernon, NY)

$1,500 to plaintiff.

World’s Worst Boat Shoppers? -Plaintiff/boat buyers Robert and Lexi Hilpert are suing defendant/boat seller Alexander Hamilton for refund on a boat, after the engine blew.  Buyers of a boat sue the seller when the motor starts smoking before they even get to put it in the water.  Plaintiffs are suing for a refund for the boat price, and the motor they purchased to replace the blown boat motor.

Plaintiffs didn't test the boat, or have it examined by a boat mechanic.

Plaintiffs did get the boat registered, but are suing because the used motor didn't work.   New motor would have cost $1800, but there was no guarantee in the contract, so sale was 'as is'. Also, plaintiffs didn't test drive the boat, or have a mechanic evaluate it either.

There is nothing in the boat ad that isn't true.

Plaintiffs lose.  In hallterview defendant says if the plaintiffs return the boat, he would do a refund but they won't.

5 p.m. episodes-

Big Bucks Fish Tank Botch?! –-Plaintiff Sion Palafox III (Fish Gallery Inc.) suing defendant Ronald Winston for value of custom fish tank.     Almost $4,000 of custom fish tank was delivered to defendant, and it was defective.  However, no one who dealt with the defendant is in court.

Defendant claims the company was going to replace the tank, but never did, and the company offered him $200 to get him to keep the defective tank.   Defendant reversed the charges on the fish tank, but fish tank company refused to pick it up for months.

It turns out that the fish tank wasn't custom, but was delayed to make it look like they custom ordered it.

Plaintiff gets his scratched up tank back, within five days if he picks it up.

Lover's Lexus Mix-Up!-Plaintiff James Schreck accuses defendant/ ex Jennifer Mullett of fraudulently registering his Lexus and wants the value or return of the Lexus, and lost wages.  They only lived together for two months.

As usual, defendant claims the car was a gift.   Plaintiff bought Lexus from private seller off of craigslist, never changed registration to his name, changed license plates, or had insurance.   Defendant took car, drove it, and then sold it.  Meanwhile, plaintiff attempted to sell car that defendant had possession of.

Case dismissed, due to unclean hands, from not registering the car, and leaving the prior owner on the hook for liability.

4 p.m. episodes-

Unsafe and Sorry Roommate? -Plaintiff Rebekah Hawkins suing defendant  Frank Simmons, Jr for return of rent, and stolen property.    Defendant put ad on craigslist for a roommate, and plaintiff applied and prepaid for three months in advance.  Plaintiff moved out three and a half months early.

Defendant is renting the house, and his lease says no sublets.   Plaintiff paid defendant $1,000 for three months rent.   Defendant cashed the check and spent the money on his expenses.    Plaintiff moved out three and a half weeks early, and she moved out while defendant was out of town.

Ms. Armstrong stayed in plaintiff's room sometimes, and plaintiff or her friend left the house unlocked.   Defendant claims plaintiff would go away for a week at a time, and left a fan and other appliances running.

When defendant came home from training in Florida, he says plaintiff was hostile to him, and he gave her 30-days notice to leave.   Defendant didn't give her money back, but he says she left early voluntarily.

Plaintiff is suing for $1945 she paid defendant, but he only claims she gave him $1,000 in a check.  And she gave him another $50.

So, defendant owes plaintiff for the amount of rent.

$700 to plaintiff

Angry Father of the Bride -Plaintiff Joseph Locust and partner Everald Tomlinson suing defendant /DJ Michael Braitman suing defendant for his contract to supply a DJ for plaintiff's daughter's wedding.

Defendant says he only contracts, and supplies performers, but doesn't DJ himself.

Plaintiff paid $500 to defendant, and there is a signed contract.

However, plaintiff is suing because venue required a certificate of insurance from vendors, and defendant refused to supply that.   So, plaintiff cancelled DJ services, but it was too close to the wedding date.  So, defendant isn't required to give a refund to plaintiff.

Defendant is suing for lost wages. Defendant says he tried to contact the venue and supply the insurance information, but they didn't answer his phone calls.

Plaintiff case dismissed, refunds are not allowed under the contract.  Defendant receives $400 for lost wages.

5 p.m. episodes-

Hair Stylist Left in the Dark?! -Plaintiff/ hair stylist renter Charmaine Anckle suing defendant/ building landlord (renter) Robin Watson for the reu\turn of rent and security deposit, plus lost and damaged property, after an illegal eviction.   Salon is part of a huge building, and it's sublet by the defendant, and she sublets to others, such as the plaintiff.

Lease says building is only to be used for a single-family residence.    Building was sold, and new owner of building hasn't turned on the utilities yet.

Plaintiff came to work to find the utilities off, so that makes it constructive eviction (nothing for former landlord).     Plaintiff was locked out, and two days later landlord called her and said all of her property in the salon was gone.   There was no forced entry to the building, so the burglars must have used keys, only accessed by another renter.    Sadly, since the place was opened with a key to only one door, then it's not the landlady's responsibility.

$125 for plaintiff.   Plaintiff should sue the other tenant.

Solar Tree Trimming Disaster-Plaintiff homeowners Alexander and Stacy Loyola are suing defendant/solar panel installer John Cranny for tree trimming damages.    Solar panel installer/salesman chopped the top of trees off to allow sun access for the solar panels.

Salesman/installer is not licensed, bonded or insured to trim trees, but charged $500 to trim the trees.    Defendant didn't trim the tree, he chopped the top of it off, and damaged a fence.     Some trees that were savaged belonged to the HOA, not the home owners, but the HOA fined the homeowners, damaged a sprinkler line, and other items.

Plaintiff gets $1450 for the HOA fines, and $1650 total with other damages.

4 p.m. episodes-

Exotic Chandelier Scam? – Plaintiff /diamond importer Alan Ensari   suing defendant/artist Kathy Hynes for damages to his $24,000 chandelier.   JJ encourages plaintiff to file criminal charges.   Plaintiff says defendant broke his chandelier, and has a picture with broken glass all over the floor.   Artist was hired to do faux painting in plaintiff's home, and there is a written contract $3,975, with a $2000 deposit, and $1795 to be paid at completion of project. (This was in Atlanta, GA)

Defendant worked for plaintiff in 2009.  Plaintiff claims defendant damaged a very exotic and expensive chandelier, and he's suing for $1975, which is also the amount he still owes defendant.      Defendant claims plaintiff owes her $2700, and she threatened to put a lien on his home.   This amount is over the price of the written contract.

Text messages can't modify the written contract.  Defendant claims the plaintiff wanted more painting, and work than the written contract allows.

Defendant claims the chandelier was put together from cheap components, and isn't some exotic imported chandelier.

Plaintiff has a cell phone picture of many broken crystals, but defendant claims she didn't break the light.  He also claims defendant told him she smashed the chandelier.

Defendant admits to breaking one light holder, and claims she ordered one replacement off of eBay.

$1975 to defendant, plaintiff case dismissed.

