Stinamaia September 28, 2015 Share September 28, 2015 Vanessa figured it out pretty fast and did the same thing. I think the only time either one of them answered B was when they felt confident that was the answer. I noticed it as they were playing. Vanessa answered B on the John question which was near the end. I don't see how she could have been 100% on that answer. I'd have to look again to chronicle Vanessa's answers. Since Steve never answered B, either he never felt confident that B was the answer or he had a strategy to play A only. I loved the way Steve laid out his strategy in he pre-game interview that I didn't watch until after the game was over. It was exactly what he described in his post game interview with Jeff. I also liked his advice on how to play big brother, I.e. Individualistic. I could t find Vanessa's post game interview with Jeff. Did she not make one or am I just not good at finding? In my continuing intrigue with Vanessa's poker career, I stumbled across a poker message board. Apparently, it is nearly all male, and is filled with language which would cause a tempest here -- misogynistic and homophobic with a dollop of racism. I won't give the link here because of that because I don't want to be associated with it although I don't get mad reading it. I am just amused how men talk when they feel insulated as a dominant group. I have to remember this is SOME men and not all men. Anyway go look for it if you are interested in the discussion veering from. Vanessa's coming out announcement to her poker play to another poker player's breasts to Vanessa on big brother. There is also a thread on big brother alone that was less interesting. Men are so gossipy! :D j/k Link to comment
tinderbox September 29, 2015 Share September 29, 2015 Anybody else find it interesting that Liz went back to FL instead of staying in CA, with Austin, for another week as they planned? Her choice leads me to believe her parents/friends strongly influenced her decision based on what they think about Austin and how he treated her during the season. Have any of you read anything about Liztin or seen a picture of them together since the finale? Link to comment
ProfCrash September 29, 2015 Share September 29, 2015 There are twitter pics from the finale night with Austin lurking in the back ground and a few of them standing next to each other but not much. Austin has not been all that active on twitter Link to comment

Per twitter, I think Liz is going back to LA next week, with plans to stop by Vegas, so I think Austin and Liz are still together for now. I can't blame her for going home to decompress for a bit. She said she still hasn't watched the show yet either. Link to comment
AndreaK1041 September 29, 2015 Share September 29, 2015 I know Liz cut off his ponytail beard at the Finale party. There was a video on Jokers. Not like maliciously, he let her, but yeah. Link to comment
Brian Cronin September 30, 2015 Share September 30, 2015 Looking back, I think one of Vanessa's biggest mistakes was choosing a side at F5 and then instantly going back on that side. Had she "rode and died" with Austin and Liz or Steve and JMac, there would have been a greater chance that SOMEone would have taken her to the F2. She was likely screwed either way, but by picking Austin and Liz and then voting Austin out - that made it clear that NEITHER side could trust her. She probably would have been cut at F2 no matter what, but her odds had to be a little bit better had she not made it clear to Steve that she was initially siding with Austin and Liz against his "side" of the house 1 Link to comment
