I was excited when I saw this on the listing of shows, but sadly this has nothing to do with the original series at all  :-(

Some casting news on the show from Deadline.com. Looks like this is going to be a summer series, ala Under The Dome?

 

Justin Chatwin and Megan Ketch have been cast as two of the leads in American Gothic, CBS’ upcoming murder mystery summer drama series from Steven Spielberg’s Amblin Television and CBS Television Studios.
