I don’t believe anyone is undecided. They just don’t want to admit it publicly.  To quote Neil Peart, “if you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice.”

For the first time in quite a while I actually screamed “SHUT UP!” at my tv. At one point there were 3 women trying to shout over Christie while he attempted to answer a question they had asked & it went downhill from there. Sometimes he actually talks sense but at least give him the courtesy of letting him speak before shouting “but trump, but trump, but trump” as soon as he opens his mouth. Joy is just the worse, every damn time, and then Sarah tries to shout over here while Anna is screeching over both of them. Meanwhile Sunny & Alyssa are just trying to listen to him before saying anything.

I surely can’t be the only person who finds it both annoying & frustrating in equal amounts.

At one point, I think it was before Chris Christie came out, Alyssa was talking and Sara interrupted her and started talking.  To Alyssa's credit, she continued trying to make her point, but Sara continued the interruption and didn't stop talking, so for five or seven seconds, you had two people talking and I couldn't understand either of them.  Sara especially has a bad habit of interrupting, but today it was a smorgasbord of interruptions all around.  And Ana whining that Chris Christie was picking on Kamala was ridiculous.  He was doling out some good advice (or trying to) and Ana became defensive.

I think you have a point, but I would say it is more likely that they have made a choice but don't want to admit to themselves, so they see themselves as undecided. True, not to decide is to decide. If you don't want to choose between two options, not choosing leaves the outcome up to others. If you're ok with that, then it works for you.

Wow, Alyssa and Sara were just godawful today. Like what pure bullshit they were spewing that whole first segment. Mockery is more to help shows like this one breathe through the dire news and rhetoric. And the funniest part about that is that whenever they are cold and sober about the topics they discuss, you usually have Alyssa off to the side smirking at the camera. What would a vile woman like her know about defeating Trump anyway to be lecturing the others about what they should say on this show--didn't she work for him and help him get to where he is, not the other way around? And it's funny for her to go on some spiel about what a journalist's job is and then talk about the View hosts as if they're the ones running against Trump and should be tapdancing to her tune. The View is a show for giving opinions and the women should express their unvarnished opinions. Maybe she should go back to CNN if she still doesn't understand how this show works after two years.

Sunny was absolutely right about the fact that the call to supposedly "calm the rhetoric" was really just a silencing tactic. It was obvious when it was happening, only a shame some people fell for it.

I agree. And IF this election had one of the people running being NORMAL (Trump), and IF the House and Senate had NORMAL people, who were decent, and had some integrity, instead of lust for power, then I could agree about a divided government. Not to get too off topic, but it went well in Clinton's second term, but there weren't any Boeberts, Taylor Greens, Cruzs, Rubios, etc.

Yeah, compromise. Who has been doing all the compromising?

I mean, I just recently watched CNN's Watergate: Blueprint for a Scandal, and the similarities are downright scary, except there weren't any idiot voters and there were Republicans who were putting country before party.

Sunny will have to take to her bed for a month if Kamala loses.  Ana too.

If that happens maybe Whoopi will finally leave the country!🙏

You're not. Besides annoying & frustrating, it's tedious at best. It's gotten to the point where when that happens I just fast-forward directly to the guest(s).

Totally agree with you, Kitty. The "undecided" might also be afraid to admit who might get their vote for fear of any backlash.

It's really a shame when you have to worry about what the rest of the world will think and what that could mean for your career. Especially in the entertainment industry.

It's not rhetoric when it's true.  Meanwhile we have Trump lying and name calling. I forget which cohost said it but it is 100% true there is a double standard regarding Trump and always has been.  For everyone who keeps saying they need to hear more of Harris's policies are they asking the same of Trump?  Or is his plans of drill baby drill and build the wall good enough?

Not to mention expel all immigrants, silence the media, imprison those who disagree with him, and impose a tariff on all imported goods. Does anyone even think about what these things mean?

So don't say who you're voting for problem solved.  A vote used to be a private matter now it's to the point where it's unveiled like some gender reveal party.  Keep it to yourself and no, I don't think a celebrity endorsement is the be-all end-all in a political race.  I think it actually hurts a politician's chances in many parts of the country.

That Joy gushes over celebrity endorsements and actually thinks it helps the candidate just proves she exists in a liberal/celeb NYC bubble

I agree. It should be private. Unfortunately, interviewers seem to be pushing for an answer. Kudos to those who don't give in to pressure.

Joy is unwatchable when she constantly repeats herself like a broken record. As if we didn't hear her the first 37 times.

I don't see how you can dispute that Kamala is a normal candidate who is decent and has integrity. How is she not?

Sorry, she is. I should have clarified and said she is, but her opponent isn’t.

I’ll go and edit. Done!

If only some people in the world could keep that in mind when having meltdowns about Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, LOL. Death threats and hateful rhetoric over something that barely matters.
