ElectricBoogaloo April 26, 2019 Author Share April 26, 2019 Gabrielle Ruiz guest starred on this week's episode of Better Things (S3.E9: The Unknown). It was a pretty small role but she did a reading of a play with the show's main character and Broadway stars Norm Lewis, Jon Jon Briones, and Holland Taylor (followed by everyone singing at a bar). 1 Link to comment

kathe5133 April 30, 2019 Share April 30, 2019 Santino Fontana was also featured in Fosse/Verdon. I watched the episode he was in, then found out he was in it, but didn't think I saw him. So I went back and was truly shocked by the character he played. When I knew it was him, I could see it was him, but he just disappeared into the character. Link to comment
ElectricBoogaloo May 1, 2019 Author Share May 1, 2019 Sarah Silverman's 2010 memoir The Bedwetter is being turned into a Broadway musical - Adam Schlesinger (who cowrote one of my all time favorite Crazy Ex-Girlfriend songs We Tapped That Ass) is writing the music. Link to comment

Not sure if it will be a musical performance or an interview. 1 Link to comment
Rinaldo May 8, 2019 Share May 8, 2019 (edited) This is a casting link that really tickles me: This weekend, NY City Center Encores! (dedicated to presenting short runs of classic long-unseen musicals; I'm a long-time subscriber) is doing High Button Shoes. The actor I want to point out is Chester Gregory, who plays the 1913 New Jersey husband ("Papa") in the segment starting at 0:45. And when was he on Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, you ask? He provided the voice explaining that "Real-Life Fighting Is Awkward." It pays to be versatile in the world of acting and singing! Edited May 8, 2019 by Rinaldo 2 Link to comment

Irlandesa June 3, 2019 Share June 3, 2019 Santino Fontana did a The Hollywood Reporter podcast. The first part is about his whole career, including Crazy Ex and the second half is about Tootsie which is why I'm putting it here. https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/race/awards-chatter-podcast-santino-fontana-tootsie-1215075 It's a good interview but there's really not much new about what happened with Crazy Ex. 1 Link to comment
