criminal minds suffered the same issue. It’s annoying.

Maybe the pilot was too close to all of the movies. Besides Aldsis Hodge's physicality I was thinking give me something new for the hour.

I saw the first episode and I enjoyed it! Can you telegraph where it’s going in real time? Yes. (And poor Mr. Nacos for Rufus who had to hear it!)

But it’s got me hooked, and I’ve enjoyed seeing Aldis on the screen again.

Aldis Hodge is so hot, I'd watch him read the phone book for an hour.

This show got way more political, way faster than I would've expected.

Love me some Aldis Hodge on my screen again.  He is really good at this.  But yes the screen is soooooo dark.

is there some connection between the serial killer and the person who killed Hodge’s wife?

I am definitely hooked in after this episode.   I do agree I hate how dark certain scenes got where I couldn't see clearly what was going on.   

I loved the exchange between Cross and the racist suspect.   Nothing like playing into one of the oldest stereotypes about black men and literally shoving it in the racist suspects face.
