I think this is the right place, she's definitely a favorite of mine and I am sad she is gone.

I have read a few novels from her son Christopher Rice and I have liked his work so far. It would be interesting to see him pick up the mantle of the Vampire Chronicles and maybe have it cross over with his Burning Girl series.
