It's nice that Sabrina is getting her daughter back.  Sabrina's dyejob is terrible and she should recolor  her hair.   She'd look so much better.  Surprised Kate didn't suggest that when they were at the salon.

This show is a joke.  Jeremiah is an ass.  He seems to always be looking for something to argue about. I can understand his missing his kids.  So why can't he move closer to them?

But, Mary takes the cake, which she wants to have and eat too.  There is no Amish church that will accept her since she's been banished.  I don't live in Lancaster but close enough to know something about their ways.  I'm not familiar with the New Order though, they may accept her.  I doubt that Chester will leave his church in Punxy.  I can't understand why at this stage of her life she wants to do what the "English" do but still expect to be Amish.  It's almost like she's a young teen Amish person going through rumspringa.  Maybe she never had one.

Sabrina seems to have turned her life around enough to get her daughter back…for now.  I don't expect it to last.  And I think she always thought she & Jeremiah would end up together and does not seem too happy about Jeremiah's impending nuptials.  "I'm worried you're rushing into this" (paraphrased).  No, Sabrina, you wanted him to want you, even though he's been dating with someone for almost all the time she's known him.

I liked Rebecca putting her foot down & telling Abe that he needs to take care of his teeth sooner rather than later (for himself and their family).  And I thought they were adorable playing with their daughters.

 

Mary wants to claim she's Amish while reaping the benefits (cell phone, bar-hopping, this tv show) of acting English.

Kate in L.A. is just as boring as Kate in New York; I'm glad she's pursuing her dreams, but it's time for her to exit the show permanently.   And Jeremiah needs to STFU about her.

The Amish are big users of gmo products and other chemicals.  So when Mary said she didn't use toothpaste because of all the chemicals I was surprised and related to her cause. Then she turns right around and says she uses soap. Regular old antibacterial soap. I think one thing the Amish can do is embrace basic education.

Jeremiah obviously thinks it's his duty to be the official pot stirrer, but seriously, he should focus on moving to Ohio to be with his kids rather give Kate a hard time about her life choices.  He's just an ass sometimes.

I read somewhere that Jeremiah was kicked out by his first wife, and there were a couple of domestic violence reports. Did he too have a history of excessive drinking? I think he definitely has an anger problem, which I'm sure didn't help things in his first marriage. He seems to have adopted the Smuckers since his own family must have shunned him. In a way I feel a bit sorry for him. He seems to have jumped into this marriage now fairly quickly, and I thought I read he was living with her in Washington state along with her 4 kids. But he's been working on Ohio and Pennsylvania this whole summer with the Amish donuts at various fairs, I guess he needed to make some money when he wasn't filming the tv show.

Very glad to see Sabrina get her daughter back. Staying sober from a heroin addiction must be difficult so I really hope she manages to stay clean. Maybe she'll get along better with Rebecca now, who was very happy for her as well.

I agree that Kate is done with this show. She probably just agreed to do it as a stepping stone to what she really wanted, a career in fashion. She doesn't need it anymore to help her career.  I also feel that the producers probably wanted a storyline about Andrew and Chapel but weren't able to do it because of her arrest and his being still in the halfway house. It might have been a very different season if these two were around for filming. It's interesting how I read on Jeremiah's twitter page awhile back that he stated he wanted nothing to do with Chapel because she lied about her cancer coming back.

Andrew and Chapel not ending up in a storyline on my TV was one of the only saving graces this season. We never should have seen them in anything but a cameo or two as part of Abe's extended family. 

If I wanted to watch miserable, law-breaking dirt bags in action, I'd turn off the TV and go visit my own family. That's not entertainment, no matter how TLC tries to package it.

Well said RealityCowgirl. There was no reason to bring Chapel on. Not only did she lie about the cancer and was trying to cover up her drug addiction but she took money from many strangers that felt sorry for her pathetic ass when claiming she was going to use money from a gofundme for some sort of treatment in Mexico. She was supposedly going to pay these people back but can't imagine she would have no matter if she had landed in jail or not. 

CarolMK, Jeremiah is a scumbag as much as Chapel is IMO. He has had many arrests over his time. Domestic violence with his ex wife (mother of his kids). She spoke out about things and the show tried to get her not to. He owed her a good chunk of child support that the show paid. She also said his family never shunned him. That his parents gave him brand new cars and whatever else over time as well. My understanding is that not all Amish communities shun if you leave. Anyway, its not like he doesn't have his own family though. Yet for someone that claims to miss his kids so much he doesn't seem to try to hard to live near them does he? He moved on fast with this girl and her 4 kids. Yet I can imagine since they met through social media and she may have thought he made some money from the show and really its probably not near what she expected though or she is a nutty fan that become obsessed with the idea of what she may have thought of him from the show...who really knows in that whole relationship. I just think anyone that has seen the info on him would be smart enough to not bother with him. He tried to also cheat on this new wife of his pretty quickly too btw. IMO the fact that he has had domestic violence issues is a big red flag for not getting involved there..more so with other kids being brought into it. If you search you can find tons of articles on it all though.

I am a long time reader, first time poster on several boards here.

