I’ve felt for a couple of years why don’t they explore a May/Dec romance with Asher/Archer? But guess they will still have her with Ripley which is fine. It was nice seeing Sean again wish they would bring him back permanently. Lenox backstory don’t understand the condition but sounds rough. MediaZone4K April 3 Share April 3 Truly a great episode that mixes up the format a little bit, and it offered a nice exploration of Archer! 6 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/152721-s10e17-the-book-of-archer/#findComment-8624747

I think they have loads more chemistry than Asher and Ripley. I also can't help but weigh the age gap against the walking red flag that is Ripley, and think Archer wins this handily. 3 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/152721-s10e17-the-book-of-archer/#findComment-8625288

He got over it and I thought the show would run with it. But alas didn’t happen. I really think they get each other. Steven Weber is so good in the role. 1 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/152721-s10e17-the-book-of-archer/#findComment-8625958

It was brief, and it didn't go anywhere, but I could have sworn that they were together for a few episodes. Quark April 4 Share April 4 Great episode. Dr Archer and Dr Asher (especially Dr Asher) are such great characters. 2 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/152721-s10e17-the-book-of-archer/#findComment-8626060
mrsbagnet April 4 Share April 4 I really like the Archer–Asher friendship. It would be predictable for the show to make them a couple. We haven't seen either of them mention other friends and they both have some strain in the relationships with their families, so it's good that they can be supportive of each other in a platonic way. 2 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/152721-s10e17-the-book-of-archer/#findComment-8626216

I was so curious , in case I was mistaken , my online search said it’s always been platonic. 1 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/152721-s10e17-the-book-of-archer/#findComment-8626822
