I'm actually enjoying Sasha and Ingrid's friendship and I hope Sasha helps Ingrid get out from under Moriarty's blackmail--if that's what he's planning to do.

I hope the show gets rid of the twins--it's eleven episodes in and I can't differentiate between them and I just think they're both obnoxious.  I couldn't care less about the girlfriend or her lipstick and I think she and the brother (I actually can't remember which twin she was originally with and who she's with now, that's how little I care) are both horrible people and I hope all three get killed off.

Article on familial chylomicronemia syndrome (FCS)  FCS "is a rare genetic disorder estimated to affect 1-2 individuals per million. It is a serious disease that prevents the body from breaking down fats consumed through the diet, or triglycerides."  So: (1) There are probably roughly 500 people in the US with FCS, so why did Watson need that specific patient? (2) How might studying an FCS patient lead to the medical breakthroughs that Watson predicted?

Rewatched some of House recently, and Sasha’s care for Ingrid reminds me a bit of how much hard Cameron tried to befriend Foreman in s2. Lots of somewhat unearned effort from both women. I don’t think she can actually help with whatever Moriarty has planned for Ingrid, but I still really like their blossoming dynamic—the ‘filter’ thing in this episode was fun—and want to see Ingrid reciprocate the same energy or at least be more friendly with Sasha.

And I’m still not a fan of the overall Moriarty plot but I do like that there’s finally some action. It’s looking to me like Adam is going to get sick from whatever was done to his girlfriend’s lipstick and maybe die? I’m not invested in either brother but I like him more than boring Glasses-twin, who’s the one I’d write out.

Didn’t really care for the case, or that Mary and Watson seem to be reconnecting. A handful of fleeting chemistry-less conversations about their past does not relationship development make. But also, none of the potential pairings have any sparks to me.

Can someone explain what the chick did to the lipstick and the significance?

I missed it and didn't care enough to go back and watch.

The "chick" (Pharma Rep) was tasked by Moriarty to collect DNA samples of all the Watson doctors after Shinwell sent fake versions of their DNA. The Pharma Rep then took, then later returned the lipstick (entire makeup bag) of one of those doctor's girlfriend, presumably to modify it to be the vector in which to administer a DNA-targeted drug vis-a-vis a kiss.
