I'm a little unsure about the topic, so I'm going to say one but please correct me if it's not what you intended...

C is for Central perk

Sorry for the confusion. With location I mean any place a scene takes place: a particular room, building, location on a map, a closet, a beach... 

Central Perk is perfect. but for example it could have also been the inside of Phoebe's Cab for the road trip scenes, while B could have also been the Beach where Monica gets jelly fish stung or the Beach-house.

 

D is for dressing room, where Phoebe learns her secret husband is not gay but... *gasp*... straight.
