Dream Cast

Of all the housewives on Beverly Hills, past and present, if you could create the ratings soaring cast, with minimal villains (or NONE) who would you chose? You can choose SIX (6). Here are the options:

My six would be:

1. Kyle

2. LVP

3. Kathryn

4. Boz

5. Yolanda

6. Eileen

Kyle and LVP have great chemistry. Kyle loves mimicking her British accent and admires her wealth, and they have fun. Everyone is well established so Kyle will not be suspicious. Yolanda and Boz would end up married. Eileen would cheerlead for everyone. Kathryn is blunt and outspoken, has money and a name, and doesn't care about proving herself, and can jam in any setting. Eileen brings the class, and LVP and Eileen bring some tension. Boz would make everyone step up their fashion game and make everything more fun. Kyle would be thrilled for fun things to do and reasons to be happy. Yolanda would also bring some class and keep people anchored and controlled (so it doesn't become RHOC). LOL.

Mine would be:

1. LVP: Glamour, snark, legitimate businessperson, kinda shady.

2. Joyce: Glamour, interesting life, intelligent, confident.

3. Sutton: I find her combination of wealthy lady and anxious lady interesting. And she can bring Tilly. It would be interesting to see how she functions when most of the group is (likely) not picking at her.

4. Garcelle: Seems to have a life and identity outside of housewives. 

5. Camille: About as much drama as I can handle.

6. Ok, fine, Kyle. It would be interesting to see how she positioned herself among this group of women.

Problem with having a dream cast is we’d have no narcissists or psychopaths to analyze - bummer!

So I like a lot of the women mentioned (Joyce, Kathryn, Eileen), but I just can't picture them retuning. I also don't like complete cast revamps when a show is still doing well.

My practical dream cast is to get rid of one or two of the current cast and bring back to two OGs!

Camille-She's glamorous. She's iconic. She's not scared to call out the bullshit. I would be curious to see if she'd be more team Kyle or team Garcelle and Sutton. She has history with Kyle, but she seems to have less tolerance for bullshit. I could see her views drawing her to Garcelle and Sutton. 

Lisa V-First of all, I'm so curious if she'd get along with popular cast members like Sutton and Garcelle. She really loved that she was the fan favorite, not sure if she would be okay sharing a bit of the shine. I'm also curious how she'd handle Erika's and Dorit's gossip and drama. Would she turn a blind eye or call out the victimhood mentality and grifting?

1/Camille : you got to have her .. she is fun tv when activated and isnt afraid to tell you what she thinks 

2/LVP : you want money, wealth on the show well shes got it

3/ Garcelle: shes fun, she calls bullshit and she would fit right in with pretty much any group that doesn't have Dorit in it

4/Chystal: she would fit into this group dynamic and has the funds to play

5/Sutton : because she is fun to me has the money aspect that the others have

6/Adrienne : shes my wild card and you don't need strong personality's with ALL your group

Hehehe! I wonder how Tom Sandoval would feel about being in the midst of cougars (other than Teddi, around his age). As far as I know, he's always dated women around his age or younger.

Too true 🤣 But he COULD form a band with Erika plus Diana's dude! Tom Sandoval and the Ex Extras.

LOL thanks! That was exactly my thought process! I almost put Adrienne in there for the reasons @Keywestclubkid did, but I would be curious to see if Kyle would be be more tolerable with these other women around.

I also thought he had music in common with Erika! Not to get too OT, but Tom actually did a hilarious impersonation of Scheana performing and went all out in drag once too. I would crack up seeing him a blonde wig and patting the pus! 

Kyle is most tolerable with bigger villains in the cast.

imo Kyle was the glue of the show, a stable Beverly Hills center holding everyone else together - until she decided to turn her life upside down. 

The most likeable people often don’t last long because they’re not prone to putting their feet in their mouths or talking out of their asses. Luxurious settings and designer clothes will only get you so far. Quirkiness is fun, but also doesn’t deliver drama.

I think the current cast is pretty good for what the show is trying to do, but Dorit has become too nasty, Boz is trying to sell a fake storyline and Jennifer is too smart to bring anything salacious. Actually, most of the cast members I’ve liked best are too smart and/or decent for the Bravo formula and didn’t last long - people like Eileen, Yolanda and Joyce. 

I’d keep Kyle, Garcelle, Sutton, Erika, and Boz (with some tweaking) - and replace Dorit with Denise.

I wonder what would have happened if Dorit hadn’t glommed on to Boz so soon. We would probably still have the baby storyline, but I would think (hope) that her interactions with all the ladies would have been more balanced. However she would probably look at Denise as if she were from another planet… I could see her having some funny (but not nasty) TH.

Yeah, I think Boz needs a second chance - that moment with Kyle this week was a nice start. You’re right; she’d be surprised by Denise!

Erika would still be the colorful villain, and Denise could provide a lighter comic element after Dorit’s dark cloud. imo Denise is too exposed in her new show - body parts, messed up daughters, poopy rugs - but she still needs a paycheck (thanks to tightwad Charlie.) Maybe she’ll return to rhobh when her show gets cancelled.

She'd maybe call them out as grifters, but probably take the sides of the husbands and forget that they are also grifters.  I think she'd be okay sharing the shine with Garcelle because G has less money and a completely different career - Sutton has lots of money and a huge house and claims to have a business - I'd expect lots of "British humor" directed at her! 😂