Criminal Car Sale?!  -Plaintiff /car buyer Chelsea Triplett suing defendant/car seller Robert Resendez for conning her into buying a car without a title, and claims defendant committed fraud.   Defendant owns a body and paint shop, and buys cars without titles for resale.

Defendant admits he lied to plaintiff, and said when she paid the car off, he would give her the title.

JJ says there are no good reasons to buy and resell the car without a title.   Defendant offered $500 back to plaintiff, since she drove the car for 18 months.

Plaintiff gets a refund of what she paid for the car, $3,000.   But only received the money when she files a criminal complaint against the defendant.

5 p.m. episodes-

Woman Desperate for Degrading Job?! -Plaintiff suing defendant/SSMOT (Sainted Single Mother of Two) said she would be an escort for married men for money, she catfished some idiot into paying her rent, and she says that gave him power over her.

JJ laughed when SSMOT said that.  Of course, she never paid him back.     SSMOT defendant gave him her account information for the deposits, and is shocked when he still looks at her account information for balances.     Big surprise SSMOT defendant is keeping the roof over her children's heads without child support, and working part-time as a bartender.

My guess the money really was part of the payment for her ginormous implants she needed for her job escorting married men for money.   Plaintiff gave her $4900, and he gets that back.   He needed his witness to tell him he'd been scammed.   The plaintiff still doesn't accept that she wanted his money, not for fun sexy time.

$4900 to plaintiff for the loan to defendant.

The Infamous Afghanistan Scam?! -Plaintiff suing defendant/former friend for repayment of a loan, so defendant could send money to her catfish imaginary boyfriend.   Idiot d. sent money to the love of her life, who was in Afghanistan with the military, and was discharged in Afghanistan!!!    And she borrowed the money from her friend, to the tune of $750.

Plenty of Fish rears its ugly head again, she met him online, never met him in person, and did video chats while he was in Minnesota, while he traveled overseas to Nigeria and Afghanistan.    The idiot defendant sent him the $750, and a few months later $2,000 more of her own money, or more likely some relative that she ripped off too, or some payday loan or title loan.

If anyone doesn't know, I worked for the U.S. military for many years, and they discharge you in the United States only, not in Afghanistan, or some other country.    You can't retire in a combat zone either, unless I missed something over the years.

Desperate, needy, and stupid is a bad combination.     As John Wayne said, "Life is hard, but it's even harder if you're stupid".      I can't believe her friend loaned stupid defendant $750.     The catfish loser believed the scammer would pay her friend back double what she borrowed.

This scam is common, and many use the picture, and identity of senior commanders who are actually in the news to scam stupid, desperate women. Not one of those men is looking for anything resembling the not too smart, not too young, desperate defendant.    Defendant still claims the man will pay her friend back double, and she doesn't need to pay the $750.

Plaintiff gets her $750 back, and I bet the defendant is still sending him money.

Tortoise Resort Fail -Plaintiff Debbit Ritchie suing defendant Bruce Wheeler for unfinished and substandard work on her home.   Defendant was hired to build a wall and enclosure for pet tortoises.

Plaintiff had two desert tortoises, about 20 lbs, and 40 lbs.   Plaintiff has 38 pets, cat, dogs, tortoises and fish.   Plaintiff wanted the wall sectioned off with an 18" wall, a tortoise house, and tortoise yard, to fill half of her yard.   Job took over 30 days.  Wall was put up with the paving/wall stones upside down, and wall was leaning the wrong way.   So, a tortoise kept trying to climb the blocks, and the tortoise flipped.    Wheeler claims he corrected the wrong leaning blocks.

There was no written contract, but some plans.    Cost was $5,000, and defendant was paid by check, $2500 up front, and three more payments adding up to $5,000 total for the job.

Plaintiff claims the wall was never put up properly.   Plaintiff took the paver blocks down, and donated them.

$5,000 to plaintiff.

Puppy Buyer Remorse -Plaintiff James Villaveces suing defendants Victor Tzankov and Betty Turner over an adult Pekinese that plaintiff purchased from defendants.

This was not a puppy, but an adult dog.  Plaintiff wanted an adult dog that was housetrained, leash trained, calm, and skip the puppy stages.

Plaintiff claims when he got dog home that after 10 minutes the dog flipped out, wouldn't eat, ran around barking, and hid in the back yard from him.   He wants a refund.

Plaintiff wants $2,000 back.

Plaintiff refuses to listen to JJ, that the dog was probably upset, missing the defendants, and the other dogs in the home.

The next day the defendants came to plaintiff's home to work with him and the dog.  So, defendants took the dog with them.   Betty Turner said plaintiff could get a refund of $2,000.

Defendants are counter claiming for $2400 for travel and time with expertise working with the dog.

Plaintiff gets his $2000 for the dog back, minus $1,000 to defendants for their time and effort to visit him twice to help with the dog.

In the six month relationship defendant's dog got sick (an adorable Min Pin), plaintiff paid her vet bill, and he wants his care credit paid back, $687.

Defendant was broke, and she was going to just try home remedies, and plaintiff paid the bill.

$687 to plaintiff for the vet bill.

5 p.m. episodes-

Dove Release Runaround –Plaintiff/wedding dove  release business owner Martha Delgado suing defendant/cousin Angelica Montgomery for stealing her doves.   This is the case of the plaintiff's dove release business (weddings, and other events) and she claims her cousin stole a bunch of her doves.    Cousin defendant used to work for the plaintiff.   Doves can fly up to 500 miles home.    Cousin/defendant says she don’t know where the doves are and doesn’t have any doves.

Plaintiff claims the defendant wasn't a real employee, but an independent contractor, but now it turns out the defendant was an employee, but the company/plaintiff never 1099'd her (big time violation, and no taxes withheld, or worker's comp).

Defendant says she had some birds, and was training them.   The defendant said she had nine birds from plaintiff, and two other birds, and all birds were stolen (let me guess who did that), a couple of months after the letter arrived from the plaintiff saying that all birds and equipment had to be returned.

Case dismissed, because birds were stolen.

Uber Driver Payback?! --Plaintiff / Uber driver Aklya Buie is suing defendant/ Makhtar Diop for return of payments she made on a car she was buying from defendant.

Plaintiff is Uber driver, she wanted a car for the ride service, and she put down $1500, plus $300, and was supposed to make payments to defendant.     Plaintiff still has the car, but stopped paying because the car is broken.    Plaintiff claims she was forced to sign the agreement.

Defendant is counter suing for a 2010 Ford Fiesta unpaid balance.  Plaintiff claims the defendant was going to pay for all repairs, because defendant knew she was unemployed.   (Can you drive a 2010 Fiesta for Uber?).

I hope Byrd takes the Fly Swatter of Death after the plaintiff, and her snotty attitude.

$3700 to Defendant.

Clueless Young Mother?! –.   Plaintiff Gabrielle Kamm suing former friend/defendant Jenna Eberhardt for $1000 she gave the defendant for a car, and it turned out it couldn't be registered.

Car was $1,000, no title produced, but there was a lien on the car.   Defendant says lien paid off, but she doesn't know who paid the $400 or $500 owed on it.   The car is sitting in front of her house.

