*Resisting urge to read spoilers* Wanna go into this knowing as little as I can manage (she says while she watches the trailers eleventy times trying to look at every frame).

 

That bit with Claire saying to Matt "this isn't your city anymore" - unless the line before that is edited out of order, he didn't say "my city" that time, Claire, he said "this city". Oh man, I see playing the "drink every time someone says city" drinking game is going to get me drunk just from the trailers.

 

I wonder if Claire is going to introduce Matt to some super friends. I mean, with what appears to be so many people trying to kill him, he could use a little help from some super friends. It would almost make no sense for her not to introduce him to Jessica Jones and Luke Cage if she's worried about him. Though it might be too much to cram into what's already shaping up to be a packed season. Maybe those intros will be saved for the Defenders series.

 

Either way, I'm so anticipaty right now I could burst! (What? "Anticipaty" could be a word!)

Well that was a pleasant surprise. The last trailer, with its focus on Frank Castle, more or less fulfilled expectations. I didn't know what story would come with Elektra. The Yakuza, Ninjas and the Hand were all incredibly intriguing to me last season, I'm glad we're gonna revisit that well.

Didn't watch the first season but I'm looking forward to this. I have been waiting for years for Elodie Yung to have a role in an American production that was worth watching. Just me? Okay then...

This trailer looked awesome. The first on was good but this was great. Elektra looked way more interesting than The Punisher. Plus as a kid from the 80's I'm extra excited since current pop culture is severely lacking in ninjas.

I don't even need to see the upcoming season to say that this 2.5 min video single handedly redeemed Elodie Yung's career after she did Gods of Egypt.
