Sun-Bun November 9, 2015 Share November 9, 2015 And she really is quite impressed with herself and how delightfully "quirky" she is, not to mention what an awesome hostess she strongly believes she surely is to all her rude houseguests who obviously don't appreciate how incredibly fortunate they are to be invited to spend a night or two in her royally awesome presence, so there's that. What? You don't have a full-time staff and live in a castle too?? But she thought that was how every child grew up! And chefs from all over town drop everything just to prepare her favorite dishes!! Isn't that hilarious?? Gosh, she's so quirky!!!((insert completely natural quirky Caroline laugh)) 5 Link to comment
LemonSoda November 24, 2015 Share November 24, 2015 I loved her old show when she switched lives with "regular people". She bugs but I'd actually buy her cookbooks if released in English. 1 Link to comment
nyxy November 25, 2015 Share November 25, 2015 (edited) I like her and enjoy watching her, but it's hard not to laugh at her sometimes. As in the finale, when she's trying to mediate between Julie and Anabelle, and Julie finally gets fed up and tells Caroline F to let her talk. The look on CF's face was priceless. And I like her house and some of her crazy hostessing ways. I'm also probably one of the few people in the world who thought her broccoli/greens topped with lentil goo looked good. Her veggie recipes might be interesting. Edited November 25, 2015 by nyxy Link to comment
LemonSoda December 1, 2015 Share December 1, 2015 Her recipes, food photos she posts online do seem interesting and tasty. She should release her books in English. Julie Montagu's recipes are good too. Link to comment
tenativelyyours December 4, 2015 Share December 4, 2015 Not that it matters much now, but shouldn't the word in quotes be royalty? I know Stansbury also said she was but nothings changed in Denmark where the baronies are the lowest of nobility and not much in terms of the larger subset that did and kind of still does cross borders (Furstenbergs, de Lignes, Esterhazys and the Dukes of Hamilton even after WWII). Then again I'm pretty sure I have heard Jule Montagu repeat the fact her husband is in the mid hundreds in terms of being in line for the British throne and I am dying to hear how that is possble since the man doesn't have a royal ancestor according to their own genealogy for over twelve generations. Considering Queen Elizabeth has 17 heirs of the body herself, there have to be hundreds who are descended from Victoria who can still change their nationality or religion and fit the current requirements to take the throne should it somehow come their way. Crankybroad February 12, 2017 Share February 12, 2017 I just watched Secrets of Henry VIII's Wives and all I could think the whole time was how much Lucy Worsley looks like Caroline Fleming; it's her expressions, her little looks, and her eyebrows. I always stare at Fleming's eyebrows, they are kind of odd looking I think. 1 Link to comment

AndySmith February 20, 2017 Share February 20, 2017 Probably one of my favorites of the all Ladies. Not sure I could be friends with her in real life, but she is fun to watch. Much more so than many of the others. Link to comment