Plaintiff gets $1,000, and defendant is a fuzz brain.

4 p.m. episodes-

Chased Off and Beaten by Neighbors?! -Plaintiffs Geoffrey Wall and son Rex Wall  suing defendant Leopoldine Bravo for attacking them with pepper spray, and on-going harassment.

Defendant claims plaintiff's dog jumped on her, and knocked her off her feet, but no one else saw that happen.   Defendant claims Geoffrey's dog knocked her off balance, she tripped over her own dog, and she made a claim for her surgical bills to plaintiff's insurance.  Defendant claims plaintiff's Labradors are always off leash, sometimes when father walks dogs, and sometimes when adult son walk his dogs. This happens on fire roads. However, defendant often walks her dog without leashes.

The father and son were on the fire trail, with their two leashed Labradors, and plaintiffs saw the defendant walking her dogs off-leash, and she refused to leash her dogs.    When defendant heard this, she said "her dogs didn't need to be leashed", and that's when plaintiffs were attacked by defendant with pepper spray, after blocking their path and claiming plaintiffs couldn't use the path home.    That's when defendant pepper sprayed the puppy, and then sprayed the son, and then defendant zapped the plaintiff father with pepper spray in the face.

Then, defendant claims the plaintiffs were the aggressors, and she was defending herself by pepper spraying the plaintiffs.

Defendant claims this was under the Massachusetts law "Stand Your Ground".  Defendant claims both plaintiffs assaulted her with the dog Chuck-it, and beat her.    She called the police twice about the assault, and demanded they take photos of her 'injuries".

Defendant claims father and son attacked her, and she retaliated with the pepper spray.  Defendant claims father and son hit her many times, and beat her severely, and the photos show no injuries.

I think JJ is right, that plaintiffs defended themselves against the out-of-control defendant and her pepper spray. Even defendant's husband doesn't believe her, according to JJ.

Defendant refuses to believe JJ can't see her injuries, and doesn't believe the plaintiffs beat her up.  I believe everything the plaintiffs say about the on-going harassment by defendant, and about her assaulting them.

$2,000 to plaintiffs, defendant case dismissed.

Small Dog vs. Smaller Baby

5 p.m. episodes-(skipping this case is a good idea, it's heartbreaking).

Thanksgiving Pit Bull Terrorism-Plaintiffs Paul and Sandy Tscherednikov are suing defendant/ Pit Bull owner Arthur Medina for defendant's dog killing their Yorkie at their home on Thanksgiving Day.  Kind people invited a family friend, her stupid boyfriend, and his 11 year old to Thanksgiving dinner, which is also the female plaintiff's birthday.    The defendant claims he asked for permission to bring the dog, an hour before arriving with Cujo.

The defendant had the dog for an entire month before this happened, and dog was about 3 years old.    Plaintiff was invited a month before Thanksgiving.   As JJ says, don't bring your dog to someone's house without an invitation.

Defendant claims Pit was defending itself against a 3 pound Yorkie, and it's all prejudice against Pit Bulls.

During the visit, Cujo the Pit Bull is in the back yard, the 3 pound Yorkie was attacked, and Cujo killed the Yorkie in front of the horrified Thanksgiving diners, including the female defendant who had the dog for 12 years.

Idiot defendant still makes endless excuses how the Yorkie attacked his dog (bet the P.B. was unneutered too), and the P.B. was defending itself.

There were no vet bills, and the defendant seems really happy about that, because he thinks the fact the poor little dog died in the yard without seeing a vet will let his sorry butt off the hook.

Pit Bull owner hall-terview is pathetic.    Bet defendant still has the dog, and still tries to drag it to every event he can.    Defendant thinks saying the dog was playing with children right before the attack is a defense.    After their behavior during and after the attack, and in court, the defendants would never be on my property again.  Defendant's girlfriend

JJ has several articles taped to her desk top about fatal P.B. attacks, and reams the loser a new one, and awards the plaintiffs $5,000.

Mysterious Mexican Van Vacation-Plaintiff Denise Scott is suing Stacie Albertson and Ernest Cook Jr  for damages to her house and garage. and locksmith fees. Plaintiff claims after a cancelled Mexican vacation defendant woman retrieved her van from their garage by breaking in.

Defendant woman has the cheapest wig I've seen in a long time, probably from the producers big bag of disguises.

Plaintiff claims after busted vacation to Mexico, the Defendant's stole their van from the locked garage at the plaintiff's house, and broke into her house.    Defendant and plaintiff had a huge fight, defendant came home early, and the van was 'stolen' out of the garage, and garage was damaged.

There is a phony witness for the plaintiff who saw someone breaking into the garage, but since he didn't call the police, JJ tells him he's a liar, and he is.   The defendant's claim the plaintiff told them to break into her garage to get the van out, another lie.     These people are all nuts, and I suspect the cheap liquor in Mexico was a great incentive to take that vacation there, and probably fueled every argument they had.

Defendants also want travel expenses, and claim their van was outside of the locked garage, even though no one had been home to get the van out of the garage.     Defendant claims her van was parked outside the garage when she came back early from Mexico, and her lying witness agrees.   I guess the van didn't like being in the dark, so it forced it's way outside?

Plaintiff gets $1,500 for the door damage.

4 p.m. episodes-

Child Slams into Car! –Plaintiff /pizza delivery driver Zachary Ivey suing defendant Earl Taylor for Alex Taylor (son of Earl) running into his car, and causing car damages.   Plaintiff claims he heard a thud, says something hit the side of his vehicle, breaking his mirror.    At 4 or 5 p.m. plaintiff was delivering pizza, when plaintiff claims defendant's son ran into the side of his vehicle, and later noticed his driver's side mirror was dangling.

Defendant Earl claims plaintiff ran over his son, ran over the child's ankle.   9-year-old Alex testifies to JJ that he was playing with Nerf guns, and he claims plaintiff hit him.   He claims he was looking back when vehicle hit him.  (This was in Rockwall, Texas).

The mother grounded Alex for a week, but still claims son was not at fault.  Father claims plaintiff gravely injured his son, and son wasn't at fault.

$581 for plaintiff for truck damages, defendant case dismissed.

Truck Driving Mama's Boy? -Plaintiff Cindy Kawahata suing defendant Michael Layton for an unpaid loan for truck driving school, $1500.    Defendant lives with his mother, don't know if he lives in the basement or not.

Defendant asked plaintiff for money after he lost money at the casino, he wanted to pay for truck driving school.  (This was in Sacramento).

Shortly after the two litigants met, he lost the money at the casino, and asked plaintiff for money from truck driving school.

Counter claim by defendant is for his left behind phone being broken, and for harassment for repayment of the loan.

$1500 to plaintiff, defendant claim dismissed.

Mother Daughter Custody Fight! -Plaintiff/mother Alice Kipp suing defendant / daughter Camille Gregg for repayment of money for a custody fight, $4300, but actually sent $5900 to daughter, and daughter's partner returned $300 to plaintiff.       When daughter was involved in custody fight, she asked her mother for help.  Daughter now claims the money was all gifts.

