How is there only one reply?! I am absolutely loving this series! I love the juxtaposition between her ancestors and the present. And grandpa (can’t remember his name) trying to put the moves on grandma? Loving it! He is one of my favorites. Love the fight scenes and how they put the roller rink to good use. Can’t wait to see what happens with Fisk.

That’s really interesting and the opposite of what I would have expected. Makes me wonder what was the pull for all those actors that jumped ship to GAC. I can’t imagine they’re making bank over there compared to Hallmark, but maybe? I do know that, contrary to my own expectations, I really enjoyed a lot of the new Christmas movies. Nice to see new faces. A lot of the ones I didn’t care for left, so that worked in my favor as well, lol.

I almost gave up on My Norwegian Holiday and I'm so glad I didn't. Mr. Nacos for Rufus is Swedish, and so upon the first few minutes of watching, when Henrik was making a phone call, he was like, "That man is NOT Norwegian. I can't understand a word he just tried to say." (The actor is Dutch). Actually, not a single one of the actors is Norwegian, which is kind of odd. They couldn't find anyone??? Anyway, the beginning was rough and hokey, and no, just having the same name will not get you on an airplane for an international flight. KLM was clearly a sponsor. That said, I LOVED the rest of this movie. It had so much heart and I liked all of the characters. All the storylines were purposeful. The latest batch of Hallmark movies have been pretty good at avoiding cookie cutter characters and I've really been enjoying the movies more because of it.

I’m always going to give a sequel a try. I mean, I’m one of the few that actually preferred the Nine Kittens of Christmas over the original, but the Haul Out the Holly sequel was not great. I’ll stick with the original. There were some funny bits here and there, but it felt forced and I found myself wrapping presents and not glued to the screen.

I’m really liking that Heidelberg Holiday! I have a really hard time feeling sorry about those ornaments though. I don’t know if it was possible to pack a box worse than what she had. And to try to transport them abroad that way?! I missed the first 15 min, so maybe there’s an explanation, but yeesh.

Still loving those Wendy’s commercials. “Bag boys, bag boys…”😂 My new favorites are the Etsy ones set to the Mission Impossible theme. I love that they aren’t professional singers. Also, I sing and narrate my tasks, so I feel nicely seen with these commercials!

I think we were supposed to be worried about Victor, but my eye was on Ms. Minutes. Petty, jealous, stalker-y, and then pulling the I-know-something-you-don’t know thing at the end? Yowza. I wonder if Victor put some of himself in there like Voldemort or something.
