Sake614 March 27 Share March 27 Damn, I must be really emotional these days because this show just keeps making me cry! From the daughter waking up from a coma, to the father of the 12yr old standing up to his wife and telling the boy he’ll always love him. And the piece de resistance was Dr. Lennox telling her brother they’re all they have left and their mother would want them to stay close. That last one was especially hard since I’m going through something very similar in my own family right now. the writing has been so much better this season and I hope it continues. But a little more levity would be nice lol! 8 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/152621-s10e16-poster-child/#findComment-8618670

SunnyBeBe March 29 Share March 29 I agree about the writing. I’m particularly impressed with the writing for Dr. Charles’ character. And, the actor is such a natural in that role. His delivery with patients is so authentic. 5 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/152621-s10e16-poster-child/#findComment-8620164
mrsbagnet Saturday at 03:18 PM Share Saturday at 03:18 PM I was a little surprised by Dr. Frost's reaction to Maggie, though maybe I shouldn't have been. He was clearly struggling with Ainsley's presence, and he does not feel good about their relationship. But when Maggie tried to talk to him, he said he's not a victim of sexual abuse, though his reaction to Ainsley shows that emotionally, he does feel victimized. It would be hard to say those words out loud, especially after he's downplayed it or ignored it for so many years. I was expecting him to talk to Dr. Charles about it -- maybe that's coming later. I'm just glad that he told Ainsley to back off. I'm also impressed that the show is doing a storyline about sexual abuse of a teen boy and how it affects him later in life. 5 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/152621-s10e16-poster-child/#findComment-8620284
Ancaster Wednesday at 11:06 AM Share Wednesday at 11:06 AM Does the show have a dedicated eyebrow stylist these days? The storylines have become so ludicrous that I now find myself spending more time on the perfectly plucked eyebrows than anything else.