Daughter lost the custody case.  After a custody hearing and trial, defendant lost custody to child's father.   She's suing for custody again.

Plaintiff was voluntarily taking care of her four grandchildren, by her other daughter, and that daughter is defendant's witness.   Defendant witness claims she always supported her children.     One of defendant witness's children moved back to the grandmother's place.    Plaintiff claims her other daughter never sent her a penny for her own children's care.

Defendant was going to repay mother from her tax refund, but spent the money on a day care business.

Defendant is counter suing for attorney fees.

Plaintiff receives $3,000 because that's all plaintiff can prove she paid the attorney.

Sellout Crowd Scam? -PlaintiffJason Correia suing defendant Jeffrey Dinis for concert tickets.  Plaintiff says defendant was going to pay him $500 for concert tickets.  Defendant says they are required to sell a certain amount of tickets, and then they can perform.   There is no agreement for the show, just sell 25 tickets, $500.  The second time not very many people showed up for the second show, and so defendant wasn't paid.

Plaintiff still claims he owes defendant nothing.   Plaintiff gets nothing.

5 p.m. episodes-

Fight Over Boy equals Baseball Bat Vandalism?! --Plaintiff  Tiara Hooker suing defendant sociopath Rose Mendez  over  woman terrifying the neighborhood by vandalizing her home, and neighboring houses.    There are multiple assailants, including the defendant and the rest of her group of psychos coming after dark to plaintiff's house, and breaking windows, and rampaging through the neighborhood.

Plaintiff's witness was not listed on police report, and never admitted seeing anything to the police.   Plaintiff's other witness is incarcerated.     There were no witnesses listed on the police report. but the neighbor's video shows defendant and her actions.      Plaintiff also has a protective order against defendant for three years, resulting from the vandalism rampage.

Plaintiff receives $905.

Married Military Teen Sues Cousin-Plaintiff/military teen wife Sarah Sanchez suing defendant/cousin Raquel Wood and boyfriend Alan Barrios over unpaid rent, moving in extra freeloading tenants, and lease breaking fee. Plaintiff is 17-year-old military wife who was financing the apartment for herself (paid first month and security), until her husband graduated boot camp, and was stationed permanently.

Cousin and boyfriend moved in to share the rent, in a two bedroom, then mother and sister moved in to the apartment.   When plaintiff husband came home on leave, there were six people living in that small apartment.     Plaintiff objected to multiple deadbeats moving into the apartment on her money, and moved out, and broke the lease.

$1,055 to plaintiff.

4 p.m. episodes-

Nosy Neighbor Defames Pastor?! -Plaintiff /pastor Jameel Bryant suing defendant/salon owner Renee McIntyre for harassment and defamation for preventing his church from having a summer camp for the neighborhood.

Salon owner claimed to the police that  the pastor is a drug dealer, just to keep his congregation from using the parking lot in the strip mall they both rent in.   Defendant/pastor and congregation wanted to run a summer day camp for kids to keep them busy in the summers, but plaintiff wanted the traffic, and the church gone.

There are six stores in the complex, two belong to plaintiff, then defendant's beauty shop, and a food distribution center for charity is in the other shops in front of the strip mall.   They all share a big common parking lot.   Plaintiff wanted to do a day camp for kids from 4 to 16, in the summer.

Defendant claims she lost business because of plaintiff's church's drug operation.    Defendant claims plaintiff's visitors occupied the parking lot spaces, so she wanted the church gone.

Defendant finally admits she told the police that plaintiff is a drug dealer, and his congregants are actually drug cusomers.

What a despicable person the defendant is.   She not only told the police but told the group that would have funded the summer camp.

Because of defendant's allegations, the summer camp funding was cancelled.

Defendant counter claim dismissed.

Plaintiff gets $5,000, and JJ calls defendant a 'bad lady' with her false allegations.

In the hall-terview, defendant says the usual statement of lying losers who are going to Hell "It is what it is".

Money Order Thief – Plaintiff Viola Price and boyfriend Troy Fisher suing defendant Michael Ellis for cashing a stolen money order defendant cashed, $500.  The plaintiffs lost the wallet belonging to Fisher, with the newly purchased money order in it.   Money order was to pay their rent.

Money order was reported to Walmart as stolen/lost, and was cashed the next morning after the wallet and money order were lost. Walmart couldn't stop payment, but did give proof of who cashed the money order, and a video from Walmart.   Defendant claims he wasn't in Walmart on that day.   Defendant claims no one told him about the accusation, but his two witnesses heard about it.

Plaintiff Price got a copy of the cashing documents, and it has defendant's signature, and the driver's license number traces back to defendant.    Defendant claims he's only had a state I.D.    Defendant also claims his wallet was stolen months ago, but he never reported it.

Video shows defendant cashing the money order at the customer service counter at Walmart.

$500 to plaintiffs.

Drug Addict Beats Boyfriend? -Plaintiff /ex-boyfriend Jason Sensoli is suing defendant/ ex-girlfriend Hannah O'Brien for assault, while she was on drugs, and he says girlfriend made false police report that he hit her, and tried to throw her from the car.    Sadly, defendant doesn't seem to be well, and I wonder if she'll make it through the case.

Plaintiff says defendant called him for help, and a ride, and plaintiff claims she started a drug binge, and assaulted him.    Then plaintiff says he was arrested from defendant claiming he assaulted her, and charges were later dropped.    Woman claims man pushed her out of car, she was dragged on a gravel road, and defendant has zero medical records, police report, or proof of anything.

$5k to plaintiff.

Uninsured Menace-Plaintiff with right of way Jessica Ortega is suing defendants Julissa Andrade (car owner) and Jessica Andrade (sister and driver) for running a stop sign, hitting plaintiff's car.  Defendant was. as usual. uninsured.   Defendant car is owned by one sister, driven by other sister, and insured by driver/ sister, but not at the time of the accident.

Plaintiff has proof the defendant's car was not insured, with the usual lame excuses.    Defendants tried to get plaintiff's insurance to pay for their damages.      Defendant shows JJ another month's insurance information, not the month of the accident.    How is car owned by one sister, but driven and insured by the other sister?   Plaintiff was insured at the time of the accident.

Plaintiff gets $2975.     Plaintiff says defendant was driving on a suspended license too.

5 p.m. episodes-

Dog Grooming Trauma Caught on Tape-Plaintiff/dog owner Wendy Kish suing defendant/dog grooming shop owner Jamie Buccheri for medical bills for her dog’s after an employee of defendant ruptured the dog's ear drum during a grooming, $2,000.    Not so bad, the show blurred the ear infection picture.  Woman given dog, vet says dog has too much hair in ear canal, but doesn't do anything about it, and idiot new owner doesn't ask.     (Dog doesn't seem to like something off camera, because she starts barking).

