Good luck on opening that can of worms, buddy! Daredevil and Punisher are one thing (and they are already a lot to handle), but I'm not sure you realize what it will entail to try and take on the friendly neighborhood Spider-man! Michael Gaston is one of those character actors I always love to see, so I'm glad he's here as the commissioner that tried to resign/take on Fisk, but is now under his thumb due to Fisk finding evidence about a mysterious child. Knowing how most Michael Gaston characters play out, I don't see him cowering in the corner for long. Doubt he'll actually win in any real way, but he might be able to do some damage. Matt representing another vigilante; the White Tiger; after being falsely accused of killing a cop; is an interesting story. The scenes were a little sad knowing that the actor past away in real life. So, it looks like Heather isn't just here as Matt's new love interest, but will be a couples counselor for Wilson and Vanessa of all things! I guess Fisk's henchman approaching her is signaling that they know she is dating Matt, and this wasn't just some kind of coincidence. Matt finally has to get violent again at the end! Loved that the corrupt cops were probably thinking he was begging for his life, but he was really pleading with them to stop so that he wouldn't have to do what he ended up doing. Definitely noticed one of them had a Punisher tattoo, so I wonder if they are going to dive into the whole "hero worship" The Punisher gets from cops. Did find it funny that the actor playing the main corrupt cop plays a corrupt SWAT member on Mayor of Kingstown. The man has a type! All I got is unlike Dex or Frank Castle who would just make a clean kill they wanted to scare Matt off like whatever was going on with the original victim from the subway. Yeah, I have zero interest in Matt's dating life or counseling Fisk and Vanessa. The only angle here is that Fisk is setting up something he will use if DD reappears. So did Matt continue his dumb streak by maiming or killing those cops ... in the apartment of the guy he wants to exonerate? So now the bad cops can say the "witness" was actually an accomplice? Speculating but I will spoiler code it nonetheless: Spoiler Hunter Doohan's character brought some serious serial killer energy to Heather's book signing. I am pretty sure he'll be playing Muse, who is indeed a serial killer and a brutal one at that. I don't think Heather is going to be around for very long and I think her demise is going to motivate Fisk and Daredevil. While she might have been jealous of the display of power when Wilson walked into the gangster summit I thinks she gets off on the Kingpin's power. She was cool towards him at the beginning until he showed her that he was bombing the buildings in Hell's Kitchen. His getting nerfed by Echo, even if she didn't know it was the result of an enhanced mutant probably sent her to Adam.
