I'm watching but I am confused as to how there are 2 different Women's Championships.

Akbar looks great.  

They're still obsessed with the "first mother this and that," although since it's Mother's Day, that's at least understandable.  

Other than that, it was all about the teen phenoms.  It was great to see Flex and Jesse Graf again, but it was pretty obvious, at least to me, that one of the younger women would win.

It used to be must see tv for me, but with all the kids….i think I’m noping out of this season.

Yes, me, too, @DEL901.  I'll probably have it on in the background, in case someone I like does something special (go, RJ Roman!), but it will definitely be in the background.

It's not their fault, but the kids who make the finals have rich parents who can afford to pay for them to train and build them gyms in their backyards.  Part of what made the show special for me was all of the quirky stories, each a little bit different, like watching Nick Hansen train outdoors in Alaska in the winter.

I'm happy for the kids, but it's a much blander show now.

I wasn't able to watch on Sunday because my cable wasn't working. Hadn't gotten around to watching on demand so I figured I'd see what people thought and if it was worth watching. Maybe I'll put it on while I cut up my salad ingredients later...

How many competitors' runs will get shorted because of the ridiculously long Zimmerman eulogy? Oh, she didn't die? What the hell was that for, then?

A little anti-climactic since I already knew who won, but at least I was mildly entertained, for the most part. (I may have missed a few falls because I was looking at my phone.)

Was it worth watching?  I chose to do chores instead and I find that I don't really miss it, but if it was fun, I will watch later.  Were they competing alone or were they running vs. each other?  If the latter, I think I will pass.

Both; first round was individual then they ran against each other. The final was the Cat Grab which was also a race (two races then the winners went against each other). (Maybe fast forward the Sandy Zimmerman package if you can...). I wasn't bored but I wasn't totally engaged, either. But that applies to most TV for me these days.