Idiot owner takes dog to grooming shop, and apparently groomer was taught by the Marquis de Sade.    Dog groomer supposedly pulled ear hair (has to be done to prevent infections, but with hair this bad should have been done at the Vet's under sedation, the way it was later) but that's not shown. Vet tellsl idiot owner that dog has ear infection, so she takes dog to another vet.     Dog has a big time ear infection, needs sedation to check on ear drum rupture, and needed the ear hair pulled.   Second vet says ear infection was caused by groomer using the hose nozzle directly in the dog's ear canal.

Groomer shown on tape using high pressure hose on dog's ears, under the flap, and could easily have injured the ear drum, and hurt the dog severely.   Defendant grooming shop owner keeps saying she was in the room during the groom, but she isn't shown on the video.

Grooming shop owner is an idiot, and claims nothing was wrong, and didn't bring groomer (I bet the groomer is gone or defendant didn't want the groomer to testify, and show how incompetent she is), and doesn't really seem to care either way.     Defendant claims dog had severe ear infection.

The dog owner gets the grooming price, and some for vet bills, but a lot was probably caused by the ear hair.   JJ is right, the first vet that commented on ear hair and did nothing else was incompetent, but the owner not asking about the hair was stupid too.

$450 to plaintiff for vet bills, plus the grooming cost. (Plaintiff is a bad pet owner).

Broken Love, Broken Lease-Plaintiff Tyler Potter wants unpaid rent from defendant/ ex-girlfriend Britney Johnson after she broke their lease.   Defendant moved out three months early, and paid nothing for those three months.     Defendant's half of rent was $644 a month.

The defendant claims there was no verbal or written agreement to pay the lease, so my guess is someone's been watching a lot of judge shows.  Unpaid internship for defendant paid nothing, but the plaintiff gets his back rent.    Defendant says she wasn't paying rent until she got a job, not during her unpaid internships.

$1932 (three months times $644 a month rent) to plaintiff for back rent.

Innocent Black Youth Threatened by Police?!-Plaintiff father Michael Huckabey suing defendants/parents Shantika Lynch and Melvin Wilson of son accused of breaking his daughter’s iphone.    Defendant kid (12 years old) accused of breaking iPhone of other student.

Defendant's parents say police bullied kid into confessing, and even if his kid did break the phone, the school policy is the girl with the phone shouldn't have had it in school anyway.   Plaintiff claims his daughter's phone was broken by defendant kid.

Defendant claims he found phone on floor in class, and tried to find the owner, claims Isaiah (some kid) said it was his phone, tried to grab the phone, and smashed the phone and threw it into the trash.     Defendant kid says no parents were there when he was questioned, but he said he broke the phone to school admin. and police (I'm guessing School Resource Officer).

JJ has kid testify, Stachtin Wilson.

Defendant father says he can't find Isaiah's last name.   (So his kid doesn't know the kid's name?).   I think it's crucial to find out if Isaiah exists, and if Isaiah is really a bully.     Defendant mother says in the police report that she will give the plaintiff $400 for the phone.

The school didn't contact the defendant parents, the police contacted the mother, and she agreed to the payment.   Mom has all kinds of excuses why she couldn't locate Isaiah, and so does the father.

Why didn't the kid hand the phone to the teacher?   Stachtin blames everything on some kid named Isaiah.

$400 to plaintiff.

(The last time this ran, I think we were evenly split over the kid didn't do it, and the ones (like me) who thought he was another Eddie Haskell (Leave it to Beaver).    If anyone doesn't know who Eddie Haskell is, he's a rotten teen who pretends to be super polite, but is actually behind everything that goes wrong.)

Botox Me Baby!-Plaintiff Diane Viera suing defendant Adrienne Barbour for a trampoline, loans for botox, and bills from a Care card (plaintiff co-signed).    Defendant woman who was short on funds (unemployed at the time) was desperate to get botox.       Plus, defendant wanted a trampoline, two years ago (JJ said stuff it).

Both women went to Vegas for defendant's kid's cheer competition, and defendant never paid her half of the bill.

Credit card collections statement is all the plaintiff has to prove bill, and no itemized bill.

I suspect a scam attempt by both women to get more botox money.

$400 for botox, $225 for hotel = $625 for plaintiff.

4 p.m. episodes-        Tomothy Kerigan

Troubled Teen,  Fighting Fathers! -Plaintiff / girl’s sort-of stepfather Dean Crutchfield suing defendant/girl’s father Timothy Kerigan for cost of two phones, and emotional distress.    This is the one with the not stepfather (married and divorced the girl's mother, have lived together for years) who keeps buying and giving phones to the truant daughter (how many days truant does a kid have to be to get expelled?)

The dad, who the daughter went to live with, broke the phone, and the girl claimed that dad smashed it.      The mother, and the live-in boyfriend keep saying the girl wasn't allowed a phone as if it's a constitutional right to have a fancy phone.      Plaintiff is suing defendant over the cost of two phones, which apparently hurts him to the core over not his stepdaughter's phone destruction.

I totally dislike the mother, who didn't even know her kid was truant, and flunking tons of classes, and her live-in boyfriend who thinks indulging kids, and ignoring misbehavior is his role.     The father says the mother at one time gave him permission to have the girl live with him. Then, the mother filed custody interference charges against him for an illegal move, and claimed she didn't know he was moving, and taking the daughter with him.     Tammy Kerigan, is ex-of both litigants, and shacking up with plaintiff for years, and witness for her whatever-he-is.

Every time the father expects school attendance, or rules followed, the girl runs back to Mom, and her boyfriend.    Not quite step anything plaintiff keeps says that though teen was flunking several courses, that she wasn't flunking out.

Not quite stepdad, after girl gets phone taken away, buys her another one.    Despite his lies, the Dad sent a text message to the step dad that the phone didn't work, and that he might want to take it off his cell plan.   I think the other sentence in the text message about 'and I'm filing with her on my taxes" screwed up the mother's plans for a tax break on a daughter who didn't live with her all year.

So why isn't the teen in court?    JJ says the plaintiffs marrying, divorcing and then shacking up for 10 years is some kind of scam.   JJ reads plaintiff's text message, from defendant saying phone is out of service, and needs to be taken off phone plan, and that defenant is claiming daughter on his taxes, since she lived with father that year.    Plaintiff also claims teen is 'deathly afraid of her father'.

Plaintiff gets $0, and deserve less.

Nice Guy or Nasty Drunk?! -Plaintiff Travis Burnett suing defendant Joshua James for injuries sustained during a bar fight, plaintiff lost.   Defendant says plaintiff started the fight, and defendant only defended himself from belligerent plaintiff.

Bar owner says plaintiff deserved what happened, since he's a nasty drunk.

Case dismissed.

Car Rental Racket-Plaintiff/ car renter Emanuel Smith, who rented car while his regular car was being worked on, is suing defendant /on-and-off girlfriend Emily Malloy  for stealing car keys, and wrecking rental car.   Plaintiff claims friend never drove a rental car in his name before, but his girlfriend /defendant told JJ the truth.

Defendant claims plaintiff rented the car for her to drive, and he had rented cars for her to drive before.  Defendant needed car when she came to town, to visit her children.    JJ says that defendant wasn't named on the insurance for the rental car, so plaintiff is on the hook for damages.

