That balance board seemed legit, actually. Probably the most legit fitness product they've had on this show.

 

I would love to use it to do planks or push ups off of. Not sure how many more exercises I would want to integrate into my current routine with it, so it doesn't warrant the cost for me. But I think it could be really awesome for the right application with the right person.

You guys have convinced me to try Simple Sugars. I went to their website and they're claiming you can go NOLO (No Lotion) if you use Simple Sugars. For the regular users, is this true? Is the scrub enough moisturizer on your skin. I have dry skin and so I'm very dependent on lotion.

It was a commercial for his show. So online services wouldn't show it.