First of all, Jeremiah is a Jerk ,but what he said to Kate is true. Kate is kinda snobby now, but remains super shy and gets flustered easily, very pretty, but too skinny!  I agree she needs to be eliminated from any future episodes. I do not mind Rebecca, not sure why she is disliked? She had a rough childhood and is mature for her young age. I am not sure how she could be away from her two young daughters though while she was in New York this season.  The scene with Gabe and his daughter by the tree was sweet.

 I cannot help but like Mary but she does want her cake and eat it too! I think she will fit in well in Lancaster with the new order amish. No Evangelicals! The two extra daughters are Strange To say the least!

Oh something I forgot to add earlier and reading what My2sense said about Kate made me remember. I had read that before this show at some point she had sent pictures to modeling agencies before. So at least we can say this with the show, that she got what she wanted out of the show in the end and no matter what Jeremiah is a piece of scum. LOL

For Mary I hope for her that Chester joins her in Lancaster and as far as Sabrina goes she did deserve to get her daughter back as she worked very hard for a long time to do so. I hope she stays on the bandwagon as she does not look to be out of the woods yet. Very fragile state.I will pray for her

Just watched now.. OMG Jeremiah needs to get off his high horse and quit stirring the damn pot all the time. I think when Kate said he isn't used to having a job or one that requires attention was right on! I don't think he gets true obligations to a job. He just bounces from one thing to another and another which has explained why he couldn't pay child support. I am betting this show is the only reason he has.  Really you don't get what Abe is going through. He wants to be home with his wife and kids. If Jeremiah really wanted to be with his kids he could be. Yet he decided to move further away with some woman and her 4 kids. How does he think his kids will feel when they are older and know this info? I am sure he is a fine dad to those kids when he is around them but it doesn't seem he tries hard enough to be. I feel bad for those kids. At least with Abe's kids, they know Daddy is coming up and probably about when. 

Mary and her "shopping" for churches. Esther is so far from being Amish too. The car accident she was driving after having just gotten her license. I doubt it was behind Mary's back too. She obviously has been learning to drive for a while I am sure before this happened. Which btw, the timelines for this is is all over the place. We were just in Jan supposedly and the accident happened Feb 20th (had to look it up) or about that time. But the whole fate is telling you to stay Amish bs...Really Mary, you are the most fake Amish person on the show at this point. Her thinking a horse and buggy would be safer. LMAO As if they don't have accidents too. Does Mary even know what a "true Amish person" is at this point? Her saying that and how she is Amish is laughable. I don't care for Esther but what she said is coming off true. 

Sabrina breaking up the Rebecca thing again!! Girl get the frickin hell over yourself. She is playing up the victim but she should take responsibility for herself. Claiming to not have energy for petty drama but she does tell this therapist she starts it all and has a tantrum because she isn't getting the drama back that she wants? I get the feeling she isn't telling her therapist everything that is the truth or what she wants to make her look like she is innocent in things and is a victim treated like shit by Rebecca. She is being shunned now she claims and the therapist is just falling hook, line and sinker for her BS. Why not tell her the damn truth on the fact being an addict doesn't mean you get to have these people do what you want after rehab (I'm taking more than once since its been said she fell off the wagon at least once that was mentioned) and that she has to earn their trust and respect back. She doesn't just get it right off the bat. Its not how life works. More so after you break that trust/respect. UGH that whole thing part with the therapist was such a joke. If she wanted to focus so much on her daughter she should have stayed off the damn show and stop with the damn drama she was making. BTW, she got her daughter back in May according to what is online so was her court date in March that she found out? Since she said 2 months...which is another jump in time on the same episode. So I am taking it that they film this off and on over many months because of the timelines here. The wedding Jeremiah had was April 16th in Vancouver .

This teeth thing with Abe...there are ways to afford it and get it done over time so its taken care of. My friend's husband works for the post office and they have dental insurance but because of what they still had to pay out of pocket she said they got some other kind of dental insurance on top of it to help pay for work they all had to have done. There are so many options in paying for it and getting the work done nowadays though. Plus most will work on letting you do a payment plan. 

I noticed Sabrina's hair looked washed and decent (aside from the color) when Jeremiah was saying he was getting married. OMG her face about that news and then what Abe said in his TH. LMAO Obviously he knows how that guy works well considering it didn't take long for him to try to cheat after getting married. Sabrina needs to get over herself though. She would love to have him lust for her and only her if she had her way while not being with anyone else and she could do whatever she wanted though. She has very unhealthy tendencies IMO. I can so see her trying to cause a problem with the bride and Jeremiah since she is all about the drama in her life. Which btw, the preview looks like she is outing she is pregnant. Which is one of those making bad choices and not showing she is stable moments on top of the Jeremiah obsession. Even her face as the girl is trying dresses on was bitter bitch face and then her mouth starts running. If the girl brings up him being a player she heard...Well its not hard to find that out with the internet or anything else with his history...more so his criminal one. Wow on his temper...girl that should be a clue to not marry that idiot as well but I am guessing she wanted her piece of fame any way she could get it since it seems they connected with SM and got married fast after meeting. I am betting this will not last long unless the show gets another season and she wants to make sure to get a payday from it past the next episode. SMH