Case dismissed.

5 p.m. episodes-

Abysmal Wedding DJ?! -Plaintiff/bride Katherine Person, groom Vincent Person, and  Rachelle Carrasco (mother of bride) suing defendant/wedding DJ Robert Martinez for refund. Rachelle used 1200 points to hire DJ.   ITEX is a barting system, Rachelle sells cookies for 1 ITEX dollar each, and sold 1200 'dollars' worth of cookies, and it went into an ITEX account.     DJ fee was 1200 ITEX dollars.

Plaintiff claims DJ was awful, played the wrong songs, and so bride deserves her money back. Bride claims wrong song for processional (it was supposed to be two songs, and DJ only played one song, but it was the right song), 15 second pause after kiss at ceremony, microphone went out briefly twice during reception, song was wrong for the first dance, wrong song during father-daughter dance, song changed halfway through the garter toss.   DJ wouldn't deal with wedding coordinator.

Bride paid a $280 gratuity, and wants that back too, and defendant didn't refund the entire gratuity.     Gratuity isn't addressed in contract, and addendum says defendant will refund $160.   There was a trip charge for travel to the venue, but it wasn't in the contract.   So, $280 back to plaintiff.

Plaintiff case dismissed, DJ performed for hours, and fulfilled his obligations, bride gets $280 back.

I’m Not Paying for Your Child! -Plaintiff/current wife Maria Chagoya suing defendant/ex-girlfriend, and mother of her husband's children Jessica Reyes- Duarte  for garnishing of her wages to pay husband's child support to defendant.

Plaintiff discovered that her wages were being garnished to satisfy her husband's child support payments to his ex-girlfriend. Support is $316 a month, and defendant gets the money sometimes.   Somehow plaintiff's paycheck was garnished, which is not legal, and plaintiff wants her money back.

Plaintiff had a garnishment for $390 on her paycheck, and this continued for three years.   After the first garnishment order was finished, for a traffic ticket, the second garnishment grabbed the $390, for the ticket the second time, so plaintiff was charged twice for $390 that was meant for the traffic ticket, but both went for child support

So, plaintiff paid the ticket off twice.

$780 to plaintiff.

Short Marriage, Long Wedding Debt! -Plaintiffs (parents of defendant groom)  Douglas and Barbara Wilkinson suing defendant/ groom Dakota Wilkinson for $500, and the $1900 (actually $1800, bride paid $100) they paid to wipe out the bride's, Sara Baysinger, debts.    Marriage lasted for two months, they separated, and plaintiff's (defendant man's parents) want their money back on the wedding.

Plaintiffs paid $500 for rehearsal dinner.  Defendant man's parents paid for the wedding venue,  Defendant woman's parents paid for the rehearsal dinner, and defendant man's parents paid for the wedding.   Plaintiffs gave bride money to pay off a past due debt ($1900), and the couple were trying to buy a house, so the plaintiff parents paid for the wedding.

Plaintiffs are the defendant man's parents, and want their money back for the wedding venue, and want the $1900 for the bad debt by the bride.

I'm a bad person, I really want to know what happened to this marriage to live together so long, and then go kaboom after two months of marriage.

Plaintiffs get $1800, the remaining balance from the debt payout for the bride, because she made $100 payment.

Jeweler Shares Business Secret!- Plaintiff/ jeweler Edward Utay is suing defendant James McGinnis for watch repair.     The defendant's Cartier watch needed repairs, and he sends them out for repair.

The watch came back from repair and broke, and the defendant wanted it fixed, but not by the same repair person.   The defendant wrote a nasty comment on FB, and other reviews, and reversed the charges on the watch repair.

Nothing for the plaintiff, and it's exactly what he deserved.

4 p.m. episodes-

The Good Samaritan of Kitchens -Plaintiff/home owner Biserka "Margaret" Richter is suing defendant/former tenant Eric Look for stealing appliances out of the home she was leasing to him, and unpaid rent.   (This happened in Park City, Utah).

Defendant claims that he was actually helping his landlord, when he ripped out her kitchen appliances before leaving, and ripped out the entire kitchen, not just the appliances.   Plaintiff leased a studio apartment to defendant, and he ripped the kitchen out before he left.   He's had a lot of short term jobs.

Defendant claimed in his statement he took the kitchen out as a favor to plaintiff.   He ripped the kitchen out right before he gave notice, and moved out.  He only lived in the apartment for about three months.  He claims the kitchen was non-functioning, and unacceptable.   He claims plaintiff wanted the kitchen gone, and would replace it with a toaster oven.   Defendant's girlfriend is his witness.

Defendant took the entire kitchen out, and threw it in the dumpster.   Plaintiff tracked the kitchen remains to the recycle yard, and saw the trashed remains.

Defendant didn't pay the last month's rent, and minus $200 security deposit. $750 minus $200, so $550, plus the $1450 damages

$2000 to plaintiff.

Big Time Buyer’s Remorse -Plaintiff Khadijah Nuriddin suing defendant/her sister's ex-boyfriend Peree Hampton for money she gave him to get her a car.    Defendant did get the car, first car broke down, and was only operational for a couple of days, so defendant got plaintiff another car.

JJ points out to plaintiff that defendant gave her another car to use.    Plaintiff had to have a licensed driver with her when she drove, because she only has a learner's permit.    Plaintiff still has the second car.  Plaintiff's sister was driving the car, with plaintiff driving car to and from work.  Plaintiff claims in Pennsylvania you don't have to have a license, which is bull pucky.   Sister was supposed to register the car, but only licensed drivers can license a car.

Plaintiff received two cars, and will not get her money back.  Plaintiff told to fix car, and sell it.    Plaintiff told to give car back for a refund, and refuses, so JJ says to fix and sell car.   Defendant claims car is still running, and being driven, but plaintiff never registered it.

Plaintiff case dismissed, no refund.

No Job…No Car! --Plaintiff Danielle DiCaro suing defendant/ car dealer Howard Stone for her car back. Plaintiff stopped paying when she was fired, and after she became pregnant, and plaintiff returned car to dealer. She only made one payment.    Plaintiff was turned down by two banks to finance the car, and was fired from her job.

Car price was Blue Book, $7,000, but with finance charges would cost $10,114.

Plaintiff claims not being employed was not why her loan was denied, but it definitely was.

Defendants will keep car and sell it to get their money back.

$600 for plaintiffs, and defendants will resell car.

Roommate Retaliation Party-Plaintiff Sara Somers suing ex landlord/ defendant Amy Smith for unpaid rent, return of security deposit, and return of property.  This was a rented bedroom in a three bedroom house, with plaintiff in one bedroom, two tenants in the other bedroom, and defendant in the third bedroom.

Third day after move-in text was sent to defendant about living conditions, noise, and she wanted to move out.     Plaintiff complained about other roommates, and fighting, and nasty words, and being loud, including sexy noises apparently.

Defendant gives back everything, since she already had a tenant that wanted that room back.

