HOLY SHIT!!!!!!!!

I didn’t think I could hate Maeve or Eddie more-I was wrong.

I loved!loved!LOVED! Harry’s “Seriously? Nail Scissors?” to Eddie, and watching him SHIT his pants. He seriously needs to be BITCHSLAPPED into next year.

I want Eddie to die, followed by Maeve, or at the same time-I dinna care! I also 🤣🤣🤣 when Kevin slipped her a Mickie. Or is it Mickey? Who cares?

I’m thinking more and more, the marriage ‘atween Conrad and Maeve is because he knocked her ass up.

I don’t care what happens to anyone EXCEPT Conrad, Harry, Kevin, AND the doggies -they can be the survivors of this war.

Anyone know if this is just a one-off miniseries or will it be a continuing series?

My blood pressure CANNOT handle the anxiety!

Maeve is the power behind Conrad. I don't think their marriage is because she got knocked up, I am starting to think that Maeve and Conrad are the same coin with two different sides. That is why they work together so well. Remember she is the one that told him about Archie and him needed to be finished so to speak. So he relies on her in that aspect. She is a sociopath and she sees that in Eddie and is grooming him to take over the business at some point. 

Eddie has been spoiled by Maeve and is the way he is because of it. Again she see's the same qualities in Eddie that she has in herself. Sociopaths are like that. I was so hoping that Harry would have shoved those nail scissors straight up Eddie's nose but since they were at Richie's house that wasn't going to cut it (no pun intended). Richie however told Conrad that while they wouldn't kill Eddie outright, if he is out and about and seen they will work him over as he is free game. How that will work out down the line is anyone's guess. 

I knew the minute that Richie's wife Vron walked out of the house and got in the car what was going to happen. Maeve felt disrespected by her comment at the wake and she wasn't going to let that go without retribution of some sort.

Is she the power behind Conrad? I don't know. I'm not sure about that.

I actually feel like very little is going on. It's basically the Hatfields vs the McCoys, and we have been introduced to most of the key family members and their roles (the Fredo try hard who screws it up, the semi-outsider sharp woman, the nutso matriarch with her own plans, the somewhat vacant patriarch, etc.). Everything we see them do is through the lens of the family feud (with the possible exception of Busby, but let's see how that plays out ... my guess is Fredo screws up taking Busby out and the family, once again, has to clean up after him).

I'd like MORE stuff going on, such as, what exactly are their businesses? Who are their partners? is there someone even higher up than the two family leaders? What else does the gov't know? 

The one angel that is a bit different is that we are seeing this feud largely through the eyes of the help (Harry). And I don't care about Harry's wife and family, they are a liability and it's a bit surprising he has one. Hardy is terrific in this, though.

I don't think she is. I see them as two flawed people who tend to complement each other, but Maeve may be going off the tracks lately and Conrad may be headed toward dementia. Their partnership is fraying. And I suspect the help is paying attention.

It's Rusby, and I think you're mixing Kevin with Brendan. Brendan is the screw up, and Kevin, the first born, is the one who was raped by Rusby, and who met and became friends with Harry in said prison. Brendan has been cut out of everything.

I don't think she is. At all. I know she's always baiting him, like she did at Tommy's funeral, and he had to tell her to STFU.

I thought in the first episode that they were the Power Couple, and a refreshing change. But ever since Archie's murder, the coddling of that twaddletwat Eddie, and everything since then, I've changed my mind.

And I heartily disagree that Conrad has dementia of any kind.  Maeve, going off the rails? That I can agree with.

From the pilot, we learned it's getting on top of making and distributing Fetanyl. But all of that's been pushed aside because of Eddie killing Tommy and starting a war with the Stevensons, and no "truce" now because of Maeve killing Vron.

No they haven't. Hardy is quoted as wanting one, but nothing official yet from Paramount +.

Your right, apologies. I actually had trouble telling apart Kevin, Brendan AND Archie at first. When Archie was shot and killed, I wasn't sure if he was family or friend. They need to wear scarves or something.

Still, Kev has shown he isn't exactly a go getter, and I think he will screw up whatever he tries to do to the guard and Harry will have to fix it.

Conrad is giving in to base impulses, not recognizing Maeve's manipulation or Eddie's liability and choosing to fish vs. address problems. Either he's dumb or starting to slide. Unless he reveals sudden strategic smarts, I'm sticking with showing early signs of dementia.

Actually, what we learned was he and the family were going to move into fentanyl, that decision was the reason for the meeting where Archie was killed. But he clearly has already been a family crime head for some time. What did he do before this?
