When she lies to make that happen, she finds there are consequences to her dishonesty. Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/143407-s01e09-the-consequences-of-helping-people/

I thought she might find her, but I figured it'd be through some internet sleuthing (especially given her earlier comment about being online six hours a day), not just telling the store owner the story and him being willing to give out her address to a stranger. 1 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/143407-s01e09-the-consequences-of-helping-people/#findComment-8291940
Yeah No February 21, 2024 Share February 21, 2024 Not a bad episode and even better because it didn't focus mainly on Jon Cryer. His ex wife should have justified her fib based on how unfair she thought it was that the school obviously turned down this girl because she was a New Yorker. Then they went and snuck in an insult to New Yorkers by making the daughter an obnoxious twit. The bit at the end about the dress at the thrift shop was one of the nicest things I've seen on this show so far. I hope that's a trend. 1 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/143407-s01e09-the-consequences-of-helping-people/#findComment-8292107
AnimeMania February 21, 2024 Share February 21, 2024 I am not sure why the family would also sell Rosie's clothes, when it was her husband who died. 1 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/143407-s01e09-the-consequences-of-helping-people/#findComment-8292332

Some family members have no boundaries. They probably thought they were doing her a “favor” by cleaning out her things too. 1 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/143407-s01e09-the-consequences-of-helping-people/#findComment-8292600