5 p.m. episodes-

Random Vandalism or Hilary Clinton Attack? - -Plaintiff Dianne Arnett Becker suing defendant  Albert Harral for scratching her car , in an act of vandalism.   This happened in  Austin. The plaintiff's (Dianne Arnett Becker) Toyota Highlander was parked at the giant movie theater multiplex, and defendant scratched the daylights out of her car.   There was a 6' plus scratch on the driver's side, and a 2' scratch on the hood.    There was curb on the passenger side, and the aisle was on the driver's side.

The plaintiff witness thought the defendant had locked his keys in his car, and she heard the loud scratching noise.    The witness saw one of the scratches on the car, the man walked toward the theater, met a couple of people, and they walked back to the man's car, and got in.      Witness wrote down the license plate number, and the police found him.   (How nice of the woman to witness what she saw).   Plaintiff witness says she saw Albert Harral  at the car, and he was with two younger people.     Since witness is a teacher I don't think she would mistake defendant's girlfriend and son with younger people.

The bizarre fact is the defendant didn't stay for the movie, but went to another theater instead.

JJ has girlfriend of defendant wait outside.

Plaintiff claims she never saw the defendant before, had no encounters, or parking issues with him.

Plaintiff had a Hillary bumper sticker, and it is suspect that it  may have been the motive for the attack on the car.  Defendant claims he got the wrong theater, with a similar name, and the witness/girlfriend looked up the movie time and theater.

Defendant girlfriend testifies that she didn't look up anything about the movie.  She also says they've been at that specific multiplex half a dozen times.      Defendant went and parked the car, at the end of the parking lot.     The, then drove to the other theater, bought tickets, and the theater was full, so they didn't see the movie.   What a bunch of liars.

I love the witness, she didn't have to wait around to contact the owner of the vandalized car, she didn't have to spend her time making the police witness report, and she didn't have to get involved to help a stranger, but she did.

Plaintiff gets $2,622.22 and JJ thanks the plaintiff's witness.

Man Ejected from His Own Home!-Plaintiff Donna Miller suing defendant William Zarbok, for false arrest and an order of protection.   Plaintiff Donna Miller meets man who has a home, the plaintiff  gets restraining order against defendant William Zarbok , and he's ejected from his own home.  Plaintiff woman suing ex-boyfriend defendant (brief relationship), for false arrest on the order of protection.     She started moving into his home three months later.

In July, there was an altercation, and plaintiff filed for a restraining order.    There is no police report for July, and JJ wants to read the protective order application, and police report.    The woman did receive a restraining order, and the man was barred from living in, or going to his own house.    (I know that there is a huge problem with domestic violence, but it shouldn't be an excuse for taking the defendant out of his own house, and allowing the plaintiff to stay there).    When plaintiff moved in with defendant, her daughter moved into the plaintiff's owned townhouse.    She had places to go, but stayed in a house that wasn't hers.

A former employee claimed defendant threatened him, but it was dropped.    Plaintiff called the parenting consultant (custody mediator for children of defendant's previous marriage), and made all kinds of allegations.    Plaintiff claims she works in the medical field, and is a mandated reporter (Tell me she's not another caregiver to vulnerable people).

They both had no contact orders, but plaintiff kept contacting defendant (it's very common to pull this, to get the other person arrested, but it failed this time, and blew up in plaintiff's face).     Plaintiff got arrested for violation of the No Contact / Protective Order.

Plaintiff's case is dismissed.

Father Son Car Project Fail!-Plaintiff Edward Kirby II, and son Kristian Kirby suing defendant/ex-wife of Kirby II, and mother of Kristian, for unpaid car loan, and return or value of the car.   Father and son buy car to work on as a family project.   When the car was finished, ex-wife, Lisa Ann May mother of son needs the car, and claims she'll pay the son for it, but doesn't.  Defendant titled car in her name, and son's name, and she would be renting the car from the son, for $55 a week.

Defendant was supposed to pay $55 a week, (after her previous car was repossessed), she still has the car for 5 months, and son should have $1,000 plus, and claims she had to get used tires for the car, and other lame excuses.   Defendant is still driving the car with bad ball joints!    At least defendant has full insurance, but I wonder if she's really paying for it?          Defendant only paid $500 total for a car she had for five months.

Another Mother of the Year candidate?

Plaintiffs get the car back, and will resell the car.

4 p.m. episodes-

Out of Control Pet! -Plaintiff/bad dog owner Stacy Lankford is suing defendants/neighbors Greg Navarre and Amanda Sanchez for vet bills after her off-leash dog ran into their garage, and was attacked.  Defendant has a lab mix, and Staffordshire terrier.

This happened in a townhouse development, defendants’ big dogs were in their garage, when the door went up. Then, the plaintiff's small dog (off leash, and roaming as usual) was attacked when it came in the garage, all three dogs ran out on the lawn, defendant freed the plaintiff’s dog.   Defendant Greg says plaintiff's dog came from the opposite end of the street from plaintiff's house.

Defendant Amanda offered to pay half of the vet bills, and that wasn't enough for plaintiff.   Plaintiff wanted everything paid, and lost, so she will get nothing.  The defendants have several pictures since this happened of the plaintiff's dog wandering alone, on their property, and the son is with the dog off-leash too.

Plaintiff gets nothing.

Sideswiped in the Night-Plaintiffs Rachel Pope and husband  Prakash Ganesh  are suing defendant/ the owner of a damaged car Angela Hill over a hit-and-run accident on plaintiff’s parked car.    Plaintiffs claim defendant hit their parked car in late evening, they heard a loud bang, and a car screeching away. Plaintiff witness Ryan heard the bang, and looked out to see the damaged car.

Neighbors saw who hit the car, and police tracked it down.   It had damage consistent with the accident.   Plaintiffs and witness called the police, and there is a report.

Defendant claims no one drives that car, it's uninsured, and says it's never been in an accident. Defendant claims she was asleep, and no one else drives her car.

Defendant has no explanation for the passenger side damages on the car either, obviously from the hit-and-run on plaintiffs car.    Defendant's house was full of visiting relatives, and claims she was asleep when the hit and run happened.   However, defendant's car isn't insured, because she claims it's never driven.

Plaintiff's get $3,000 (local limit), but accident cost was $5,364.

Native American Reunion Fail! -Plaintiff David McCamy suing defendants (cousin-in-law) Debra Ponce-Ishee and her husband Michael Ishee over a genealogy search, that led to plaintiff and defendant going into a business together, so he wants $3,000.     Plaintiff discovered the defendant husband is a relative, after a genealogy search, and after they met, they discussed going into business together.

Plaintiff loaned $5k, and $2k was returned, so plaintiff wants $3k.   Defendant is suing for $5k for database, and server.   Plaintiff claims the defendants' company is a scam, and that they have a long history of scams by them.  There are several other court cases filed against them in Texas courts.

$3,000 to plaintiff.

