I'll assume Jeremy's bookings go through Grace Community Church and I imagine his fee is similar, probably higher.

In a nutshell, the video was mostly about how each couple got together, and how Ben & Jessa were responsible for getting J & J together.  Jessa is due on July 21.  Jessa and Ben talked about how many children they're planning.  She said after each child, they ask themselves whether they want more, and Jessa said after the last one, they thought that was the end, and then Jessa had a yearning for a baby.  Ben talked about wanting to make sure he can give enough attention to each one.  On the subject of couples disagreeing on the number of kids, Jessa said there have been differences between her and Ben, and Ben said since Jessa carries and delivers the baby, who is he to tell her she can't have another one.
