One4Sorrow2TooBad May 31 Share May 31 One more episode to go for this season 3 . This episode was pretty good and ended up having a special meaning. I hope the series will get renewed for another season,or more! 1 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/153790-s03e09-grave-matters/#findComment-8675198
statsgirl June 3 Share June 3 It was a good use of Rita, a character that I've never had much time for. The treasure hunt was fun too, with a good use of Lomax's background in the graveyard. I could easily do without Megan ever again. 1 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/153790-s03e09-grave-matters/#findComment-8677519
One4Sorrow2TooBad June 3 Share June 3 Agree, Rita always came across as a real work of art, lol. Maybe she really does have a heart. 1 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/153790-s03e09-grave-matters/#findComment-8677530

Does it strike anybody else that the overall story arc seems to be leaning towards an eventual Luke/Susan romance? Because (to me at least) the Luke/Megan relationship never really looked to have much in the way of staying power; it always seemed like little more than a placeholder in the plot line to demonstrate that surprise surprise, Luke was capable and whole enough to maintain a stable relationship. (Assuming he could find one, that is….) 15 hours ago, One4Sorrow2TooBad said: Agree, Rita always came across as a real work of art, lol. Maybe she really does have a heart. IMHO with the twist at the end, this was the first episode where Rita stepped out from behind the shadows of being a cut-a-bitch realtor caricature to take her first steps towards being a Real Character. 3 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/153790-s03e09-grave-matters/#findComment-8677903

Totally. Which is why the Luke/Megan relationship three years in seems like such a waste of my time. seacliffsal June 6 Share June 6 My biggest nikpik with this episode was that all three of them walked into the tomb and then, surprise! surprise! the door slammed shut. They already knew they were dealing with booby traps, so why that blunder? I agree with others that Rita's character was more developed. I appreciated that she just went with it when the ghost revealed himself. Oh, and so very creepy that Tyler just pushed himself into Luke's mom's house. 3 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/153790-s03e09-grave-matters/#findComment-8679662
One4Sorrow2TooBad June 7 Share June 7 I agree ,that was some weak writing that the 3 of them didn't think the door would close on them. Lol, but then again ,it allowed Luke to come save the day. 1 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/153790-s03e09-grave-matters/#findComment-8680226

She wasn't at all taken aback when the ghost appeared and she's made remarks lots of times about their specialty, so she knows what goes on there. Rita’s agency is apparently one of the biggest in the region, and she has frequently sneered at Luke and his “boutique clientele”; she is not above looping Luke into dealing with her more -ah- problematic listings, though, for a cut of her commission. 1 1 1 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/153790-s03e09-grave-matters/#findComment-8680672