Chihuahua Amputee-Plaintiff / Chi owner Jamee Roberts suing defendant /neighbor dog owner (Rottweiler/Mastiff) Heather Mortzfield, over an alleged biting accident under a fence resulting in the loss of the Chi's paw.  Plaintiff's daughter thought their Pit Bull attacked the dog.   Vet bills were $1480.

However, plaintiff also has a Pit Bull, so how does plaintiff know it was defendant's dog that did the injury to the Chi?   Plaintiff's teen daughter thought the Pit Bull attacked the Chi.   Unfortunately, defendant said her dog did the injury, because her paw spit the paw out at her feet.

There is a graphic police report, and a photo of the hole, showing the hole was on plaintiff's yard, and there is no way a Mastiff's head fit through.  My guess, the little dog dug under, stuck its paw under, and lost it to the big dog.

When plaintiff daughter/witness saw the little dog, she was not near the fence.  Pit Bull, and defendant's dog didn't have blood on them.

$1480 to plaintiff.   I feel sorry for the little dog’s loss of a paw, but there is no way the defendant’s dog fit under that fence.    I would have given plaintiff nothing.

5 p.m. episodes-

Children Witness Violent Tasering?!-(this is the one where the man who was tasered bit the finger off the plaintiff with the taser)-Plaintiff/friend Timothy and Linda Callihan (wife)  of defendant’s ex-girlfriend  (actually she's sister to Linda, and boinking Timothy) suing defendant/ ex- of plaintiff’s ‘friend’ Eugene Smith for false arrest.  Defendant's witness and girlfriend, Lydia, is sister of plaintiff, and defense witness also has had an affair with plaintiff husband.

Defendant was tasered by plaintiff man, who was having an affair with the defendant's girlfriend witness, and plaintiff woman (wife of plaintiff) is sister of defendant's girlfriend/witness.       Defendant and girlfriend have highs and lows in the relationship, during a low point the defendant and girlfriend had a spat at the dentist office parking lot, he asked her to leave, girlfriend went to the plaintiff's house (close by).

When defendant gets home, the plaintiff confronted defendant, (they were picking up def. girlfriend's stuff from the house) the defendant was tasered by the plaintiff twice, the men are wrestling, plaintiff puts his finger in the defendant's mouth, and def. gets tasered, and plaintiff man lost half of his finger.

The plaintiff's two young kids were in the back seat, and saw all of this kerfuffle.    The defendant took the taser away, and turned the taser into Anaheim police.     Plaintiff's wife works at Disneyland too.     Plaintiff and wife say they never had a taser, and don't know where the defendant got a taser to turn in.

The police report is submitted, and defendant wrestled the taser away from plaintiff, and turned it into the police, and there is a voucher number from police for taser.    Plaintiff is going to lose, and I hope Disney reps. were watching this episode, this man shouldn't be around guests at Disney.

Second incident-Plaintiff claims he was picking up cans, stopped at the gas station the defendant works at, and claims he accidentally was there, in a city the size of Anaheim.   I don't believe this for a second.    Defendant witness/girlfriend was boinking plaintiff's husband at the time too.

Plaintiff's case dismissed, because it wasn't false arrest.

Baloney Story From a Squatter?!-(A man sues for damages while he lived rent-free)-Plaintiff/squatter John Sjogren suing defendant/landlady Marina Silver for locking him out of his friend's property, and disposing of his property.

Defendant owns the house, and plaintiff moved in to take care of his friend who was renting the defendant's house.       Plaintiff claims when renter moved out, that he had the right to stay in the house, and he never paid rent.

Plaintiff moved in, never paid rent, never was on the lease, and his girlfriend moved in too.    Landlady/defendant thinks tenant moved out after February, and paid back rent through April after housing court, adding up to $11k, and Larry (the legal renter) paid it.    Rent is $4k a month.

The squatter plaintiff never paid rent, and is shocked he's called a squatter.   Plaintiff's girlfriend who 'travels a lot' stayed there sometimes.    She looks shady too, and she actually she looks like she's going to fall out of the chair any second.

When plaintiff was supposedly 'taking care' of his friend, the legal tenant, friend was actually making a movie in St. Louis.

When the landlady defendant got the eviction on the renter, and changed the locks, the squatter is whining about his stuff being disposed of.    He's also blaming the evicted tenant's health issues on black mold in the apartment, so squatter and girlfriend don't seem to worry about mold exposure.

Landlady said she never saw the plaintiff until court, and that apartment/house she owns was empty and vandalized when she saw it after the eviction.  (Too bad she didn't have the taser from the previous case, he would have danced out the door).  (Plaintiff John Sjogren's film projects are interesting).

Plaintiff gets nothing, and deserves less.

Unbelievable Toll Bill!- (This is the one where the defendant isn't paying the plaintiff, and works for New York City so she can garnish his salary for the tolls and unpaid child support)-Plaintiff Tamar Kisic  suing defendant/ex-husband Robert Kisic for unpaid toll fees, $4601, unpaid fines, and child care fees.  Litigants are divorced and after the divorce the defendant ex-husband didn't pay hefty toll fees ($4,601).    Defendant claims his debit cards were stolen, so he had to borrow money from his adult daughter to pay his bills.

Tolls were on a car that is registered to the plaintiff, and so she is liable for them, and she will have to go back to family court to get a divorce decree correction, and then attach his assets, for that and the child support.  Anything owed before the divorce date, is supposed to be in the division of marital debt.

JJ will give the woman the tolls and late fees after the divorce date.    Car registration, and insurance is in the name of the plaintiff, so man won't have to get a Connecticut license.    JJ also reminds the man that non-payment of child support results in garnishment, and driver's license suspension.

My guess is the ex-Mrs. Deadbeat thinks that one of these days he'll come to his senses, and start paying the bills.

$1325 for tolls, and recommended ex-wife goes back to court as often as necessary.  (I wonder where all of his money was going?   And where the tolls were to and from?   Maybe Atlantic City?  Or some of the big casinos, Mohican Sun  isn't too far away, and there are many more).

Holiday Betrayal!-(I remember this one.   Defendant keeps making statements about the plaintiff's late husband).      Plaintiff Sara Seaman suing defendant Jennifer Thibodeaux for making unauthorized charges on plaintiff's credit card.    The litigants worked at the same place at the time.    Defendant wanted to send Western Union funds to her adult son for Christmas gifts for the grand kids, but it was bad weather, so instead of going to cash her $1900 check, she used the plaintiff's credit card.     Defendant claims she paid the Western Union $250 back.

Then in January, defendant used the card again for $710 for makeup, clothes, etc. for Christmas, except charges were made in January.   Defendant used the credit card for Lyft, also.    After the January charges arrived, the plaintiff cancelled the credit card.

Defendant claims she helped clean the plaintiff's house for her, and starts the slander against the deceased husband.      Defendant claims the late husband made the charges, and it took months for them to show up after he died (Bull pucky).

The husband didn't die until February, which is long after defendant made credit card charges, and plaintiff said defendant was never in her house after the husband died.

$710 for the plaintiff, for the credit card charges.   Plaintiff didn't file for the $250 Western Union bill.   Defendant is a jerk.
