Dowel Jones August 19 Share August 19 Nice return of Mr. Evil. I think Wilford is playing Milius like a cheap violin, and has some tyrannical end game in mind. Not that Milius & Co. don't deserve it. You can't convince people that cruelty and despotism is necessary to save the world. Layton has proven himself to be the weak link in the entire ensemble. He courageously leads a large group of volunteers off to form New Eden, but at the mere mention of Liana, he turns into a flopping fish, willing to sell everyone else out for the unlikely possibility that he and Liana will live through all this. I knew the Engineer was dead as soon as he said that the trains could be disconnected from Snowpiercer. Who builds such a complex train and then puts a manual disconnect outside the cars, knowing what the environment would be like? I'm glad SOMEbody finally took it to those guards and overpowered one or two. I want to know why the Spaceballs are outfitted the way they are. Mutations? Josie is "giving" blood to Milius? 1 Link to comment

tv echo August 19 Share August 19 (edited) I hate it when a show kills off one of my favorite characters. Edited August 19 by tv echo Link to comment

I'm glad you said it, because I've been thinking this ever since the Liana plot started. What's even more bizarre is everyone around seems to be completely willing to enable him in that direction. For instance, Ruth connects the trains and the plan is to hope some miracle happens to give them Big Alice back, because that's just the way the show works. Nice to see Wilford again, and the interesting relationship he and Alex share. I would say the Engineer could still be alive, we've seen people survive worse than that and somehow turn up later. But I think he's dead. Link to comment
Daltrey October 24 Share October 24 I don't know what's more stupid, putting the manual disconnect outside or standing up in the open doorway in the literal freezing cold and looking at Till while the trains separate. Seemed to me he could have managed to get back inside and close the door before suffering too much physical damage. Link to comment
Hanahope October 30 Share October 30 Gotta bring a good villain back for one last hurrah. Mel is going to be pissed. maybe the baby is just bait, but I don’t trust dr mengele to do experiments anyway. Not dr Nima who is too much a Stockholm victim. Link to comment
